Had to return a few items and forgot my receipt. Had used my courtesy card for purchase. Asked “Suzy” at the returns desk if she could just find the purchase on my card. She kept saying she couldn’t find it (with a bad attitude I might add). Finally found the manager who found it without a problem. No apology for the time and trouble I had endure from her incompetency, not even from the manager.

First time using this location. They have a deli! Ontario and Springboro locations dont.I received my CoVid vaccination here because this location had it available for me. Quick and efficient, took longer to fill out paperwork than the vaccine. I was given paperwork explaining the vaccine which I read during the observation period.

Threw a baby shower this weekend. While planning I decided to use Drug Mart for my sandwich platters and an order of their taco dip. Drug Mart people said...really? Well...it was fantastic. The ladies in the deli took very good care of me. Their super sub platter was amazing and plentiful. I ordered 2 (which was way to much)....but guest sure grabbed up the leftovers. Thanks ladies. Youre fantastic.

Worst place to shop or work at. The employees are cool, but the benefits & management is horrible.If you’re thinking about working here and looking at the reviews, don’t… other stores have better teamwork ethic, benefits & pay.DDM only pays $10/hr. There’s always new people in there because the store can’t keep employees… employees have no say on how they feel they are being treated.Plus as a customer, the service is horrible. Ask for Lisa or Debbie (cashier & Deli) when you go in, they are great!

I always try to get in and out of here as fast as I can. The layout makes no sense, making everything super hard to find. The cashiers always make me feel SO beyond uncomfortable I just want to run away as soon as my transaction is complete. The pharmacy techs seem annoyed when you try to ask questions. I’ll always go to CVS if I have the option. DDM is a last resort.

Clean store. Lots of variety. Drugs, pharmacy, cosmetics, yard/gardening wares, shelf-stable groceries, fresh food, deli counter, housewares, clothes, some automotive, and more -- neatly contained in a small space. (Surprised to find fresh fruit, veggies, and deli in what is advertised as a drug store.) You could easily use this store as a replacement grocery by making judicious choices. Lots of good advertised deals. Good rewards program. Also, seniors (over 60) get a discount every Wednesday. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I love this place! Its a smaller store and the employees are always welcoming. Love the stuff I can find here. Is a little overpriced on some things, but I love that they accept WIC. A lot of places dont even accept that. Awesome they have a deli and you can still rent movies somewhere!!

Love the convenience of this store being new to the area. Why cant I stand in line at a register like other retail stores, but have to wait in the aisle for whichever registers are open next? Most customers around me were questioning this and also irritated by it. Also your front end leaves A LOT to be desired. Arrogant, sarcastic blonde head cashier/front end manager? that is extremely unpleasant to deal with, cashier that needs to bathe and use deodorant, or cashiers that just arent in touch with reality.

The employees themselves are stellar and very sweet, but the bald manager sounds like quite the bully towards his employees when he thinks customers are out of earshot. Theres probably a reason why the employees never seem to stay here for too long.

Drugmart at Lyons road please let me what is the queue system you follow, it comes to me that you guys have your own preferences when it comes to certain people that you call upon them to go first in line at the cash register if you know them. This has never happened earlier and today when my husband went there to make a purchase he was humiliated by the lady at the cash register and a customer standing behind my husband, he just went forward and the lady at cash register was all in smiles and started chatting with him, what the hell?? I really dont want to give this attitude of the lady a name. Its disgusting, please train you employees basic etiquette, work ethics and whatever necessary. The manager really needs to look into this

My First Choice when I need to get something and I dont feel like going into the giant Stores.

The food is always expired. And the beer is skunked and flat. I cant imagine what must have happened along the 10 mile journey from Warped Wing to have made Trotwood taste like a soggy potato but they somehow pulled it off.

They have anything you need. I mean like a special screw. My husband and I are always surprised.

Pharmacy staff is the best. Also cashiers are always helpful and friendly!

Waited at video department for over 20 minutes, ring the bell many times, two employees came out look at us waiting and turned around and left. Asked cashier to call someone and it still took an additional 10 minutes for someone to get there. The manager is who ended up ringing us up with no apologies and a rude attitude.

First time I visited the cashiers, pharmacy and all the staff was friendly, also helpful!

I was just at the Lyons rd location and had a cart full of items and one item was potatoes which one was rotten, so I told the unfriendly cashier I would go get more potatoes and with my screaming 3 yr old grandson he ask me to come back and get the rotten potatoes and put them back on the shelf,the cashier Mr. Larry B. needs a lesson in customer service!!!
