I cannot say enough good things about my visit to Brandy, who did my makeup for a night out with friends. I am a non-binary / gender fluid person and I can attest that Brandy is extremely welcoming, all-gender friendly, and extremely kind. She was very thorough, and checked in with me on my preferences and desired look every step of the way. She is also extremely skilled with the airbrush makeup technique and pays great attention to detail all around. I was so happy with the results of her work, and I will definitely be returning to have my makeup done again in the future!

I am getting married in a couple of weeks and my soon-to-be bride wanted me to do something with my eyebrows. Brandy trimmed and shaped them so they werent so evil looking. Now my future wife is happy with the results! Brandys office is clean and professional. Her demeanor and expertise is friendly and thorough! She also offers a large selection of products to care for the complexion! I highly recommend visiting her for any work or questions! She knows her business well and handles it quickly!

Brandy is amazing!She took her time to thoroughly explain what where the best techniques to apply my eyeshadow at 45! I knew it couldnt be the same than when I was 30 year old and she showed me how to open my eyes more now that my eyelids are getting puffier and tired.Brandy also took the time to get the best products that could work with my skin tone and I loved every part of it.She was thoroughly and very professional. I came for a make up consultations, and for a facial. I cant wait to see her again!

Brandy is amazing, I have had numerous services from her and been thrilled with all of them. Ive become very attached to my IMAGE peals along with being able to buy the IMAGE product at a reasonable price (with my sensitive skin finding good product is hard to do!) Ive also had my brows waxed.tinted as well as my lashes tinted and again was very happy with the results. Ive been so happy that I started taking my 13 year old daughter to Brandy as well. We started with bringing a few girlfriends in to all learn how to wash our faces correctly and get the right type of product for our skin type, from there weve done several teen facials and had her brows waxed and tinted as well as having our foundation matched and makeup lessons. My daughter was super comfortable with Brandy because she explained everything she was doing before doing it and why she was doing what she was doing. I cant say enough good things!!! AWESOME!

I came to Brandy through a coupon of sorts, dont remember which one it has been so long ago. I was just looking for a pampering facial. What I found is someone who is genuinely interested in you as the total person and who worked with me to get my best skin in years.Brandy has had to be flexible with me and she has worked around my crazy schedule. I would highly recommend her for your facial or make up needs.

I received a gift certificate from a close friend for a facial with Brandy. Im glad that I did not pay out of pocket because my experience was terrible. She conducted herself in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Not sure if it was because I was redeeming a certificate that was already payed for or because I am a young 18 year old girl and she figured I wouldnt tip, regardless there is no excuse for the way she acted. She was cold the second I entered the room and I dont think she smiled once the entire time I was there. She only mildly warmed up after I tipped her...go figure. I honestly discourage anyone from going to her. I tipped, generously too, because I figured that maybe she was having a bad day and I can understand that. Yet, after hearing from other friends who received facials as well that she acted the same way, I decided to leave this review. Brandy, learn how to conduct yourself professionally with all clientele, not just the ones you think you can get the most money out of. Cant wait to see what kind of passive aggressive reply Ill get to leaving an honest review. From looking at past ones, seems like shes had attitude issues for a while.

Brandy is the best! Shes skilled and dedicated to her clients. I moved to Hawaii and she still messages me regularly to check up on me and make sure my skin is doing OK. Shes always available when I have questions and will spend hours researching causes and suggesting solutions to help me whenever I need it. Shes available 24/7 to give me tips and send me products. She takes an active interest in her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of, even if they are 5,000 miles away.

Brandy has been fantastic for my daughter and I! Weve been using her for months and fully trust her skills. Shes been readily available and accommodating to our schedules. She waxed my daughters eye brows for the first time! My daughter was nervous but Brandy told her exactly what to expect and made it a good experience.

In the past I had gotten spray tans off of Groupon and been midiocre happy with the results. I found Brandy off of Yelp due to her amazing reviews and have been with her since! She made my tan perfect for my wedding and many other major events. She is flexible with my crazy schedule and always gives me the best, most natural looking tan based on my current skin tone!

I wanted to like Brandi and the facial she gave me, but it was a horrible experience! Perhaps she treated me that way because I had a prepaid gift certificate so she didnt feel the need to treat me with respect. In my opinion Brandi was mean and did not treat my skin properly. She was unfriendly, rude, and kept going on her phone. She did not give me a choice of which facial I wanted but simply steamed my face and did extractions. During which she insulted my skin by saying I have bad acne, accusing me of sleeping in my make up, and calling me a picker. The bad experience continued when the next morning I noticed the extractions she had done on some small blackheads had turned into a huge red painful zits. This was a day before graduation and the zits lasted for two weeks! Not only was Brandi Rich rude and did a horrible job, but she actually made my skin worse for coming to her. I regret going to Brand Rich!

I personally never write reviews, but this is a heads up to the rest of you. I recently called to request if I could push out a Living Social coupon for a facial out by one week of the expiration date. Brandy answered the phone was unprofessional and rude proclaiming that I guess ..., but you had 6 months to use the coupon so... Looks like this business is in need of some real customer service training.In this busy day and time, is one week really a big deal? Lost my business, too many accommodating salons out there...

I almost never write a review but I was extremly displeased with her service. Brandy was very unproffessional and insulted my appearance several times while doing my makeup for prom. To add to that I ended up taking nearly all of the makeup off before prom because it was terribly done and caked on. I bassically paid $90 for fake eyelashes.

Just had my make up done again by Brandy for my headshots and she knocked it out of the park again! Amazing! Thanks Brandy!I can only say positive things about Brandy, and I can say a lot!! As far as an estician she is amazing and her facial is effective and relaxing! I had so much stress going in and felt great in the end! As a make up artist she is FANTASTIC!
