I love this pharmacy and it’s team! They are always so helpful!
This place is a black hole for prescriptions. My local Smiths pharmacy (I have moved a state away) has been trying to call this CVS for 3 days now to transfer my prescription, but no one will pickup the phone. I havent taken my blood pressure medication for 3 days now due to this CVS not answering their phones and completing the transfer.
Waited two days for my medication and was told it might be 3more days.Had to wait 15 minutes on hold just to find that out.Called Walmart and they had them in stock.Needless to say I transfered everything over to them.
Won’t enforce masks. They allow people to stand in line without a mask talking about how they have been in the hospital for the last 2 days all while standing next to elderly and immunocompromised patients. When they were informed of the situation the pharmacy told us they weren’t going to do anything about it. I will never come to Target it this pharmacy again.
Ive been regularly visiting this location for over 2 years and have always received great service and had my questions answered.
Very Helpful staff. Even let me use GoodRx discounts on RX that wasnt covered by insurance. Very flexible & always friendly. Cheers
The staff has always been helpful and friendly in my experience.
I really do hesitate to do one star on anything, the service was just genuinely disappointing. The workers at the desk were both unhelpful and unkind. We called ahead to get our flu shot and they said they would be able to help, and we let them know we’d be getting there close to closing and they said that should be fine. So we took the kids and made the trip and arrive significantly before closing and we were refused service. They offered no alternatives and did not follow through with their commitment to help us despite calling ahead and confirming. Will be filing a formal complaint with CVS. Very unprofessional.
I am on same page with Bonnie, I have been filling my meds for years and now suddenly they have become Dr’s and think have the right with no knowledge of health issues of what people should be taking. I have filed a complaint with the STATE OF UTAH DOPL. I will also file a complaint with the CDC I will also file a complaint with CVS. I will also go to Twitter. I want to let everyone know that although this pharmacy USED to be great, the new pharmacist has taken it upon himself to decide what people should be taking. My DR is well with in guidelines of CDC. Save yourself time just go somewhere else to fill medicationsThis is from the CDC WEBSITE . Finally, in an effort to do their part in reducing opioid overdose and misuse, many pharmacies have instituted their own internal policies related to opioid dispensing, some of which have misapplied aspects of the CDC guideline (which was aimed at primary care providers), such as instituting outright bans on filling prescriptions for opioids of more than 90 MME/day (while the CDC cautions against increasing to ≥ 90 MME/day, it does not prohibit it and merely recommends careful justification and documentation in those cases where it is necessary). While these internal policies may help pharmacists determine the legitimacy and safety of prescriptions.
Frustratingly slower than slow, and the young girls working couldn’t care less of the long line waiting on them. They seemed clueless on how to add a flavor to an antibiotic, let alone how to even mix it, I was waiting for over ten minutes after I finally paid. They also need a huge improvement on customer service, and they just seem grungy and not happy to be there whatsoever. I am happy to leave this pharmacy after this visit. Still love Target though👌🏼
Im 59 years old, and suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis. Ive been on the same medications over 5 years. I was told by the pharmacist that my dosage was to high, and he wanted me to sign a paper saying I would try to decrease it. He called my pain specialist, but the doctor told him that wasnt feasable at this time. He said he may not be able to fill perscriptions for me in the future. My doctor has been treating me for years, and is well aware of my dosage , this rude encounter was humiliating, and way out of line. Im taking my buisness elsewhere. Ive been coming here over 6 years, but no more.
I used to think this pharmacy was great... but in recent months they’ve gone way downhill. I understand being busy, but no one even acknowledges the massive line of people waiting (which really bothers me for some reason). Letting people know you can see them goes a long way. The last few times I’ve dropped off my rx a few days in advance, and it’s still not ready when I try to pick it up. Avoid the hassle and time and go somewhere else!
Rude unhelpful employees, my hsa card works at other pharmacies but not this one! I still don’t know if my wives prescription is actually at this pharmacy or not. No real explanation of why they can’t find my wives prescription. She was so anxious to just take down her personal information. I will make sure to go to literally any other pharmacy. To the gm or whoever reviews these, I have no desire to be contacted. You should fire all your employees and rehire new Ones if you want to keep customers
This is a great helpful pharmacy
The pharmacist Jeremy is friendly and very helpful
Love this for me the staff is so helpful
I’ve been going to the Target (now CVS pharmacy) for years without any problems until today. A new pharmacy tech has left an awful taste in my mouth and intimidation not to return. Now, I don’t know her on a personal level, maybe she’s super sweet and lovely girl - but she made me feel awful. I left feeling embarrassed, upset, and frustrated with how everything went down.If not only for the gross mishandling of my insurance information, and talking down to me when I ask questions, I felt I was in the wrong for questioning anything she told me. Her attitude needs a serious adjustment. Tone and genuineness are a major part of customer service. And I’m not owed kindness, but at least decency. Get your employees together CVS pharmacy - I’m making my feelings pubicy known to my friends, content followers, and family so they know that using CVS Pharmacy may not be the right call,.
I’ve gone to Target for years for prescriptions, as has my mother. We are both switching-and can’t switch quick enough. I can’t even begin to list all the experiences that have showed and detailed the blatant disrespect they have for their customers. I’ve been a type 1 diabetic since I was 5 years old. That’s 18 years. I was told that ‘their system doesn’t show I’ve ever been prescribed insulin’ and ‘do I realize that’s a medication that requires a prescription?’...I’ve literally never used another pharmacy. Not sure how they didn’t have that on file. They have called multiple times to tell me my prescription is ready, only for me to show up and them to tell me they never sent me that message or call and my prescription won’t be ready for days. I work in a medical facility and when I called in a prescription (this has happened on multiple occasions), they ask why can’t i just leave a voicemail or send it electronically. Several times I’ve explained that for whatever reason, the electronic prescription won’t go through, they always say ‘’well just try again then.’’ Many times they have lied to me, my family members, and others that use the pharmacy. Again, I can’t quite say enough bad about this place-but I can tell you, if you would like to be treated respectfully (or even treated like a human being) and your prescription, stay as far away from this place as you can! It is the WORST. If possible to give negative reviews, I would absolutely do it.
Great service, always so helpful!
