Great facility! It took a while to be seen but that was because of the volume of patients not because of anything that anyone was doing wrong. I was very impressed with the level of care and all the employees I spoke to.

From the receptionist to the clinical staff who treated my son, it was the most pleasant staff I’ve ever experienced. Very efficient and thorough. I’m definitely recommending.

This is a very nice facility. I was well taken care of and the staff was exceptional. I will go back again if I need future care. Much better care than a minute clinic type place, with services like x-ray on site.

I was able to get in on Sunday morning and was treated for my foot pain. Dr Caswell was great which gave me good confidence in coming here in the future.This on demand service really fills the step between the doctors office and urgent care. I find the urgent care never helped us in the past. It was usually busy and not good service provided. Happy to see Kettering stepping out on this kind of service.

When our physician was unable to see me, his office suggested we visit this facility. We were unaware of its existence. The staff was friendly, courteous and most helpful, and the Nurse Practitioner was exceptional! It is comfort -ing to know that we have this type of medical service available in our community!

This place is the best for any immediate health care. The staff is very kind and the doctors have always addressed my concerns and helped me. People need to be reminded that any urgent care you go to is going to be busy and sometimes things go slower than others. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with an answer and help I needed.

The Doctor (Dr Liddy) and nursing staff were awesome that took my vitals. However when I called to see if I needed an appointment the nurse on the phone and the front desk nurse was a little rude however I do understand they are dealing with a lot. I waited over two hrs in my car for my walk in appointment. They did also apologize a lot for my wait which again I understand they maybe over worked, over whelmed, and under staffed. All in all it was a good experience.

The receptionist position wasn’t exactly friendly or concerned about detail. My expectation is that medical data and personal data such as name and whether or not you have insurance (once I’ve given you my license and insurance card) ought to be apparent.When there are only 3 letters in my last very common name, you won’t misspell it on a lab sample.And I’m not trying to be mean, but when I ask you why you noted my walk-in appt time says 5:00pm when it’s only 3:15pm, I don’t want to hear that you’re putting me in as double booked later so you can be sure to get out at 7pm to go home.But the nurse who took my vitals and the nurse practitioner who took care of me once I got in a room were awesome.They could not have been any more compassionate and caring.

Walk in only took me 10 mins and the lady was super nice and helpful nobody else wanted to take me in as a walk in but this place made sure i was taken care of 5 out of 5 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND .

I was a walk-in to the clinic and they were able to immediately get me into a room. They were quick and efficient. They listened to my needs and took time with me. They didn’t seem to be in a rush and were very pleasant. I was very happy with my care.

Went for an X-ray on my knee. I had an appointment and was taken to the back immediately . Very quick and I had my results within 2 hours. Very nice clean place, friendly staff.

Wish we could write a review without any stars. Beware if you are a walkin!! I took my son here this afternoon at 2pm. I signed in as asked with 2 walk-ins in front of us. We also had to wait outside in our vehicle for a call to come in. After 45 minutes, I stopped in to see how much longer, the lady behind the desk said about 10 minutes. She just needed a room. After another 45 minutes of waiting and seeing multiple people exit and waiting a little long for a call thinking it would be any time now. But nope. Its now just past 3:30 pm and decided to see how much long since they close at 4pm. Got to the door and it was locked. So I tried calling and after several minutes of ringing with no answer, not even voice-mail. Now being aggravated, we left. At the time of writing this, still no phone call even to apologize for not seeing my son. I will never use this facility again!! Now to drop a note to the CEO of KHN.

There was no wait-nurses and staff were very professional and friendly. Doctor was great!! She actually spent time with me and explained things to me that I really appreciated.

We had an excellent experience!! The staff was very nice and so helpful. The NP was kind, caring and compassionate! My son Brian needed x-rays and we had the results before we left. I only wish there was a facility up north where we live. Premiere Urgent Care is 5 minutes from us but its well worth the hour drive to get the GREAT care we received. This is where well come in the future.

Disgusted the woman that came 10 minutes later after 7pm was even worse, supposed supervisor or who was in charge since office manager was gone already for day. When disputing with employee what time the website and clearly door says 7pm close, she violates another patients Hippa rights by telling me the woman qnd child that walked out while we were standing their talking was a COVID patient. Disgusted by the treatment lack of carenor empathy and the employees clearly do not embody the mission pf the Kettering Health Network. And, to boot she had her name tag tuened around as so her name was hidden. Good job, be your best. Well if that was this office brst than I would hate tonsee its worst.

0 STARS!! The staff was locking up for the night and FORGOT ABOUT US!! Took my daughter for a Covid Test because she has been sick for 2 days. Our family doctor ordered the test. We signed in and were put into a room in about 5mins. Covid test performed within few minutes. Was told that the doctor would be with us in few minutes she was finishing up with a patient. Over 45mins pass no doctor. Finally the door opens and its the tester asking if we are waiting on paperwork. No were waiting on the doctor. Seconds later a different lady asks our name. Tester pops head in immediately after asking for name. The 4th time we expect the doctor. Nope it is a 3rd woman who says you are good to go. WHAT?? NO VITALS TAKEN, NO CHECKING EARS,NOSE,THROAT. NO LISTENING TO THE LUNGS!! Unreal!! My 16yr.old is here with every Covid symptom and a doctor or nurse never check her out!! Upon leaving a staff member is yelling at patient refusing to let her children be seen. The woman had been signed in and now they refuse treatment because it is 7 and they are closed. The and the nurse proceeds to tell the woman Take them to Childrens. We have seen 70 patients. We are tired. All around the most unprofessional place!!!why we were there. HIPPA VIOLATION! Never will we be back. Never ever. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IVE BEEN. Do not go here. You are not going to be treated properly.

Professional and competent staff. My issue was resolved in one visit. Very convenient to where I live, plus convenient hours. It was a Sunday and my doctor works Mon-Thurs. It costs way loss than a visit to Urgent Care or the ER.

My doctor referred me to get my Covid test here Saturday, and everyone was nice and treated me and wife great at first . The LPN that did my Covid test even walked me and my wife through it but then when it came time for the so called female Dr Miller to see me, she immediately made my wife leave the building and told me that if I didn’t go over my symptoms with her just like I did with the past 3 nurses there , she wasn’t going to approve my test. I looked at her and said I just wanted to be home cause I felt horrible and you would think a doctor would have some compassion or empathy.. And when I left the building I wasn’t sure if they sent my test out or not. But luckily they did cause I did have Covid. I hope that.. that so called Doctor Miller is reading this. When a patient is telling you he or she isn’t feeling well. Don’t treat them like a dog..

Our experience was very positive. Service was quick, efficient and friendly.

Made an appointment for my 95 and 85 year old parents for 5pm. Told them my father had a severe stoke 6 months ago and they lost their son 1 week ago. This was for a rash and possible vertigo. Not busy and have been waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes. They are still in waiting room. If unable to see them ithey should let them know so they can leave and come back. Will not be coming here again.

I really liked Tracy but she prescribed an anti-biotic that made me sick in the middle of the night and I had to go to Miami Valley hospital the next day I felt so sick. They told me to stop taking the antibiotic because that was causing cramps, nausea, stomach pain that I didnt have before. The antibiotic was doxycycline hydrate..

No time at all in and out. Had a COVID-19 test and that too came with results very fast

Brought my son in to be evaluated because he was not feeling well. The facility is conveniently located and beautiful. The staff was great! Karrie, Nicole and Leah were all very personable, knowledgeable and professional. My son received great care!

I was not feeling well. I had been exposed to Covid and went I to be checked and get a test per my Doctor. Thank God it was negative.

It was a little slow. We were the only patients there and it was 1.5 hours between the time we checked in and the time we left. Overall it was a good visit.

As it turned out I have a scratched cornea and was really painful. Got right in, cnp came in immediately, examined eye, put in numbing drops, pain gone, script sent to Walgreen, picked it up 10 minutes later....whole trip took less than 1 hr. Thank you cnp Liddy

What a great system! Fast, efficient, quick diagnosis and recommendations. All in less than 20 minutes! Sent me to KMC. ER and i was already checked in when I arrived. Got great care at this location. Went in with a sore throat that I had for over a week. Was checked for the possible culprits and came back negative on the tests. Was given medication to help treat and suggestions for ease of discomfort. Price was great for being an urgent care clinic.

Everyone was professional and friendly. The nurse practitioner listened to my symptoms and checked my My Chart file to prescribe appropriately. I will go there again, if needed.

Went there Im 87 yrs old I needed antibiotics cause my grand children had been sick. I walked oit with cough pills and ended up in the hospital with pneumonia a couple days later.

I would recommend making an appointment on line. My wife and I went as walking. The people working there were very gracious and worked us in quickly. They were all very professional and friendly. It was a good experience in a bad situation.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I was able to get an X-ray on site which was read in a reasonable amount of time (no break thank goodness). I made an appointment rather than walk-in, but the wait times were posted on the web site and were very accurate.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend this Centerville location and will never be back.

This Kettering On-Demand center is great! The staff are so helpful & friendly & caring. I was greeted immediately upon entering, checked in & taken to a room within a few minutes. I wasnt sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised with how awesome the staff & care is. I will return here again when/if I need to.

I was glad to see nurse practitioner for sinus congestion. She said she would prescribe some cough syrup but I didn’t get a prescription and don’t know if it was sent to Walmart pharmacy or not (?) so I have to follow up

Very dissatisfied. The nurse practitioner refused to offer a prescription for a horrible rash that covered the lower half of my fiancé’s back. The NP said use Vaseline. Waste of money and time. Speaking of time the place was empty when we arrived yet we waited in the room for over an hour. The NP basically said it was eczema and walked out- we didn’t get any papers or anything. When I complained about not getting any meds or treatment and insisted that we should treat the rash from all angles because I didn’t think it was eczema she offered a script for a “strong neosporin”. No thanks. Refused to do anything else. Very rude and lacked empathy.

Staff very rude. The first person I talked on the phone was very pleasant, front desk and x-ray technician, but after that everyone was very rude and cold. I was on the phone with my brother to help him understand if needed, and when the nurse showed up she couldnt ask him politely to hang up. I was not inside the facility but as soon as he was done he called me back to let me know he was not treated kindly. He even mentioned the nurse that treated him threw the papers at him and expected him to pick it up from the ground. I expected friendly staff, thats why I recommended Kettering on demand, but thats definitely not what he got.

From the phone call I initiated for an appointment to the doctor’s instructions upon release, the experience was positive because of the personal and competent attention I received. The receptionist was patient with my questions as she offered soothing advice. She answered questions about insurance network, location, etc. as if she had heard those for the first time, and greeted me as if she was waiting. The facility was open and modern and clean. Even the tropical waterfall video was refreshing as it distracted you from your condition. The wait time was reasonable and the after the visit summary was in my hand immediately after consulting with the doctor. Her spoken directions were clear and backed up with the My Chart and/or paper instructions. I especially liked that they took nothing for granted - made certain my online profile was up-to-date. As a senior patient now, I feel grateful and secure to be able to go there if an emergency or weekend sickness strikes.
