I have used this CVS for several years now. They have had hiccups along the way, as any business has, but Have been wonderful to me the past two years. Their newest pharmacist, I think his name is Lamar(?) is by far the best pharmacist I have encountered at ANY CVS. He’s efficient, knowledgeable, so nice, and always willing to help me when I have questions. All of the techs are personable and are always very kind.

Comically inept. I mean I guess it would be comical if people couldnt potentially die from the incompetence of these clowns.

The pharmacy at this CVS is by far my favorite in Centerville. They are always welcoming on the phone, in person and at drive through. Today Nick the pharmacist spent extra time counseling me on a new prescription I was worried about. Very grateful to have such a great neighborhood pharmacy!

If I had a way to give it a -1 I would. Your pharmacy is a joke, worst service I have EVER witnessed. Thank goodness I dont use this pharmacy regularly. This is where customer service goes to die

Pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful. They search for coupons to apply to my prescriptions to make them more affordable without me asking. They also ordered several months of a prescription of mine that they seem to be out of frequently so they’d have it on hand for me.

It is sometimes hard to get a cashier at the counter. I know they are mostly used for their pharmacy but when I am trying to buy anything else I occasionally end up waiting and having to track someone down. The store is still clean and employees are likeable.

Would really have loved to transfer prescriptions from a pharmacy I had to use on vacation to this pharmacy. Unfortunately, they decided theyre not going to answer their phone and let customers wait on hold for 15 minutes several times over the last week.Im really happy to take my money and time elsewhere. Incredibly poor service here.

Pharmacy is terrible. They Tell you prescriptions will be ready at certain time and then make you wait inside for “10-15 min” and still won’t have prescription ready.

If you have a problem, fix it! But dont treat people the way you did to me! My card was declined, all that you should say (next time when someone card will declined) - Excuse me, but your card declined... and not like you said Hey! Wait a minute! I didnt run and didnt stole a toothpaste with a towel paper. I paid with another card and still was nice to you. Well I shouldnt, thats why I will rate this CVS with one star. Sad. Its a good pharmacy, just a bad cashier.P.S. Be nice, be happy!

Tonight the pharmacist threw my prescription at me, completely unprovoked (at least by me). I will be honest, in the last several months it’s gotten worse and worse, and I HAVE been rude in the past because of their own screw ups and difficult people. But tonight, I was perfectly pleasant and laid back. So this was incredibly unnecessary, unwarranted, and disgusting. Also my prescription was late, for the 5th month in a row. (I’d switch my my hands are currently tied bc of my insurance.)

Picked up my daughters medicine, prescription for 28 days but only 7 days were in bag, called to inquire and they said they forgot to include other 3 packs and apologized. Went back and picked up other 3 packs got it home to realise it was the WRONG MEDICINE!! Extremely irritated not to mention WRONG MEDICINE!!! How dangerous is that!Heading back again tomorrow.

I just visited this Pharmacy for a prescription for my mother who broke her hip. The pharmacist was cold and unwilling to give me any help or information. The prescription was written incorrectly for my moms painkillers and while I understand that she was unable to fill the prescription she could have had a little bit of heart. She turned me away and treated me like trash. I work in a pharmacy and I understand that the prescription would not be able to be filled but I think she is the most heartless person Ive ever encountered. She didnt provide any customer service. After working in a pharmacy in myself I do understand that sometimes it gets busy or you have people that are hard to deal with. She didnt even have the kind or common courtesy to talk to me but she made sure to talk loud enough that I could hear her when she told me that I could go somewhere else. Its pharmacist like this that make people not want to go to CVS. The pharmacist that I worked under would have never been this awful.Absolutely appalling!

Clean, friendly staff, short wait time at pharmacy

I am NEVER upset with this CVS!!! I have had more problems here then anything and today put me over the top! The pharmacy tech today told me my meds would be ready in a hour so my fiance calls up there and they didnt say anything just put her on hold for 30 mins then when they finally answered they said it would be another hour! So we wanted to until 5:50, they said my medicine was ready I said okay we are on our way, so we drove down there and they were closed!!! So why couldnt they said sorry but we close in 10mins! But no they let use drive there knowing they was closing at 6pm! And WTF who closes at 6pm on a Saturday?!? I understand a sunday but Saturday really?

Waited in the pharmacy line for almost 2 hours. Seriously? RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

I had an issue with my prescription and I called and talked to Christina. She helped figure everything out and was so kind and had great customer service!

Called in an order and it was supposed to be ready by 4, not ready by 445. Staff behind counter was not very nice about the delay. Probably will take business elsewhere even though this is close to home. This isnt the 1st time Ive had this issue at this location. Get them more help or something so they arent so overworked and unfriendly.

Store was very messy, looked like they were short staffed and the employee at the register was new. Wasnt my worst experience in a retail store. but wasnt acceptable either.

Pharmacy was a nightmare and I was a new customer!!!! I sat at the window for 30 min. I was on hold on the phone the next day for over 30 min (they promised to call me of course and never did) and I spoke with the manager who promised they would call me back & they are so sorry.... and shocker- they never called me back!!!! I’ve missed a day of medication as a result and I’m moving out of state tomorrow!!!! Awful service I will never return.
