Recently I looked on line for insurance, I was slammed with tons of calls ,emails and texts.When i had given up I finally received a text from Ron. Ron took the time to help me after i let him know my daughter has a pre-existing medical problem. With all of the other agents ignoring me after they learned this. Ron is a saving grace to people of all walks of life, he is a true helpful caring g person that is not at all just about the money he can make off of someone looking for insurance!! Had to share a text from my client, Thomas Harpole who (in December)…had broken his tibia and fibula (compound fracture) in an intramural fun soccer game… After his accident and surgery I explained to him how he would be using his insurance coverage AND his AIBC membership and then directed to him our awesome customer service experts who would take him though what he needed to do along the way.
