This is the best dental team ever. Staff is super responsive. Professional knowledgeable and experienced dental assistant team. Both drs ash and Roberts are very pleasant experienced and I can’t say enough about the whole team. I go back to them even though they’re in centralia and me in Lacey area. Thank you to the whole team there.

I have been a patient at Dr. Ash & Dr. Roberts for years and have always been extremely happy. I have never had a reason to be seen in an emergency situation before. I called the morning prior to Thanksgiving break and they were able, and very willing, to see me as soon as I could get there. I was prepared to have to wait an extended period of time to be seen once I was there, but to my surprise I was seated within 10 minutes of my arrival and seeing Dr. Roberts within minutes of being seated. Their efficiency and obvious concern was very comforting in a time that wasnt particularly pleasant.

We appreciate the sensitivity and caring of Dr. Roberts and all of the staff. Dental visits are never fun, but you are like visiting with old friends!

As always the exam was complete, the explanation was detailed and the friendly and helpful staff is much appreciated.

Returning for a routing cleaning and the staff was very prepared for Covid-19 precautions providing a pre-visit short questionnaire and onsite temp scan. They always work so hard for patient comfort. I love the longevity of the employees so you really get to know the staff and they know you. They all work so well together. There is so much positive energy each time I visit. Lets face it, going to the dentist is not a day at the park, but they strive to make it the best it can be.

So thankful for this dental practice! I am a total wimp at the dentist. I have lots of dental anxiety, need extra novacaine to get numb and just am fearful in general .This office is fantastic. Had a 8am appointment for a cap replacement. As soon as I entered the office the staff greeted me, took my temperature and noticed staff that I arrived. Right at 8am Olivia came and got me and began the procedure. When ready Dr Ash came in and explained what was going to happen and got right to work. I spent about 1.5 hours in the room getting the cap removed, The area cleaned and then a mold for the new cap made and a temperaroy cap installed.My wife and I moved up from San Diego in 2018. We had a dentist in San Diego that we used for about 20 years. When he retired we searched around San Diego for a new dentist and never really found one that we were comfortable with.Coming to Washington my sister recommended Drs Ash and Roberts. We have both had dental work completed in there office. We also go here twice a year for our cleanings. I cannot say enough about the dental assistance or Drs Ash and Roberts. The knowledge level of everyone in this office is far superior to what we have every experienced.

My daughter and I had our first appointment at this office and we were both so impressed with the friendly staff! We both had wonderful experiences and I didnt feel pressure to get any unnecessary dental work done, like I have felt at other dentist offices. We are happy we found this Dentist office :)

Dental services were excellent, but there wasnt a single chair in the waiting room which would comfortably support my worn-out back. I need arm rests on both sides and at proper height. Glad I didnt have to wait long!

My daughter has a lot of aniexty about the dentist, however they are always very calm and reassuring to her. They help her (and me) by explaining everything as they are going, regularly checking with her and not rushing her.

I called in for a no pain emergency and was fully expecting a few days wait, at best. Dr. Ash and Roberts not only squeezed me in today for a look-see, but replaced the filling the same day. I was nervous as I had little time to emotionally prepare for the numbing and drilling, but Dr. Roberts was so calm and collected that he calmed me down, as well. Great job and well seated. I hadnt gone to a dentist for far too long, so my anxiety was at its peak. I asked people in my life who they would recommend. Drs Ash and Roberts were the resounding answer. They got me scheduled quickly and I came in for my new patient appointment. Hailee and Dr. Ash were lovely to work with and made me feel at ease. At my second appointment, which was a consult, Dr. Ash was extremely thorough in his explanations. We worked out a plan that we both agreed upon. In fact, he had just had an opening so he got me in for a couple of fillings right then. I am now excited to see what my dental future holds. I almost cant wait until my next appointment. I adore everybody there and thank them for their time, energy, patience, and comfort.

When pieces cracked off of my tooth over the weekend, I was able to call Monday morning and get in by noon even though I had no pain. Dr. Roberts was able to determine that it was only the edge of the crown. He smoothed it and it was taken care of in about fifteen minutes.

I have 6 children, ages 4-14.I have an 8-year-old special needs son who wont always tolerate people touching him, and unfamiliar situations make him anxious. The staff here is extremely patient with him. They will take time to make him comfortable, and dont push him if he just cant handle something. I appreciate how they care for him. All of my other children LOVE going to the dentist, and I think a large part of that is because of the wonderful care they receive here. My 4-year-old and 7-year-old in particular think going to the dentist is a treat! Thank you Dr Ash, Dr Roberts, and staff!

It is always a pleasure to make a visit to the dental office of Drs. Ash and Roberts. The experience begins with a warm greeting by the office staff, followed by contentious care from the hygienists to a personal and focused visit by one of the dentists. Each time I conclude the experience I feel I have been very well taken care of.

Basically, I moved to a city two hours away seven years ago. Tried multiple times to find someone in my new location, and havent found ANYONE with the compassion, skill, kindness, and personalized care that I have always had here. Couldnt recommend more highly.

Every time I go in for cleaning or other work I have found they give solid advise and work with you to make a plan that is right for the individual. For my wife and myself it makes going to the dentist a lot easier.

Dr. Ash and Dr. Robert’s office is the best. I had a toothache and they were able to get me in the next day. The office was winding down for the holidays but wanted to get me taken care of before they closed for Christmas break. They were very concerned and I was given Dr. Ash’s cell phone number in case I did have more problems during the time they were closed.

Ash and Roberts, DDS is an AMAZING dentist office. Thier hygienist Kerry is AMAZING. She is so personable, kind, funny, and comforting! Im a Kerry ONLY patient through and through. Kerry has held my hand through painful procedures, and helped get me into the chair when I got dry socket from a wisdom tooth removal (another office did that procedure) But Kerry and the Doctors saved me from some serious pain, withouth an appointment or anything. I have severe dental anxiety. I have had some traumatic experiences with dentists in the past so findiing a gentle dentist is a high priority for me. I have so much anxiety I get a stomach ache just calling to make an appointment. Dr Roberts is the gentlest dentist I have ever met. I believe if I had met him first I would not have the fears and anxiety I have today. He and his staff truley strive to make me feel comfortable and calm before, during and after treatment.
