Great selection. Incredible staff!

I decided to up my rating to a five star after I left a three star review two years ago. At that time of the lower rating the employees were honestly quite useless. I mean I was praying for kiosks to come in there. Recently I was dreading going in there but I decided to go because I am addicted to protein bars and the guy who seems to run it now is very professional, accommodating, pleasant to talk to both in person AND on the phone, which is very appreciated trying to call ahead and ask if somethings there or see if such a and such is going on, or what have you.Vitamin shoppe as a whole also has a pretty decent store brand. Actually, I like a lot of their products, plus they have more sales and Im not one to buy supplements based on a price if I think the quality will suffer but I truly do like the vitamin shoppe brand and its lower price is just a bonus.Im giving five stars this time because of the shift of employees and because Im rooting for vitamin shoppe to stay open because most supplement stores are on the outs. (not sad about gnc tho)

The blonde woman with sleeve tattoos was quite possibly the worst human encounter I have experienced since moving to Denver. She made no eye contact with me when I walked in and kept typing which was fine. I walked up and attempted to politely wait for her to finish, but she decided without looking up to say “can I help you?!!” In this disgruntled voice said “ oh sorry, yes, was going to wait for you to stop typing.Her following remarks were an attempt to get me out the door with no real information in a voice that made me feel sorry for her. Why would you have such a disgruntled angry employee as your manager? Going to have to call corporate about this one. Don’t need my access to vitamins predicated on nice people working in the store next to my house.

Matt was extremely helpful. When in trying to find a natural way to help with my ADHD without wanting to lose the energy but increase the focus. He was very personable and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive item but instead showed us a variety and even noted the one that was most expensive was very pricey. The fact you didn’t try to hide that meant a lot and gained my trustWhich led to us buying a couple different supplements for me and some energy B12 for my wife. Five stars all the way around from my experience thanks to Matt.

Have been to many GNC stores with just 1 employee – the poor soul struggling to help multiple customers and really making sure no one has any doubts /questions about products. This is quality customer service.Conversely, the Vitamin Shoppe store in Centennial is a place for oblivious, lethargic, jaded employees (they should definitely try the pre-workout energy drinks they are selling themselves).3 workers (!!wow, what a payroll) there having fun with themselves, the last time I went, in a store with 2 people only.There is no approach or any offer to help. The other person and I could have wandered the place for a week without any concern from staff. Have been there 7 times. Always the same.Now that I got a GNC card, goodbye to them. Amateurs.
