Ive had my dental care here for several years and have always received quality care. The staff are friendly and professional. They stick carefully to the appointment schedule and are very efficient in their work. The dental hygienist I visited did a thorough cleaning of my teeth and patiently answered my questions. The dentist also was friendly, professional and performed a thorough examination of my teeth, jaw and surrounding tissue. The dentist also answered all of my questions. The staff handle my billing and insurance efficiently. They also schedule me for my next appointment before departing. I recommend this dental group for their friendliness, efficiency, professionalism and quality dental services.

We have been going to DDS for about 2 years. I needed a lot of dental work for problems and my husband and I wanted cosmetic work done as well. They are always on time, professional, friendly, and have done an amazing job on our teeth. Neither of us has had any pain issues since we started with them and our teeth look great! I am so happy with the service and quality that, even though we moved away, we travel 45 minutes to keep seeing Dr. Brown and his staff.

The staff are top notch and the hygienist was excellent.

I had a permanent retainer post braces but my teeth still moved which was very frustrating to me. I had one tooth that was pushed back and higher than the others and I hated it. I brought this up to Dr. Brown and he had an idea! Fast forward to yesterday - he removed my retainer (a removable one is being made) and he cosmetically fixed my tooth and smoothed everything out so my teeth look PERFECT again! No pain and no part of my actual tooth was removed, he just built upon what was there and made everything look very esthetically pleasing. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I am so pleased and would recommend him over and over again :)

What an amazing office! I walk in and high five Kristen on the way back to see Dr. Brown (the best dentist I have ever went to). Then Katie walks in and takes it to another level! I highly recommend their services!

This office is fantastic -I have a lot of anxiety about going to dentist and being pain- I have now been twice to have work done beyond a regular cleaning and both experiences have been pain free! I don’t feel the shots in my mouth-they offered plenty of breaks. I’m so impressed by the Doctor and his staff-Katie has been there for both of my procedures and she is very kind and I never feel bad for being nervous or anxious because they are so reassuring. So thankful for this office!

As a first time patient I had the best experience. Everyone was extremely nice, professional, very informing, and I was literally in and out! The office was super nicely renovated, and they did extremely well with social distancing in the waiting area! You guys are awesome! 😊

Recently I had a lot of Dental work completed by Dr. Brown. You always expect good work of the dentist and this I got, but in addition a bonus was the caring nature of he and his staff. Kudos to each and every one of them from Kristin to Katie and the others that I had the pleasure of meeting. I’m new to this practice as I changed insurance carriers this year and I’m glad that I did. First and foremost I stand with a portion of my original review, that being the staff is very courteous and professional. The issue I had is resolved by a simple conversation. I have been going to the dentist here for eight years (since we moved here from TX) and its the only doctor of any kind that I have ever truly been pleased with in OH. The hygienists are all so friendly and the new dentist is delightful. They work with your schedules and are very personal.

Before I visited DDS, my life was a shambles. Even my dogs would no longer eagerly greet me at the door. They just quit. The only question was what shade of gray my day was going to be. But thanks to my visit to DDS, all that has changed. I have a new lease on life. My life is no longer me careening from one crisis to the next because I know once every six months I will be meeting with a great dentist and her fabulous team that are emblematic of the highest standards of professionalism in their industry. Every appointment at Dayton Dental Solutions has been great and this one was no exception. That said, having crown work done is not typically a happy camping experience. Nonetheless, I was treated with professional care and that made all the difference. Everyone was friendly and helpful and procedures were explained well. In short, Dayton Dental is not your fathers dental experience. Kudos to Dr. Butler, Rachael and the entire team for a job well done.

I have been a patient going on two years now and I am beyond pleased with Dr. Butler and her entire staff. They have made me feel welcome, at ease and valued as a patient from day one. They even take care of all my insurance issues, which is a great help! From the receptionist to Dr. Butler herself, their friendliness and professionalism is truly unique & appreciated.

The office staff is always friendly and efficiently check you in. They are quick to answer our questions. They also are friendly and engaged me in conversation while I waited for my children to be serviced. My children are not stressed about going to the dentist and enjoy spending time with the dental hygienists.I am also a patient in this office and receive excellent care when I have dental services of my own. Although the appoints seem to get booked fast, they treat you as though you are their only with attentive customer service every time! I am glad we chose them as our dental providers!

The reception area was great and I was greeted in a professional and polite manner. Sierra was a great dental assistant and she made me very comfortable. Dr. Turner was very, very professional, maybe overly so. She must have been busy because she spent very little time with me. Not a problem for me, just an observation.

The entire staff at Dayton Dental Solutions South have always made me feel comfortable and taken care of, even though going to the dentist used to give me extreme anxiety. The front desk is always welcoming, and the hygienists are warm and don’t make me feel like I’m just another mouth. Each dentist I’ve seen have been thorough, understanding, and never make me feel embarrassed or anxious while there. I had to pay out of pocket before I had insurance, and they worked with me to find a payment plan that worked.DDSS will be the only office to ever touch my teeth again. I recommend them to absolutely everyone!

I just became a patient at this office and they are by far the best dental office I have been to. Everyone from the front desk, to the dentists are very personable. I just went in today and they all wished me a happy birthday and gave me a card (my birthday was this past Monday). They walk you through what theyre doing and are absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed the staff and the over all feeling when in the office. The place is amazing as far as decoration goes, and they really go out of their way to make you safe and comfortable! And the reason being that the office was really modern and fancy, the office staff was nice, and they were able to calm my nerves. Im quite afraid of the dentist. Let me preface this next part with the information that I have quite a few fillings and crowns. Like, almost every tooth. Mama has tater tot teeth. Anyway...on my first visit, they quote me $30,000 in dental work...in one year! They go off on this fear mongering campaign of telling me that all my fillings will need to be replaced with crowns as soon as possible.Needless to say I got a second opinion on that, and it was quickly shot down. I have heard from numerous dentist that this place is nothing more than a marketing firm that can fix your teeth. If youre afraid of the dentist and only need them cleaned, then this may be the place for you. But if you need a root canal or anything on the more expensive side, steer clear.

I’m a new patient and I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and skill of the dentists, hygienists and other staff at Dayton Dental Solutions.

I had a veneer tooth that slid off. Needed to go in and get it readhered. They took the tooth and sand blasted a whole directly through it. They then wanted me to pay full price for the tooth that they busted, unbelievable and unprofessional.For 6 months they had bills that they never sent to my insurance company, then lied to me and said I had to pay out of pocket. I called my insurance company and they never once received any bills.The staff here is very manipulative, greedy, and stubborn. This place is located in the uptown area of Centerville, Ohio and every time you drive by the parking lot its empty. There is a reason for that - No one goes here.

I had the pleasure of having a tooth pulled recently by Dr. Carlsie Crutchfield. Now, I know that sounds weird, but Dr. C just knew what I needed to feel comfortable, and it was over so quickly that I was like, were done? :) Longevity is very important to me, so I went in extremely sad that I had to say goodbye to ole #2. My front girls were there to greet me as always, and Im partial to my buddy Stephanie who was there to comfort me and answer any questions I had. I love my DDS team. :)

I love this place! I have a huge fear of the dentist, to the point I use to break out in sweats just thinking about it. All the staff are AWESOME! I came here because of the all the other reviews. Of course there will be pain involved teeth are close to the nerve. But they make sure you are in the least amount of pain as possible. If you are lucky they will sing to you :). I now fell 1000% better to smile in a picture

Poor quality work, went to get cavities filled Im not even sure I had (didnt get a second opinion) I have sensitivity still and pain (not sure what they did, certainly didnt help me). Only reason I got the cavities filled was because I was assured everything would be covered by my dental insurance. They completed the work then I got a bill from them for several hundred dollars. Now everytime I eat I get food stuck in my teeth when before that was never a issue. Dont get any work done by them, you wont be happy

Went in for a routine cleaning and not only did he clean my teeth but he also fixed my botched cavity that was causing pain and he even called me that night to check on me! The whole staff is super sweet & LOVE and appreciate how clean they are. Im very picky when it comes to cleanliness and doctors and Im telling you thier Awesome!! Everything is very clean they even cover thier computer mouses with plastic between clients who else does that.. Dr. Cripe has been there a very long time and knows his stuff, he has fantastic chair side manner is very thorough and doesnt rush threw things!! The Best part about this practice is thier Honest they dont tell you theres a million things wrong when theres not, thats a huge problem in denistry. Highly recommend this practice 💕
