The customer service was excellent at this facility. The medical assistant and the nurse practitioner, were great they both took up a lot of time with me and explained everything to me. Thank you again.

Timely and very knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment and didn’t have to wait. Both the X-ray tech and physician answered questions and addressed concerns. I would definitely return to the Centerville Urgent Care.

The best urgent care I have ever been to! I will never go anywhere else. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and fun with smiles the whole time! I went in with a dislocated and broken finger. They were able to set it, xray and get me all fixed up no problem. I called back with a question 2 days later, they still remembered me and answered all my questions. Do not hesitate about going to this urgent care, they are the best!!!

They are absolutely wonderful. George (?) the receptionist was very kind when coming in. Annie (STNA soon to be RN) is an AMAZING woman who truly cares about helping people to the best of her abilities. And (Dr?) Jim was funny and informative. I went in just to get a COVID test but they were happy to answer any and all questions I had in regards to health. Every time I’ve gone, the people are wonderful, patient, and try to help you get in and out in a timely manner so you can get on with your day. 10/10 would recommend 😊

Wow! This small-looking storefront office is beautiful inside, very modern. Anna, Ryan & Jennifer took excellent care of me. Radiologist at hospital reads the X-ray remotely. All the app forms worked great. Wonderful experience! And, it’s not broken.

Ive had to visit here twice this month and I was so pleased, given the circumstances, both times. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. I didnt feel like any question was a dumb question and it felt like I was talking to someone Id known for a while when speaking with the doctor and nurse.

Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly! The location was extremely clean. I did not want to go to ER for an ear infection and wait for hours. Glad I went here instead

The receptionists need to take some customer service courses to enhance the way they deal with patients. Otherwise the doctors are good.

Arrived around 8pm and starting at he front desk the visit was nothing less than wonderful! The entire team was open, friendly, fun, and helpful. And the doctor, who had the same sunny disposition, took the time and real interest in addressing my health issue fully explaining the best course of action. Since they are listed as Premier Health Urgent Care, I assumed they would accept my insurance the same as any other Premier Health location. Wrong! While they accept Medicare, they dont accept Tricare for Life (my secondary insurance). At least the person who checked us in was nice enough to point that out.The web interface to checking online socks. That is a professional opinion of a former programmerUpdate: It gets better! The facility responded with the usual we feel your pain canned response and provided an email address for further discussion. My email to that address bounced!

When I walked in at 824pm (close at 9pm) with a sick 1.5yr old the receptionist seemed annoyed, but I waited and was seen. I work in healthcare and understand it is frustrating, but a receptionist should be more welcoming with sick children. I wouldn’t recommend showing up last minute, but I wasn’t going to a hospital and spending a thousand dollars when they were still open.In the end she was very nice and ended up being very sweet with my child. I would just go earlier next time if it is possible. :)

I came 20-30 min. before they closed on a Saturday night. No one made me feel rushed. They saw me right a way. The nursewho check me in was wonderful. The doctor and other staff were also great. They went out of their way to make help me find a nearby pharmacy that was open late so I could start my medicine right away instead of having to wait until one opened on Sunday. I want to thank each one of them. Their kindness and thoughtful service was so comforting at a time when I was feeling pretty miserable.

I was having a lot of pain in my side and back for several days. I finally gave in and sought treatment. After evaluating my symptoms and condition, the Nurse Practitioner really felt I belonged in the Emergency Department. I respected her answer and she sent me on my way.

Everyone here showed excellent care to me from check-in to leaving. Quick and painless. I feel bad for them right now because everyone is coming in to be tested for Covid. Its gonna get really busy here.

Took son in for rapid COVID-19 test that was scheduled shortly before arrival. He arrived a few minutes late because we went to wrong location first, so they wouldnt take him. He then rescheduled for appointment about 2 hours later and arrived 20 minutes early. They took nearly an hour to treat him, then said he had to pay out of pocket because they charged insurance for first missed appointment so couldnt charge again. Then said rapid results (advertised in 15 minutes to an hour) would take 1-2 days! Premier in name only!

The app I used to schedule here “Solv” checked me in after arriving 15 min early. It said “We’ve let the receptionist know you’re here”. Meanwhile the receptionist marked me as a no show and when I came in to check if everything was ok I was told I would have to reschedule. She asked to see proof that the app checked me in. She acted like she didn’t believe me. I was only seen because a kind lady saw I was very pregnant and gave up her spot insisting on it. The receptionist meanwhile questioned why I needed a test and when I mentioned CDC guidelines she told me that CDC guidelines are just guidelines and we should just all use our best judgement. I felt interrogated by the receptionist…what symptoms I was having and my kids had…what testing they have had and when. She told me I should stay home with my kids for two weeks no matter what my test says and the test isn’t needed. It was a very strange encounter to have while standing at a receptionists desk in a waiting room. The nurses were all very kind and I have zero complaints about my clinical visit. But the app ruined my visit.

Today is Sunday, and I started having tooth pain when I left Work on Friday. I wasn’t able to find an Emergency Dentist in the area, and couldn’t handle the pain. Walking into the Urgent Care, I knew there wouldn’t be much they could do, but I was mostly hoping to be started on an antibiotic and for some type of pain relief until I could be seen by my Dentist.My experience was quick, effective and full of compassion. Lora Kinner, NP had a great personality and was able to answer all of my questions. I would certainly recommend this facility!

When getting checked in while the lady at the desk was looking at my drivers license I asked if there was something for me to throw up into and she said not up here. Then instead of getting something started telling me about a balance on my account and then I vomited and she told me to walk down the hall to a room to throw up, but I had already thrown up so I barely made it to the sink in the lobby. Other than that everyone was great!

I had a small expanded blood vessel that opened on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and could not stop the bleeding. The doctor was able to cauterize it that day, which allowed me to wait until the next week to see a dermatologist. Problem solved - no bleeding from Saturday to Wednesday.

Great staff, and a nice office. I like having an appointment. What may have involved a 1-2 hour sit, wait, get treated process became a 30 min check-in & treatment process. Keep up the great work 👍

Even during covid the experience is good. Check in online and call when you get there. They come and get you and take you right to the room. Staff was friendly and attentive. I was able to make an appointment about on hour before on a Monday night.

Jill, gary, and ana were amazing! ana promptly checked us in over the phone, and helped my fiancé into the building by bringing a wheel chair out to our car.we were immediately placed in a room and in less than 30 minutes, gary was taking x rays of my fiancé’s leg. he communicated preliminary findings with us as it went.soon after, jill arrived with crutches and boot. she clearly explained the diagnosis and how to use the boot/crutches. they provided us with a plethora of information about following up with an orthopedist same-day.the whole visit took about an hour, way less than it would have been at an emergency room. can’t thank this team enough! would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area!

I received excellent xray, care, exam at the Centerville urgent care. I initially went to Beavercreek urgent care but no xray tech on shift. The telephone person scheduled me for appt at Centerville. I arrived, called in, filled out phone info and did not receive a call back so I called again and the facility was not aware of my appt. I suppose a glitch in system? The important fact is that I did receive great care/exam/xray from caring folks. Thank you

Its covid, so if you need after hours care, no one wants to go to the ER and they advise against it. My husband had an abscessed tooth. It was severe and the pain was excriutiating, so we went to hopefully get some treatment/meds. there was no one else there waiting for treatment and we had booked the appt online prior to the visit. they still made him stand outside, pacing in horrible pain to complete paperwork over the phone before entering. Im sorry but I think thats a little much. he has to go in anyway, no on else there but the providers and he obviously had a mask on. the staff was super friendly and understanding. the doctor gave him antibiotics, a prescription mouth rinse and a shot of toradol that wore off 4 hours later. they did give him motrin 800 however for that kind of pain, he needed something stronger. they would NOT give him ANY kind of pain relief other than motrin and the shot. they actually told him if it got worse later, go to the ER. Im sorry but that is unacceptable. The ER is the last place we should be for this type of issue! He is not a drug user, has never taken more than he should, they had some of his records and even knew where he lived 20 years ago. So if he were someone trying to fake it for meds or something, I think thered be a history of that in his chart. some red flag, but of course there was not! Even 5 pills or meds of some sort to help him get through the pain. I know there is an opiod crisis but in my opinion they could have helped him more than they did. we already had motrin 800 and antibiotics at home. so, really other than the shot, they did nothing for him. Again the staff was friendly, nice place, I just think their plan of action in this case was very disappointing.

The front desk lady was very rude so not a great first impression but everyone else seemed nice and walk in visit went very quick, hopefully what I was prescribed helps me get over this cold/illness I can’t seem to get over.
