My experience so far at Pyramid has exceeded my expectations. My counselor and supporting staff are very well knowledgeable and listen to your problems and concerns and give you the proper guidance and tools to learn how to overcome your addiction. I highly recommend pyramid for anyone who is looking for help with addiction !

This is the wrong place to go for outpatient counseling for drug addictions. They are only concerned with how much they can get out of your insurance company. They want to rehabilitate their pockets not the clients. They hold you at a standstill and dont allow you to grow because theyre too worried about trying to book you with another one-on-one individual counseling to repeat the same thing youve been saying in the previous 9 hours of drawn out time consuming non-productive sessions. If you really want some help with your life go to their office in Waynesboro at least there you will see the progress you make and actually receive the services you pay for.

It is what you make it..any meeting/group you could find new connections or dealers. This place happens to be a great environment for me to get therapy. Chandelle is a great counselor and i look forward to each group i attend. It comes down to the fact of you being ready to quit or ready to accept help.

I had my 15 year old son attend therapy. I had him complete a relase so i can call up there to see when his appointments are. I provide the ride to and from. They refuse to tell me the dates and time and refuse to tell me the law that supports that decision. I had my son refuse to leave the office until they put all his appointments in writing. He shows up on that day/time and they say he doesnt have an appointment. No call to cancel nothing.
