I took my daughter to Lavender and Kayla color and cut her hair. It looked great afterwards. It was a quiet and beautiful atmosphere and well definitely going back. Thanks lavender for the good experience!

Erin has built a great business. It is an Aveda salon. All employees are well trained and understand customer service is key. The look of the salon, the music, the services are all what a full service salon needs to be. Having nail services, make-up and brow shaping, along with a licensed barber make Lavendar a Salon with it all. The peaceful relaxing atmosphere is there along with times of great laughter. You must try this salon. Ive been a customer for 6 years.

When we moved to the area, my wife made me find a place to get my haircut and I found Jess at lavender. It has been a couple years now and I havent been any place else. Its a fun atmosphere everytime Im in there.

I have been to lavender salon twice in the last week and both times I left without getting what I had asked for. I have medium brown hair and wanted blonde balayage done. First time I left it looked like they barely touched the color and was still brown. Then I called and explained I was not happy so they had me come back in the following friday. The owner was there this time so when she was explaining to the young stylist what to do I didnt step in and voice my opinion that I didnt think it was being done correctly again and just let her do her thing. This time she did what she should of done the first time but just around my face. So when she was all done the hair framing my face looked like what I wanted but the back is still brown and looks barely touched. I am a licensed stylist so I know what it should of looked like and they just did not do a good job following through with what I asked. I gave them a second chance to fix it and they didnt. So for that reason I will not be going back and wouldnt recommend them to anyone else.

I went to Lavenders for the first time and did not get what I asked for. Was very upset so I received a call from Erin, the owner to apologize for my unpleasant experience and asked me to come in on a Tuesday evening so she could be the one to fix it. The place is upscale and lively and it was a gracious act for her to call and make the offer so I agreed. Erin first and formidable is a true genius. She took one look and knew how to fix the problem. She is sweet and kind beyond all belief. She is talented and listens to her clients. She is patient and sincere about your happiness and lastly loves what she does. She stayed two hours past closing to make sure my hair was perfect and it was. I found my girl! Thank you for making an uncomfortable situation and turning it into a beautiful experience you have a fan in Lavender and a bigger supporter in you Erin.

I came as a walk-in and was treated great. Receieved a totally professional wash, cut, and style in a beautiful salon for less than the price at a chain place. Great place and Ill be back!

Very nice and efficient staff. Sadia is amazing at makeup. She did my daughters make up for prom and was very quick and she looked amazing. Olivia is awesome at updos. My daughter went in and showed her a picture of what she wanted and Olivia was able to create it effortlessly. Very relaxing environment. I gave a 4 star because my daughter also got a manicure there, but the polish chipped almost immediately; they fixed it but then it began chipping again a day later.

FABULOUS! Aveda salons are the way to go & Lavender Hair salon is a perfect example of a clean, friendly, high-quality salon. I dont do the whole hair styling in the mornings. Im a get up and go kind of person but I am ALWAYS complemented on my hair cut/ hair style. It is truly the work of Erin that keeps my hair looking classy, even when I dont comb it or put product in it. Ive got to say her talents are exceptional! She hires great staff who have mastered their art. ALL staff continue their education in their field to stay up-to-date with current methods, styles, techniques and best practices. I went into Lavender last Friday to get my eyebrows some much needed TLC. I figured if I liked the experience I would consider getting a hair cut at the salon too in the future. Sadia threaded my eyebrows for me for my first time and they looked AWESOME. I have never been happier with an eyebrow cleanup and usually leave places knowing Ill have to go home and do some additional cleanup myself on them. But, after the threading my eyebrows looked so clean and crisp I dont know that Ill ever go back to waxing.After getting my eyebrows threaded I knew I felt comfortable getting my hair cut at Lavender and tried to set up an appointment, but ended up being able to sit down with Jes that afternoon due to a cancellation. I wanted to wait to write a review just to see how my cut wore after a few days of my own styling and I couldnt be more pleased. I am usually very apprehensive when it comes to getting my hair cut because I have curly hair but Jes listened to all my concerns through the process and kept my mind at ease. I would recommend anyone to this great salon.

I scheduled an appointment for today. Upon arrival, they informed me that they had me booked for an entirely different day and asked if I was available then. Im in town visiting my sister and this was the only day I had time to get my hair done. They then dismissively told me that there was nothing that they could do for me. One of the most disappointing customer service experiences Ive had.
