My feet were measured and fitted for shoes. Two weeks later I returned to the Hanger Clinic to receive my shoes. My shoes were a good fit and they were comfortable. The person who measured my feet and fitted me for shoes also answered several questions that I asked. All in all, very professionally done!

II have been to Hanger Clinic in Centerville several times and they have treated me extremely well. The front desk person is always kind. Bill is a great guy and is always thorough and friendly. Based on my experience i would definitely recommend this location. I will get my orthotics here as long as i can.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and caring staff. They listen to patients concerns and questions and provide honest and accurate answers. Had a great experience and highly recommend this clinic.

Recently I went Hanger Clinic for Diabetic Shoes and inserts the staff was very professional.. I truly have recommended Several people there.. Bill was very professional and care a lot about what going on with my feet.... There was no long waiting to be seen .. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes.. Keep up the Good work... I would give Hanger Clinic a 5 star rating. They were pleasant, efficient, courteous, and professional. My first orthotics and only had a few days, but they appear to work great.

Bill is great! Hes very warm and patient and really wants to adjust the insert until itworks--which he did!

This was possibly the rudest and most incompetent service Ive experienced. The front desk staff made a mistake the resulted in me not being able to get my orthotics at the end of the year under my current deductible. That was bad enough but instead of simply apologizing and trying to fix the situation, as is expected from any professional service, the office staff actually accused me of lying about what they had previously told me over the phone. So they are not only inept but also rude and totally unprofessional.

The most horrible experiences over the phone for a month dealing with the office scheduler .. It has me now horrified to scheduled an appointment my mother and 4 weeks later no avails have come about.... DISREGARD THIS PLACE AND SERVICES IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.... I was forced to rate with Stars so 1 Is the lowest I can give but Id prefer no stars
