Absolutely adore my sons team of therapists and clinicians. He has had a few therapists come and go, but a very solid team overall. Hes improved so much since last year. Both in his behavior and speech and Im so glad that we were recommended Trumpet. His team has been a blessing.

Good morning and thanks for allowing me to share. I would give this 5 stars but I have my own biases towards it. ABA is expensive for one luckily our insurance cover it. There is a high demand for these facilities as is evidenced by the waiting lists (it took us 3-4 months id say?) Weve now been going there over a year and everybody has been extremely helpful (it wasnt always like that though) There seems to be a lot of staff turnover and they would tell us one thing and then do another (for example they kept pushing our start date back further and further. Also, they cancel sessions about once a week if not every other week it seems). Weve had like 3 senior clinicians and not to mention the regular staff/clinicians They did this like 2-3 times. Also fluorescent bulb lighting. But in the end, I am so grateful for this place and all that they do to help our kids :-)

Therapist 30 minutes late no contact info in front bad communication here i loved this place until the clinician quit now everything seems to be going downhill i passed on another place for servicrd and now regretting it
