I love this place. Best healthcare Ive gotten in years. Staff and Doctors remember me and are always courteous, respectful and fun. Im willing to travel to come here, just because of how well I am treated. My doctor is young and willing to try new and alternative treatments, which I love. She also listens thoroughly and treats me as a competent and intelligent human being. Rarely have I ever gotten such excellent care in my life. No #Mishaguyas

They can get me in right away. Always take great care of me. They get to the bottom of whats going on. If not they send me to the hospital.

Staff and medical team are incompetent at this location. Doctors are only in office 1 day a week, their teams don’t answer calls, they don’t manage prior authorizations correctly, taking WEEKS to resolve. This isn’t about paperwork y’all, it’s about people. How can it take literal weeks to get simple things completed? How can maintenance medication be paused because of clerical errors? Go to the REAL University healthcare because these satellite offices aren’t run half as good as McDonald’s.

If I could give this a zero star, I would. This place has been awful to me. It started off great with Julie Lerman but she had gone somewhere else. I then was seen briefly by Jennifer Rowley and she took a long time just to send a my chart message back and handled my care horribly. Now I’m with Jessica Morales and it has been two weeks since I got my labs done and I still have no results. I have called both the lab and Centerville office. Both say they will communicate with each other and to call back the next day. On top of that, I have to call both three times each just to get the labs sent over for me to get done. Centerville says they sent it and the lab doesn’t get it. It’s an endless cycle of miscommunication and me doing their jobs for them. Completely unreliable.

What a great little place! There are great providers here and as a patient I have always received excellent care. You cant go wrong with any of their providers, and they are all caring, smart, and genuine. They do primary care, OB care, prenatal, LGBTQ+, lab work, XRAY, and behavioral therapy, to name a few. There are MDs, APRNs, and PAs that have a variety of skills and experience. They will see pediatrics, adults, geriatrics, and anybody with pre-existing conditions.Theres also a pharmacy here to save the trip to different places - even better when you come in for the snifflea and you dont want to run around to different stores to get your meds. Its a one stop place and its great!

Don’t book an appointment with Jennifer Pantelakis. First she cancelled so I had to reschedule. Rebooked. Went to my appointment and she was running 45 minutes late. Very bad time management if you ask me. I had to cancel my appointment since I had planned to be there 45 minutes not an hour and 45 minutes.

These folks are great. Not usually too busy, and they have a pharmacy on site. Its being renovated at the moment, so it will look all nice and new shortly. Still takes a bit, but the providers Angie and Becky were great! Silvia did wonderfully as well, thanks everyone!

Staff is professional and kind. They take their time reviewing your history and enjoy spending time. They’re interested in your health and not just about getting you seen and on to the next patient.Great front staff. Helpful and nice. They have a self check in system so you can get going quickly.

They act like it’s top notch there cause it’s u of u. Easily could have told me over the phone but they made me finish the drive to tell me to reschedule

Had a toenail removed last year by Charles White in which he killed the nail bed so the nail would not regrow. However, nails grow back slowly and a year later, my toenail is back and it has been made clear that he will not be able to take care of what he was initially supposed to take care of because my insurance has changed. I was hopeful they would stand by their procedure and the fact that it didnt work rather than be referred elsewhere to have the same procedure done at great cost to myself financially (and the time and pain of the procedure again). Entrust yourself to another doctor at this clinic.

The charges issued for a 15 minute visit from this location are outrageous. it is disappointing to see the charges levied for a short 15 minute visit. Even when a real physician is not the one administering care. It would be easier to swallow if you were paying for a real doc to see you, but when it is they send a person into your room with lesser credentials, and then bill you as if you were seeing a real doc. Very disappointed in UofU system. The Lady at the front desk was helpful and very nice. Even the person giving the care was nice, not necessarily definitive in her diagnosis, but nice.

I am extremely satisfied with the care I was given at this facility. I have always found it difficult for me to go and see a doctor but from phone call to leaving with my prescription the entire staff there was very helpful, caring and understanding. I would recommend this facility and its staff to anyone seeking help and medical care!

If youre in need of a family doctor look no further than the new doctor here - Dr. Charles White. We have been to see him with our children a few times recently and cant say enough about his demeanor and bedside manner. He is kind, friendly, thorough, and patient. Its so rare these days to see a doctor and not feel like hes rushing to get to his next patient. Charles NEVER rushes through his appointments and always makes our kids feel comfortable. His diagnosis have always been spot on. Factor in this is a University of Utah clinic and you simply cannot lose. IHC has owned the Utah market for so long but doesnt own it anymore. We dont go to the Instacare in Bountiful anymore. Take my word for it, give Dr. White a try and you wont look back.

This has to be the worse insta care place I have ever been to. First time I went there I had a terrible experience with the family planning doctors to a point I wish I had gone somewhere else. The second time I went I figured since it was for a different reason it would be a different experience. Nope. After explaining what was wrong and what I needed (I have suffered migraines for 15 years, I know what I need for my care) they tried to tell me I couldnt take a medicine for my migraines I have taken for years. Turns out it would have been the wrong medicine anyways. I will never go back. Both Physician assistants need more training. The lack of knowledge at the place is a little alarming. Suggest going to any other insta cares other than this one.

The instacare is terrible. I had to go back three times to get a simple thing taken care of I have an extremely infected finger, at first they didnt even prescribe a painkiller then the next day I came back and paid another 100 bucks they prescribed a painkiller that only kind of works for 1.5 hours to 3 hours but you can only take it every six hours, I went back again to change my antibiotic because Im allergic to what they prescribed me and asked them if its normal to have the painkiller be so ineffective, they basically told there was nothing they can do. I just dont really feel like they listen well to my medical issue. Im paying for this out of pocket, no insurance so I dont go to the doctor unless its a absolute emergency so to have the staff not really listen to me when I say Im at a pain lever 7 really pisses me off. I guess I shouldve just ate moldy bread and hit up the liquor store, that wouldve been more effective than going to the clinic.

I came into this clinic early this year excited to finally have insurance accepted by the University of Utah. I had hoped APRN Jennifer Pantelakis would be able to help me figure out my debilitating symptoms and what mystery illness is causing them. She was quick to dismiss my concerns even telling me that a large percentage of my symptoms they can never find a cause for and since nothing showed as abnormal in my blood work she refused to do anything further to help me. I felt like her attitude was ‘This might be hard to figure out so I’m not even going to try; just keep dealing with it.’ I left feeling defected and confused. I wrote her a personal letter explain why I was disappointed with her care and would not be returning. I was able to finally find a good team of Doctors that know how to do their jobs and they discovered I have TWO extremely rare illness and I am now receiving the care I NEEDED. I would give this clinic 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. They are not interested in helping patients they are just interested in getting you in and out as quickly as possible while doing the least amount of work on their end.

Im not a person who usually leaves bad reviews but I feel this Instacare really needs to improve their P.A. doctors or they wont last long in Centerville because of poor service! They already have many bad reviews! After many visits to this facility over the past years which none have been great, yesterday was the worst. The doctor was rude, codescending and very unprofessional in his appearance and demenor. I will never recommend or use this facility again!

I used to see Dr. Anisman who was great, but I somehow was switched over to Rayleen Greathouse. After my last visit I was awaiting results on my blood work and instead of calling me herself, she had a receptionist call me (while I was on vacation in Europe) and with a completely un empathetic tone told me I had been diagnosed with a disease and asked if I wanted to make another appointment? I cant believe someone who is supposed to be my primary care person didnt take a few minutes of her day to call me personally with news I wasnt expecting. It showed a lack of caring and empathy for what is going to be a life changing moment in my life, and that I am just a paycheck for her. I would not recommend her to friends or family.

After reading some of these reviews, I would have to say that about six months ago, I would have agreed. However, since the Farmington Clinic has opened and new staff has appeared at the Centerville clinic, I am very pleased with the care I have been receiving. I had been going to IHC because of the difficulty in making appointments and receiving care. One doctor in particular had missed a very big diagnosis for me at the time and IHC found it. Now, I have a hard time getting in to IHC and went back to the U of U and found the new staff to be very friendly, concerned for my well being and follow up is impeccable! Jennifer Palonokis has been incredible to work with and I feel she is very concerned about my well being. She took the time to review my previous medical history in depth and listens to what I tell her is going on with my body. I couldnt be happier that I have found someone again who I feel I can trust to talk to about my health and body. Give this clinic a chance, they have resources available and are willing to help their patients!
