I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work. After too many years of putting off the needed visits, a very painful tooth forced me to seek help. I needed to find a dental office that would help alleviate my anxiety and I certainly did! Cascade Family Dental provided the best dental experience I have ever had. From the moment you walk in you are put at ease. The staff is so welcoming and friendly you cant help but relax. Dr Lim truly cares about his patients and providing you the best care and outcome at every visit. The atmosphere is calming, the facility is spotless and they have gained my business for life!

Dr. Lim is amazing!!! I am so impressed with the work he has done on my teeth. You cant even tell there were issues in the first place! Initially, I went in because of an emergency after part of my tooth broke off. He got me in immediately and was able to repair the tooth perfectly! No pain, no issues. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! They really go above and beyond to take care of their patients. 100 percent honest opinion, this is the best Dentists office I have ever been to.

While visiting from Palm Springs, I woke up with a tooth ache. My son told me to call his dentist. I called Cascade and they were able to see me same day! WOW! The ladies in the office are fabulous ! I filled out paperwork and they checked with my Delta insurance and got me right in to see the Dr. After a couple of xrays the Dr explained that I had a filling that had fallen out. He went to work right away. Appox 45 mins later I was walking out of the office with a pain free experience and a new filling !I highly recommend Cascade Family Dental!!!

Cascade was able to see me same day, and extract my problem tooth next day. I have had some traumatic extractions from previous dentists, but this extraction was the best it could have been. I am so glad I found this dentist! I had a suspected cracked molar and knew I needed to be seen right away but not being established with any dentist office was worried I was not going to be able to see someone before I ended up losing my tooth. Yikes!After reading reviews of local dentists I called Dr. Lims office and was blown away by the amazing customer service and genuine concern for my situation from everyone - from the lovely office staff and hygienist to Dr. Lim.I was able to be seen quickly and appreciated how Dr. Lim took the time to explain my situation in laymans terms offering different treatment options which included me in the decision making process (which I have never had before.) It was very apparent he put considerable thought into determining the best courses of treatment even though my issue was tricky and he could have simply just extracted my tooth which I didnt want.Overall I found Dr. Lims dental office a very professional, personable, and pleasant experience all around which I am happy to endorse.

Had appointment on 11/8 and, while sitting In chair, someone hit my van parked in front of office. Everyone stepped in to help. Ive been going to this office for over a decade now. However, they have a new dentist now. So I only have one experience with his work. It was fast and friendly. My gf was amazed at how fast it was. Dont recall ever experiencing the lip shacking technique before. It was odd, but effective.

Past time to see a dentist for 2 years avoiding it, 55 years old. Cracked tooth eating almonds Cascade tried to save but come Tuesday it was extracted. The first visit.. the Friday before. Positive experience, intelligent , organized but laid back and with no front. Comfort with confidence!! Extraction straight forward making sure the pain would be minimal and at the same time expedient. Team work between each person professional.

I called in the early afternoon with extreme dental pain and they were able to get me in within the hour and even though they were short staffed I still had a shorter waiting time here than at other dental offices. Dr. Lim and the staff were so great and put me right at ease considering I have anxiety with doctors and dentists in general. They broke everything down that needed to be done and gave me prices right upfront so there wouldnt be any surprises. Plus they gave me a discount for paying cash which no other place has ever done for me. Im so glad Google led me here and I will definitely be bringing my kids and referring anyone else I know here.

Great dental experience! My hygienist (Peg) does a very thorough job and also does an amazing job keeping things clean (i.e. the water and saliva dont spray outside of the mouth and onto clothes/face/etc.). Definitely would recommend this location to those looking for a place to have their dental work done.

First off, I rarely write reviews. But this one I feel i must do. i grew up having to go to dental schools for care. The results was that having to go to a dentist, absolutely scared me, and so I pretty much just didnt go. Now at age 70 I couldnt ignore it any longer. Cascade Family Dental was reccomended by my insurance carrier. To my surprise, I had an incredible first visit!!!! Dr Lim is terriffic. Also the staff is wonderful. I now have been going to Dr Lim for almost 2 years. I had a lot of work to be done due to my lack of previous dental care. I never have any apprehension about going to Cascade Family Dental. They have gone far and beyond to make me feel respected and cared for. I now go around showing off my new smile. Thank you Dr Lim and staff!!!!!
