I had my first appointment today and was impressed with Dr. Finnerty and the entire staff. They were professional, extremely friendly, kind and efficient. I am going to schedule appointments for the rest of my family. Happy to have a new great dentist!

Very surprised with the exceptional service. Obviously going to the dentist is miserable. But their office staff were easy to work with. When I called to inquire they picked up the phone and were able to meet my needs. I was even able to get a same day appointment (which for me meant not putting it off any longer). Pricing was very transparent and I felt like I had the decision to accept or decline procedures.

I can’t say enough about this place ! I am Deathly afraid of the dentist hadn’t been in 10 years . Dr. Gillian was so great at making me feel comfortable and not afraid . The two office gals were amazing . Mallory the assistant was great . The hygienist was very informative.Thanks for making me feel so comfortable and not judging . They charged me well over $700 for only four cavities WITH insurance. I have really good insurance, it shouldnt cost that much. The pricing is OUTRAGEOUS.

Initially I really liked the place, except my first appointment took four hours, even though getting 6 cavities filled and 4 wisdom teeth pulled took less time than this appointment to fill 2 cavities, get a gum flush, and a cleaning, but I digress. Also, hello, it was EXPENSIVE AS HELL. Just a few weeks after getting cavities filled, I started having pain in one tooth, and havent been able to floss the other. I left a message two weeks ago and no one called me back.I just had a death in the family a few days ago and had to miss two days of work last week, and now another day this week for the funeral. I tried to schedule for the day of the funeral seeing as I already have the day off, low and behold no one is in. I explain my situation, after already missing 3 days of work, I really need to work something out. I ask if theres a Saturday appointment available, they say not until September 26th almost a full month out from today, even though for 2 weeks after NOT calling me back, and explaining that Ive got a lot going on and need some help working this out, they offer nothing.Gonna actually cancel my appointment I made for Wednesday, I dont care if my mouth hurts, Ill find another dentist.

As you enter their doors, you instantly feel a warm embrace like “welcome home”. Every employee is so engaged in the patient’s care.Spending a lot of time in their office recently, I noticed how well the staff interacted with each other and fellow patients. I was truly impressed with their passion in what they do. This group of dedicated professionals is locked on with doing the right thing for every patient.

I had my crown from a dentist across the country come off at 6pm on December 23rd. I just moved here so I figured I would be out of luck until at least after New Years. Luckily for me this office was open and willing to fit me me in on Christmas Eve.Everyone here has been so nice to me and Dr. Carter was able to fix my crown without up-selling unnecessary work. Thanks to everyone here for getting me fixed before Christmas!

Unfortunately, I have had a lot of experience at the dentist’s office in my elder years. Gillian Finnerty is the first dentist I actually enjoyed having take care of my teeth. The dental team here is unmatchable in care and skill!Thank you, all of you.

Staff was super kind. However dentist seemed like they were in a rush and I couldnt ask all the questions that I had regarding my teeth. Only looked at my teeth for about 1 minute, told me what I needed, then left.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The staff was so friendly, they had all read my register information and asked about my job and husband. They treated me super great and got me the care I needed at a cost I could afford. Splendid dental care.

The staff here are so friendly. I hate going to the dentist (who doesnt) but theyre always very kind, remember what Ive been up too and make me feel comfortable. Ive had crowns and fillings before, and this has been by far the best place for ease, time and helping to work with me on paying bills with my insurance company.

I went in to get some cavities taken care of and they were extremely friendly at the time. However, when it came down to cost, they could only price everything else they claimed I needed. I was told theyd have to get back to me on the price of filling cavities by the end of the day. After not hearing from them I called and was again told, we will contact you by the end of the day. Its been over a month and I havent heard anything. Went in to get my cavities taken care of and literally got charged everything but.Seems like they might just be after money.

I went in with no insurance, i was in alot of pain due to a exposed nerve, they got me in after 5pm and was able to extract the tooth and build a dental plan to fix the other issues I had. Within 1 week of walking into theyre office I had a set a teeth and a smile I am no longer afraid to show, all within my budget. Superior customer service and dental work done I will be recommending everybody to them

Absolutely LOVE this dentist/orthodontist office! GREAT STAFF! Friendly, efficient & very professional service.They are so wonderful with my kids & make them feel at ease even in the most uncomfortable situations (6 extractions for my daughter who is petrified of needles) she didnt even cry! They were amazing with her!We are all looking forward to continued care at this office & getting braces!

I love Centerville dental group. Everyone here is just awesome. The most friendly dentists Ive been to and Ive been to quite a few. Ive never had any problems here. They always have some kind of coupon or something to get some money off. These guys really are awesome. 5 stars across the board.

The only thing I knew about this clinic was that they were 1.6 miles away from me. I called on a Friday, and they set me up with an appointment on the next business day, and I was out of there entirely satisfied with the 4 hours of labor that needed completed on my teeth. That is what I get for going to the dentist every five years. This place was great. No complaints.

They are very personable and you can get your root canal and crown done in the same visit.

Came here for a second opinion after seeing another dentist, best decision I made, did my crowns in same day rather than waiting 2 weeks with temporary teeth. The pricing was better and my smile looks amazing now. These guys are awesome

Dr Egbert was a good samaritan back then when I needed help to do dental work for me to move on to my kidney transplant process. Very humble guy with great services. God bless.

I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. I go to the dentist every 6 months for cleanings. I recently moved into the neighborhood and wanted to find a dentist near my house. This place was covered by my insurance so I went in for what I thought was a cleaning. Turns out it was just to get checked out by the dentist. He told me I needed a deep cleaning, which is not completely covered by my insurance and that two of my teeth needed crowns. I had ZERO cavities but I needed those crowns to replace a couple old fillings. And can I say, the fillings arent that old. Im in my mid twenties. Needless to say, this place is out to get your money. I have great insurance and I would have had to pay close to a thousand dollars for this work. I then went back to my original dentist I had been going to for years, even though it was a bit of a drive. And he told me the work the dentist wanted to do was very ridiculous. Hence, I had no dental work needing to be done but a cleaning just wasnt going to make them very much money. They are WAY overpriced even with insurance. This place is a joke.

This review really has nothing to do with the service but instead the values and integrity of the company. I was interviewing for a position with CDG after they had called me with interest. I was first given no address or time of the interview just told to show up the following Wednesday. I had to called twice after that just to get a time and address but then was called back after that to be told that Wednesday was no longer going to work due to the fact my interviewer, Wendy would not be there due to personal reasons. She rescheduled me to show up Thursday at 10am. Come Thursday morning I received a text from Wendy at 9am that morning letting me know the position had been filled and to no longer come in. Again, I really have nothing bad to say about the companys service because ive never used it but I do think that this reflects on them poorly in those areas. I hope they can do better next time with future interviewers who want to support their company.

First off, I have had several horrible dental experiences over the years and am always hesitant when finding a new provider. After a lot of research I choose this group despite the bad reviews because I was not worried about financial issues since I have great insurance, and many of the other bad reviews are more about the patient not taking proper care after a procedure.I have needed several crowns for years and have been putting them off since my last one was such a bad experience. All the staff was so nice and courteous easing my fears. Dr. Finnerty was amazing and made sure I was completely comfortable with the procedures. I ended up getting 2 Cerec crowns in just 2 hours. The fit is perfect. One day later and my mouth is only sore at one numbing injection site. Totally normal, not Im going back next week for 2 more crowns.Financially, these crowns were less expensive with my insurance than my previous crown. Wendy, the office manager, went over every charge with me and made sure I was comfortable with the amounts before going ahead with the procedures. In fact, they changed a procedure to a different one so I would save $300. The never pushed about additional services, and a I appreciate knowing they are available if I change my mind. As a healthcare professional myself, I know providers only push a procedure if they feel like the patient would really benefit from it. I trust that the dentist has my health in mind when recommending services. I dont see that as pushy, just as trying to provide competent care.I have also had my children in for cleanings and they were amazing, especially with my autistic son. They recognized that some procedures he was not going to be able to tolerate and came up with alternative processes to give him the space he needed. The staff was not upset or irritated with the accommodations provided and treated my son with respect.Thank you so much for your kind care!

I totally stress out about going to doctors and dentists but as long as things stay as they are at this clinic I will now look forward to going. The facility is shiny clean, the staff (all I came in contact with) were genuinely pleasant and professional in knowledge and dress and Dr. Egbert was very nice, knowledgeable and outgoing - the jewel of this office is Kirk the hygienist - he was delightful and this is the best cleaning Ive ever had - so glad theyre in Centerville and that I found them! 1/2015

This place is great! Ive been going here for the last 3 years and have never had any problems. Last week i called in and they were able to get me in right away and fix the many problems i had by the end of the week. Gillian and the team really know what theyre doing. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Hands down worst dentist to go to if your in pain. If i could rate a negative star it would be -10 star. I sat in the chair dying for almost hour even after trying to get them to hurry.

HIGHLY recommend Centerville Dental Group! I have seen both Dr. Gomez for dental work and Dr. Muru for adult braces, and both (along with their excellent and highly capable hygienists) have been absolutely wonderful. Also the administrative staff is FANTASTIC and so friendly. So happy we found this office!

Problems upon problems, after wisdom tooth removal.I got my wisdom teeth removed over the summer and although the receptionists were friendly and quick to get me in, I’ve had nothing but issues since the removal. Dry sockets in all four and excessive swelling and pain for WEEKS on end, and after revisiting the office for a post-op exam due to the pain I was told by the dental hygienist “treating dry sockets causes just as much if not more pain, you should ride it out with another prescription of opiates.” This is a giant red flag, as I had already mentioned a family history of addiction to opiates and explained that I’d rather not use them at all, if possible.Fast forward two months and the swelling is only just recently beginning to subside... revealing leftover shards of teeth still connected to the bone below. They are sharp and gritty and no doubt the reason for my dry sockets, infections and delayed healing. I live out of state and now have to visit another surgeon to remove the leftover teeth shards, while still paying for the absolute waste of a job done by Centerville Dental Group.I’m sure this office is perfectly qualified for every day dental procedures and cleanings, but if I had known what I know now about the oral surgeon’s abilities, I would have run fast and far, saving myself hundreds upon hundreds of dollars and months of excruciating pain.

So, your office gave me more than just great Temps today, or a great cleaning. It was even more than a great exam with a great doctor, or pain free dentistry. Your office gave me hope today, thank you. Please pass this on to the Doc.

Thankfully my experience was much better than the other reviewer. I had gone in because an old crown had kept falling out and my dentist back in California had said that the last bond he did wouldnt last long since there was a small cavity on the tooth. So while visiting my father here in Utah I decided to try out this office because they had one day crown service. The secretary was very kind, the dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and at ease and the new dentist, Dr. Egbert, was wonderful. He never rushed anything and answered all my questions and had said that it would be better to not do the one day crown service since it would probably not be as good as going through a lab, especially since my crown to the side of the crown which kept falling out was chipped. But since I had been dealing with a hole in my mouth for 4 days (because of a holiday) I really wanted a crown that day and chose the Cerec machine. The crown was more or less good but was made to be a perfect fit with a perfect bite which I dont have so it didnt work out well in the end. So they had me come back in the next day to figure out what would be best to do, and I didnt have to pay for them to redo the crown, they did it for free and I would have saved myself the hassle of the extra trips if I had just listened to Dr. Egberts advice. He is a great dentist and very knowledgeable in this field. Truly a great and wonderful group of people at that office :-)

I was so excited about Centerville Dental Group when I first saw that it was opening. Im all about modern dentistry. I made an appointment for myself and daughter when it first opened. I got an exam and they provided me an estimate. I decide to get a root canal and crown because they had the Cerec technology (same day crown). It took about 4 1/2 hours for my appointment. They made me sign my life away and I figured I was safe since I was in such a beautiful office, how could they offer bad dentistry? Well I was wrong... The crown that they did on me was much shorter than my other teeth as well as a different color. I was very upset! They called to see how i was doing and I told them my concerns and they said, well you signed off on the crown so theres nothing we can do for you. $900 completely wasted.Side note : My good friend works in a dental office in Manhattan and i showed her the estimate that they gave me and she was completely shocked what they were trying to charge me for their dental services. She said, they were charging me more than the office she works for in New York.Over the last 2 years they have called me a bunch of times . Ive even programed their number into my phone as DO NOT ANSWER and today they called me from a new number .... which reminded me that I should write this review to save you the hassle of wasting your money at this beautiful overpriced dental office... You pay for the environment not the dental quality.

I went to the centerville office for a cleaning as they were having a special for new patients. I was very impressed with their hygienist, Cheryl..She did a great job cleaning the teeth of someone that really doesnt like going to the dentist. I needed a crown which I got today. Dr Gomez did a wonderful job and I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Ill be back for my dental care.

I had work done there four years ago (2 crowns). Not only was the dentist very rude, presumptuous and condescending, but his work led to more problems, which reveals his sloppy work.

I have family that works here and I hace had the best dentle experience here out of any that I have had before. They are committed to comfort and perfection. Highly recommend.

I originally chose this dental group because of their location and because they offered later hours. I visited the office in person, and made an appointment. A day before the appointment, they emailed me to remind me about it, and asked me to confirm (which I did). But when I arrived at the office at my scheduled time, their doors were locked. Apparently they changed their business hours but forgot to tell me? If that is the case, why would they send me an email reminding me of my appointment, instead of calling me to ask if I can re-schedule? Upset at having wasted my time, I called and left them a message explaining the problem. They never called back or apologized. The whole situation was just ridiculous.

They said $4500 for one implant and they were trying to sell me some unneccessary work done to my teeth at outrageous price. This place is rip off. Even in NYC doesnt charge that much, they are out of thieir mind. People you gotta shop around. Dont believe what this dentist is trying to sell you.

I had just got off the phone with them, scheduling new patient appointments, they were knowledgeable, fast, friendly and an overall easy process. I wanted to read more reviews, I saw a post that said they verify your insurance through a foreign company and gave out your social to them. I immediately panicked called back and ask them how they verified my insurance. The receptionist informed me they used their team to verify it. I then asked her if she used any foreign country Company to help with the process. They said no absolutely not.You cant be to careful these days and I just wanted to share my findings. Also there is another company in Virginia with the same name, so the info provided might have been in reference to them instead.

Such wonderful staff, nice and polite. Even let me charge my phone when it was dying. Oberall A plus experoence!

CENTERVILLE DENTAL IS REALLY, REALLY EXPENSIVE. There are plenty of dentists out there. Why not just avoid Centerville Dental and find a place that actually cares about its patients? This place is all about appearances and marketing and of course, your money.I just got a crown there which already has issues (not surprising). I wont go back there though because I dont want to deal with their many gimmicks.Do the research. Call around. Dental costs and procedures arent fixed. Centerville Dental wanted to charge me approximately $300 just for a cleaning. It wasnt even covered by my insurance. They spent my insurance money so fast that it made my head spin.Also, they promote CEREC crowns. CEREC crowns are not necessarily better than traditional crowns. In fact, traditional crowns may last longer and have better color. Most importantly however, is that traditional crowns cost hundreds of dollars less than CEREC. Do the math. Save lots by not going here!
