My 14 year-old granddaughter saw Emily for several months for a reintegration process with her mother. The first impression was good. Emily assured us that she would build trust with my granddaughter, who previously had a bad experience with a therapist, and that the child was her number one priority. Emily pushed very fast through the first steps of the process and did not follow guidelines set by the CFI report that was given to her. Emily assured my granddaughter and myself that she had this report, however when Emily was called as a witness for a modified parenting hearing she lied on the witness stand saying she didn’t receive the report. She was biased and caused more harm in the end. It’s unlikely that we will get my granddaughter to ever do therapy again. She now not only has a huge disdain for Emily, but for therapy in general. Emily is very unprofessional and dishonest.

I was referred to Relate after hearing about their successes with complex family dynamics and the ability to work with all age ranges within a family at the same time. I had insurance constraints and Relate did not have availability at that moment to accommodate us. Rather than put us on a waitlist, Andy and Jasmyne opened up their contact list and found us a provider who could start immediately. I know they spent a lot of their valuable time arranging the right placement for us and its clear to me that their priority and motivation in this line of work is to help people. I am extremely grateful for their support of my family.

Laura is amazing. Very patient and caring. She offers a very supportive atmosphere and the way she uses her insight and training in therapy is beyond helpful and healing. Making the decision to find help is hard enough, but she’s made it such a pleasurable experience and she’s given our family the tools needed to navigate through some tough times. I am thankful to have found her.

Had to call them 10 minutes into a scheduled appointment. Was misleading about services and charged me $140 just to fill out paperwork.

Finding therapists is a challenging and daunting task. I had a friend recommend Laura and it was a great choice. There was zero feeling of judgement, and I felt respected and left knowing there was a solution (with some work on my part, too.) to my issue. Feeling someone cares is some of the best therapy.

Laura is extremely unprofessional. This was the worst therapy experience my family has ever had. Also, Im not sure if it is the business or just Laura, but they dont accept ANY type of insurance. Its all out of pocket. Absolutely awful treatment of clients all around.
