I love having the option to come in when I feel. They did and are doing very well with managing their facilities during the pandemic as well. I love the options the Black Card gives with the bonus rooms and being able to visit any PF facility.

Been going to this gym for about 18 months now. It’s a great value for money if you’re simply looking to get the exercise in. You won’t find that much free weight equipment except for dumbbells, but they have several smith machine cages and a leg press. I wish they had a few more benches as the cages are usually taken during rush hours. Equipment gets repaired fairly quickly and the facilities are always clean. I really can’t complain about anything for $10/mo.

The gym is extremely clean and I love the equipment. Since its been years since Ive been to any gym it was truly refreshing to know I could ask the staff for assistance. One of the staff members, Dane took the time to explain how to use the equipment safely so I can achieve my main outcome, which is getting healthy. Kudos!

My favorite Gym because people are so chill, laid back, without trying to sell me a buck. No pressure to try to be the best I can, just feels like I can belong in one piece. Thanks!

This gym is wonderful the staff are so friendly and helpful with giving exercise suggestions, the facilities are immaculate and equipment always in good working order. Not to mention the price is unbeatable. Would highly recommend!!

I went tonight for the first time in a year. My hope was that people would be masking up and staff would be enforcing the sign on the doors that masks must be worn. I was wrong. Very few people in a crowded gym were wearing masks. Not just people exercising but people just standing around were not wearing masks. I will cancel my membership. Since Ive been paying for a year after the re-opening, people were not masking and theyre still not masking. I will no longer support this business that cant enforce its own policies.

I love this PF because they always keep it so clean and make it a great environment for everyone. My fiancé and I workout everyday here and it has been by far the best PF I’ve been to. We love coming to Planet Fitness! It is popular and well loved but almost never crowded. It is clean, from the gym floor to the locker rooms which is hard to do. Rarely is there staff just standing-someone is always wiping down machines and restocking sanitation stations. The staff is all super friendly-as a morning person, I am greeted with a smile every day!

Great gym and environment. Have been a Plant Fitness member for several years now and this is by far one of the most well taken care of facilities. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, thank you all so much!! Shout out to Elliot for being a stud. I really appreciate front desks positivity and kindness, thanks for staying true to your motto!

The gym has a very nice setup for all the equipment you can use. The machines work perfectly and are not too restrictive in the workouts. The employees at the service desk are very kind and communicative, Especially Janitzi. Shes very nice and works really hard to maintain the gym in a clean, safe, and functional condition. One of the only problems I have is that the equipment is always filled up and the gym starts to get packed. Nevertheless, this gym is a really good starting point for people who have just gotten a gym membership, especially with the low price of $10 a month.

Love our PF! My husband and I try to go daily. I have to take a moment to recognize Chris. He works the early morning shift during the week at our Centreville location, and he is so friendly, always helpful, and has such a positive attitude. I enjoy this PF location. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Chris is usually at the desk when I arrive, and he always greets me with a smile and a “Good morning”. Sometimes coming to the gym can be intimidating, so knowing the staff recognizes me makes me feel more comfortable. They’re always cleaning and taking care of the equipment, which assures me they take their members’ health and safety seriously. The only thing that would make the experience any better would be to see some Celsius energy drinks available for purchase lol. Thankful for my Planet Fitness. :)

I’ve been coming to this location at multiplex drive ever since I moved to the area and I really like working out here! Plenty of equipment that is cleaned frequently and people respect social distancing and mask policy. I also always feel comfortable here and staff is super friendly. Karen among other employees have always been so helpful and professional. Will continue to frequent this place!☺️

Place is clean. Staff is great. I gave it four stars only because this location lacks enough weightlifting equipment. Its a great price though for what you get. Ive been a member for a long time.

Ive been attending this Planet Fitness since November of 2020. I love it here. Never super crowded && theres plenty of space for parking. If youre in need of any workout advice or a trainer, theres a guy that works there by the name of Chris that you can reach out to && hell get you right! Highly recommend that you attend this gym!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms and by far Planet Fitness is my favorite. I don’t know how they do it but their motto seems to stand true - all people of all sizes of all ages are there to simply work out. It’s not a fashion show or a dating market.. which I’ve seen in a lot of gyms. I don’t really like working out but always feel better after I do - and most days as soon as I arrive Chris is at the desk always greeting me with a huge smile (I know he’s smiling even behind his mask) and is such a positive person, that it seems somewhat contagious. A great gym!

Every time I come to this Planet Fitness I’m always greeted by Chris. He’s a big, tattooed man with the absolute kindest heart. He’s always been able to answer any questions I’ve had, as well as open my locker every time I’ve locked myself out with no rebuttal.Chris is always in good spirits and if there’s any reason to visit this Planet Fitness it’d be to get a great workout while having employees like Chris happily willing to help you out.

My name is Reggie I have been going to this planet fitness club in centreville on multiplex Drive for about a year now maybe a little longer. What I can say that keeps me coming back to this particular planet fitness is the equipment continues to be sterilized and cleaned hourly and daily from what I’ve seen throughout the whole pandemic. The management team at this gym are very helpful and respectful to the members of the planet fitness club. Since the management team operates so well it reflects back on the staff workers and the members in the planet fitness club and creates a great atmosphere/ environment for working out.I give this planet fitness branch 5 stars and I have to salute the management team and staff for there hard work.

I went to the Planet Fitness last week as a guest and I absolutely loved it! It was an amazing place; great environment, it was very clean, and the employee Karen was very sweet with her service! I would recommend this place to anybody, especially to beginners! They advertise that it is a judgement free zone and indeed it was. Been going to this Plant Fitness for over 2 years and it’s the best around. This location has all the equipment one could want and need. The gym and locker room are always very clean and sanitized. Everyday at 6 AM Chris greets me and always is very helpful if I need assistance. Great gym with great staff.

I love this gym! I especially want to comment on the employee, I believe her name is Karen (the one with green eyes). She was super helpful and accommodating since im new to this gym! She was very patient with all of my questions, helped show me where everything was, and was extremely kind through it all. Awesome gym!

Today was my first day at Planet Fitness and I would recommend this place to anyone. Chris at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and the sign up process was a breeze! I had looked at joining PF for almost a month now but I live in Alexandria and felt like the people at that location were not very welcoming (and they are not currently 24/7, which I needed). So glad I found this location...the drive was worth it for the experience and the wonderful customer service I received...and they are open around the clock. Yay!!

Every time I had a question in regards to recent COVID gym rules and regulations, he kept me updated. He is a very knowledgeable man and I feel safe coming back to the gym because of him. I’ve been working out at big Gyms for years now and just started going to planet fitness just recently . It’s got all the equipment I need minus some of the heavier lifting stuff. It’s always super clean and the staff is very professional. My favorite thing about this location is the associate Chris that is at the front desk to greet us every single morning. Even with the mask on you could tell he is all smiles. Very professional and informative And always goes out of his way to make sure he says hello and have a great day. I don’t miss my big bougie gym at all!!!

This location is always as clean as can be. I’ve been going here for multiple years now. The employees are always pleasant towards us customers. Chris & Karen are two people that have stood out to me as people who always have positive outlooks, are very helpful if we have any questions, and are just always ready with a smile on their face.

I’ve been a member of PF since it first opened not only because of the convenience but also the cleanliness of the equipment and friendliness of the staff. Even before covid, staff was constantly cleaning machines and refilling sanitation stations. I go every morning before work and Chris, specifically, has always been there to greet me with a smile and thank me as I leave! As long as all of this continues, I will continue to be a member!

I go to the gym roughly everyday around 5:30ish am. Its usually pretty empty and all of my favorite machines are available for me to bounce between without having to wait. I am always greeted by the lovely associates, especially Karen Sakla

Friendly and clean facility! Elliot is very helpful and kind and I rather go out of my way to workout at the Centreville location he manages verses other locations. This is the best gym I’ve ever come to! Friendly staff, fun place to be, and most importantly, I feel welcome here. Especially Chris, he is here every time I come, he already feels like a good friend to me.

Unbelievable. Somehow PF system apparently flags my account as past due, even though my membership is ACTIVE and monthly dues are still being taken from my account. This is the only PF location in the DMV refusing to honor my PAID FOR membership and refusing entry.I even showed the employee my phone (app shows current membership status) and bank account history showing Planet Fitness recurring withdrawals but no dice. Glad this isn’t my home gym.

Easy enrollment and at the same time easy cancellation. If you want to cancel your membership you can simply appear in the gym and talk to one of the staff. However I had a very bad experience in Gold Gym in Herndon, they charged me extra 3 months for just no reason, asking me to send email with my barcode ID to a different email/different company who were responding after more than 10 days and finally asking to revise or send different kind of email.

This is a pretty clean gym. It does not have all the hardcore machines but has all the main machines and weights to get a decent workout.One thing that shocked me was that this gym doesn’t have a first aid kit. It blow my mind away when I asked for a band-aid and the front desk girl simply said we don’t have it. That doesn’t make any sense to me! I’m still in shock, she just has to not know where the first aid kit is.

I love coming to the gym because I always come in to a clean and sanitized gym. I come in and Karen always greets me with a smile. Definitely my favorite Planet Fitness location!

Sometimes we have a bad day, and so it’s nice when the employees greet you and ask how your day was. Oscar, in particular always asks me how i’m doing and wishes me a good workout. It’s the little things that count sometimes.

Half the equipment is broken and/or occupied at all times. This is not even close to a proper gym. Also, they are criminally understaffed.

I toured the facility with Elliot, a manager. He patiently answered my questions and introduced the equipment, amenities, and programs in an inviting manner. Gyms, in general, can be intimidating to beginners so I appreciated his friendliness. After touring, I went home and completed my registration through the app.The gym has a range of equipment in addition to two speciality areas, which I’m excited to explore further: a 360 strength training room and a 30 minute cardio circuit room. The equipment is clean, updated, and all machines have QR codes that point you to video directions.Today, I signed up for the 30 minute New Member Orientation and was guided through all of the equipment by a team member, Chris. He was friendly, personable, and explained the equipment simply. He even walked me through how to adjust each machine for my size and weight preferences, while pointing out how to use them. After the orientation, I felt a lot less intimidated by the unfamiliar equipment.After my orientation and workout, I took advantage of the hydromassage lounge chair for a 10-minute relaxing cooldown. I’m excited to also try out the tanning bed, massage chairs, and total body enhancement system.Tomorrow, I signed up for a Design Your Own Program session with a trainer to discuss my goals and chat about the best workout to suit my needs. I’m pleasantly surprised that this, the orientation, and a variety of other classes are offered for free and you can sign up for anything through the app.Thank you PF Metroplex for a friendly, unintimidating experience!
