I was referred by a friend to Dr Falter. Everyone in the office is very helpful and provided excellent service. I even got a follow up call the same evening from Dr Falter to see if I had any questions or concerns regarding my visit. So refreshing to have such consideration for their patients care. Took advantage of the special for exam and cleaning also a special on zoom whitening prior to my filling work being completed next month.

I don’t normally fill out these reviews, however, the service I received from Fairway Dental was excellent. I have a lot of anxiety over going to the dentist. Usually I will put it off as long as possible, however, the care and concern I experienced from all the folks at Fairway Dental has helped tremendously. The warm and welcoming greeting at Reception was just the start. As Paula performed the deep cleaning I needed for my Periodontal Disease she talked me through every step of the procedure in a calm and soothing voice. She helped me to relax through the procedure so it wasn’t such a big deal. Dr. Falter was excellent as he was doing the work on my teeth. He was quick and thorough and stopped to talk with me when needed. When he came across an unexpected issue, he stopped and gave me all the options to fixing the problem, allowing me to make the final decision as to which way I wanted to go. At the end of the day, he even called me at home to make sure I was okay and to see if I had any questions. Truly above and beyond. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate dental experience.

This is the best dentist office i’ve ever went too. All the staff are sweet and always have positive attitudes and contagious smiles! I usually hate the dentist and never interact with staff but I was asked how my day was and what I like to do on my free time, having a genuine conversation. My husband had such a great experience at the dentist yesterday he insisted I write this review. He has had several very bad dental experiences and is now very skeptical and nervous when going to a new dentist. His first visit was awesome! The staff were all friendly and professional. The dentist really took the time to listen so my husband felt heard. He said the dentist was very knowledgeable and told him exactly what he needed to do. We will definitely continue to use this dental office.

Very friendly dental office! Very thorough and takes a lot of care and time with you. However, I cannot afford the services they offer because I am self employed and have to pay for my own insurance plans. The costs and waiting periods are just too high and too long with Delta Dental plans. I will be using a more affordable plan with Willamette Dental. It is too bad because this is a really lovely dental office with amazing people.

I loved Dr. Falter before I was even seen by him. He started out with my children and they had wonderful experiences. Dr. Falter and his staff made them feel comfortable. I knew he would be our family dentist from that point on. Highly recommend!

I broke the side out of one of my back teeth. It left a sharp edge like a saw blade. The folks at Fairway Dental worked me right in & Dr Falter took care of the tooth so it did not hurt my tongue & I am going to need a crown which I will be doing shortly. They are very professional & I would recommend them very highly. I also look at a dental office a little different then most as I worked in several dental offices in my working career. By the way I was a new patient could not ask for nicer people.

Amazing and friendly staff that really care about the health of your teeth. They are also your cheerleader. They dont shame you if you forget to floss. Texting for appointments also helps when you hace a sleeping baby instead of always having to call. Absolutely love them being my dentists. :) recommend for everyone!!!

Wow this place is amazing, that said, I have never been here but I called a dozen places and the receptionist who answered said they did not accept my insurance but was the only one out of a dozen offices who was knowledgeable and kind enough to refer me to a dentist that did, saving me many more phone calls.It just reminds me of what customer service and good business is, Thank You so much for the info, it was really worth 5 stars.

My experience at DR.Falters office is beyond belief. I have not had a dental appointment in over 5 yrs. Afraid of pain and all that goes with. I was at work about a year ago and had horrible tooth ache . Phoned Dr.Falters office on a day that they were closing early cannot remember but holiday or weekend..... They had me in so quickly and took the best care of me. I now have the best dentist on the planet.. H.

Had a three hour procedure and experienced no pain. I was allowed to view a movie during the procedure and it kept me distracted. I highly recommend Dr. Falter.11/10 Another great procedure. I went to get the zoom whitening procedure done in my teeth whitened for my upcoming wedding. They turned nicely. I got a personal call from the doc to check in on how my teeth were feeling, and to make sure I was fully informed how to keep my teeth from getting stains. This is an amazing dentist office! I have been fearful of dentist appointments due to the discomfort and pain I have experienced, but not with Rohn Falters office! They take the time to get to know you and what your concerns and fears have been or are and then accommodate you so you dont experience them. It is the first dentist office I have ever gone to where I felt empathy from the secretary... to the dental assistants... to the dentist! The dentist, Rohn Falter, actually gives you a phone call the evening after your appointment just to check in to make sure you are doing okay; Ive never ever had that before!

They are all very professional and friendly. Dr. Falter explains his procedures so you understand what needs to be done. He makes sure you are comfortable with what he is doing during the procedures. Dr Rohn Falter and his staff are the best dental group I have ever had, they really take good care of me and my wife, she has worked within a dental office and knows good and bad dental practices and Dr Falter and his team are very good. We are very happy we found them.

My visit went perfectly, got the information I needed and was told what i needed to change. The cleaning was fast and painless with good people and the doc helped me out by telling me all the facts and exactly whats wrong and how to fix it. Best dentists office ive been too and ive too alot.

Very pleased with Rohn and his staff. My first experience was when I chipped my front tooth Thursday afternoon and my now previous dentist was ten min away from closing at 3:30 and didnt answer. My boss told me to try Rohn Falter out, I gave a call and were able to see me as the last patient. He stayed late, even cutting into a meeting he had, to fix my tooth. I was so grateful, otherwise I would of had to deal with a front chipped tooth for three more days. Since this I have gone back several more times and Im very pleased with him and his staff as well as his focus on preventative care. Highly recommended!
