I had the pleasure of speaking with Juliara, the new manager, and may I say she is so knowledgeable with everything skin, laser and beyond! she made me feel so comfortable and was very patient and able to answer any of the questions that I had. The clinic has become more organized and the customer service is absolutely amazing! I can’t wait for my future visits and to recommend all of my friends to this particular establishment. I wish I could give this place 10 stars, but five will have to do for now!

The scheduling at the Yosemite location is terrible. It seems, in a cost saving effort Im sure, they have quit scheduling a receptionist, leaving the poor laser techs to perform services, schedule, get people in and out, etc, and its putting them behind schedule. I have had multiple occasions where Ive had to wait 40+ minutes for my appointment. This is totally unacceptable, disrespectful of my time, and makes it very difficult to rely on my schedule on the days I have laser. I find it ironic that they have a sign posted that if YOU are late, you will not get your service, and you will be fined.I sent a message to Simplicity requesting a credit for that service. Apparently, someone did call, but when they were unable to leave a message, no one ever responded to my e-mail. When I followed up via e-mail, they said the manager would try to call again...no call back was ever received.To make this right, Im asking for credit for the service - not the entire series - just the subscription fee corresponding to that monthly service - $65.41. Now, on top of not being happy with their scheduling issues, Im not happy with the lack of effort to make this right. I reached out two weeks ago, gave them a chance to rectify without any real effort on their part, so now its important to share my experience with the public. There are lots of choices for laser providers, and I would recommend trying someone else before you use Simplicity, if your schedule is important to you.

Went here and was very happy with my overall experience. Juliara is a new manager but she was still very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions about the laser procedures and was very patient with me. Highly recommend. Looking forward to booking my next appointment here!

Honestly, I would go elsewhere. You will have a different technician everytime you come. They seem to vary greatly in how thorough they are and what strength they put the laser. But it seems to not be possible to book with a specific technician.. They seem to do a bait and switch with getting you to sign up for something low priced online then when you show up, they tell you that wont work and get you buy something double the price. They did it to me, and I just heard them doing it to another lady in the waiting room. Ive been told my multiple technicians I need a certain laser, am told when I book that it is for that laser, and then show up and its not available. Rather disappointing to have my time wasted.

They are friendly and will explain in detail about any treatments your getting. Only thing I dont like is if you miss a spot shaving they wont allow you to shave it quickly to get the full treatment as other laser hair removal places do. They make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. Im only on my second treatment so far but its been good.

The staff at simplicity has been absolutely amazing! Jenni helped me get set up for the plan that was right for me, and Liza gave me her personal experience with laser hair removal to help me understand what to expect throughout the process. I have only had one treatment so far, so I cant speak to effectiveness, but it has been a quick procedure, and they were so helpful!

I recently moved so I went to the centennial location for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Asha switched the laser we were using to get better results and she educated me throughout the entire appointment which I appreciated. She was so thorough and made sure she was getting every spot! Its not the most effective laser place Ive been to, but its not the worst. Their goal is clearly to get you into a monthly membership. But with treatments every 6-7 weeks you can see the math there...

Technicians and customer service at the physical location is good. The corporate office has terrible customer service though. When you’re spending thousands of dollars for this service you’d expect better than snide attitudes and sarcasm.

Great staff and comfortable atmosphere! Ive had 2 sessions with Diane and 1 with Megan now and both were extremely friendly, super knowledgeable about the process, patient with my 10k questions and most of all, made me feel comfortable during the whole process. The process is also really quick and even after the 1st session, I noticed a HUGE reduction in hair growing back. They run specials month to month and when you can get one, the pricing is super fantastic! I just wished I found out about this before waxing for the past 2 years!!! - OUCH!

This is honestly the worst place you can go to. They will finish a session in 15 min and claim they Did there job. They will laser patches only and have you drive back again. You pay for entire body and they will have you make a million trips because they only give you 15-30 min visits

After struggling with Denver location my wife and I were welcomed by the staff at the centennial location; Diane is the greatest and the woman who combines professionalism with kindness and the one who makes you feel that you are the number 1 customer. Went to the location off of Yosemite, they are awesome!!!! Megan was super nice and did a great job (all of the techs are great)!!! The ladies up front are always nice and informative. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Highly recommend!!!!

They are usually good but u have to tell them to increase the settings often. They do try to push you to buy their monthly membership which i dont really complain about because every business would want the same for themselves but apart from that me and my wife havent had any issues and they have been generally nice to us.

I have been going to this clinic for years. Everyone has been extremely accommodating. I have noticed an insane reduction in hair growth or lack thereof. I also want to shout out Trish for being so awesome. Trish is incredible. She knows who you are and always asks about your life. She listens and accommodates for you. Trish is the best. She also just started her own side business all to do with everything aesthetician. Check this place out!

I have been getting treated for almost 2 years now. After they relocated from Park Meadows everything has gone down hill. There is rarely enough seating in the new building for all the clients to sit. Most of the time the appointments are running 10-20 minutes late. And they have had no receptionist the last 3 appointments which makes the check in process very confusing. I’m very excited to be almost done with this process. End goal will be met so I am happy with that although it has taken much longer than originally explained to me. Most of the staff has been friendly and professional.

The owner or manager, Diane is very good at listening and finding solutions for me! She and the technicians she trained were so through and professional in treatment. I saw significant improvements only after two or three treatments! Best laser hair removal ever!

Yesterday I went in for my second appointment Of laser for my face. I came back to a pricking sensation near my jawline, but I understood that the mild burning sensation lasts for a bit. After two hours I noticed a massive burn near my jawline. Really makes me question this place and the training they’ve received. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I myself have a few sessions left because of my groupon membership contemplating cancelling. I’d rather lose the money than incur laser burns on my face.

Diane Tenney is AMAZING! I wish I could request to book with her every time because she is so welcoming, understanding, professional and truly cares about your laser hair removal journey and success with treatments. She is outstanding when it comes to her work.

They have a high turn over rate of employees So you don’t get any consistency in service. I did see some removal in hair, but since they don’t have a good system of transition it’s all patch. You pay less because you get less. I really wish I didn’t do it with them. Now I am have to double pay to fix everything. Don’t waste your money or time.

It’s a shame that a business that makes SO much money off their clients don’t know how to run a business. If you are even 5 minutes late for an appointment, they will cancel yours and have you reschedule and leave, yet when I arrive 5 minutes EARLY for my 815 appointment, I sit in the tiny waiting room for 30 minutes! For the amount of $$ and time I’ve given to this place, I wish they respected their clients more. Unfortunately, due to the lack of service, cleanliness, and mindfulness, I don’t recommend getting your laser here.

Very nice and polite staffs!! It was my 2nd appointment, i am happy with my treatment. Megan did very nice job, she did my setting very professionally and she told me that what should i do before setting and what kind of razor I should use for a better result. I’d been going to Simplicity in Lone Tree for approximately 6 mos when I met Dianne. She came onboard to turn things around and that’s what she did! She personally reviewed my file and my progress and revised my treatment program so that i would get better results. She knows her stuff! I am so pleased with my progress since she came on board. She and her staff are awesome and knowledgeable people who care about my getting results and not just shuffling me through a one-size-fits-all program as if we all react the same to treatments. They moved their office a little closer to me (yay!) but i would have driven further! This staff are trained to pay attention to detail so i get results — which is what I’m paying for. 5 stars to Dianne and the Centennial Simplicity team!

Ive never planned doing laser, but I spent so much money and time in razors and waxing, you name it and nothing worked. It got the point that my armpits were bleeding due to the itchiness. I had to shave every other day. I was so miserable!When I decided to go to Simplicity Laser, it was the best decision Ive ever made and I will recommend based on my experience. After few sessions, I used to shave once a week , then only for my sessions, and now (in my last session of 20 months) I dont shave at all and Im itchy free! I reached my goal!!! And I also did laser on other areas that I wasnt thinking on doing.Also, I have to add that most important to me for any new place Im going, it is the staff that works there. The staff from Simplicity Laser in Lone Tree is amazing! Very kind, respectful, helpful with any of your situations you may have. My commute used to be kind of long from Colorado Springs but they made it so worthy. Specially, the front desk lady Lana, with her beautiful smile and personality that could resolve any inconvenience I might had. And Susan, the Clinic Manager, who was very very helpful in my matter.I just have to say big THANKS!

Great staff , today i start my services with them after 2 month of closing the clinic and everyone was so welcoming specially Dayan 💕 this lady not only did her Job but also stayed talking to me to distract me from the laser voice(i’m a scared person) so she did emotional support ,If there is anyone like me Dayan is the person you guys should ask for .

They have very nice staff, and the results of the laser is awesome, of course each person is different. The technicians are hit and miss, they are mainly good but some just want to get you out of there, so they finish you up without spend enough time on the treatment, so I wish you could stick to one. Its hard to make appointment sometimes.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was my third visit. It will be my last especially since I left after 25 minutes of waiting for my appointment. Terrible customer experience from start to finish. Pre purchased a package of six sessions. I’d rather lose the money than go back. Never again.

Ive been a client at the Lone Tree location since July 2017, & have had nothing but positive experiences. I opted for the 2-year membership for unlimited laser hair removal when I signed up, & its probably been one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Its definitely not the most comfortable or painless procedure, but every employee that Ive had a session with has gone out of their way to make sure Im comfortable. If youre considering laser hair removal, I would have no qualms recommending the Lone Tree Simplicity location.

Certainly priced well but scheduling is generally a nightmare.If you have to you change your appointment for any reason expect 4 to 6 weeks out. The staff is unhelpful and rude. If you are expecting any level of customer service after your 1st visit to get you in the door this is not the right place.On the plus side the technicians are friendly.Also they put the settings on low settings for a long time to extend the timeframe on packages.

I have been going to Simplicity for almost two years now. I signed up for the 2-year, full body package, and am at the tail end of my subscription. My results are fantastic. I have not needed to shave or wax in over a year (as a kid I used to be embarrassed of the amount of hair I had in my body). All the ladies at this location are very sweet and will go the extra mile to make you comfortable. I recommend this business for anyone who would like to give laser a try. They are always running incredible promotions on Groupon.

One of the worst companies I have ever used. They make you shave before the appointment which makes sense but then suggest not doing all the area because they dont see any hair. So they shorten you a session in order to save time in their day because they ALWAYS run Late, they have a high turnover, theres a new employee every 4 weeks. They have closed a location and it just seems like they will go out of business soon. Save your money and find a better company

There is no flexibility with appointment rescheduling. I pay a monthly subscription and if I want to reschedule I have to wait another month out so essentially Id lose my payment for that month. This is with working from home and being able to come in at random times during the week and weekend. I was not aware of the lack of flexibility when I signed up.

Recently when my schooling finished I wished to do laser hair removal. I had visted and got consulted at several other companies, but for some reason they did not seem to meet my expectations. I then came across Simplicity and I was hooked! The facility in Lone Tree both has a chic yet modern look, while still remaining extremely clean. The staff ALL around are so warm, professional, and genuinely care for you and the treatments you are receiving. I personally have been paired with Tatum for most of my treatments and she is absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail, knowledge and overall self has made my experience so much better. I highly recommend Simplicity to anyone and everyone!

I have hyper pigmentation on my upper lip because of this place. I should have stuck with my previous hair removal place because this did not happen, when I went there. If you have an olive complexion or darker, I dont recommend this place, they do not know how to treat you properly, and the manager made it out to be no big deal. Its a year later and I still have the pigmentation above my lip. Which is worse than the hair that was there. :(

Always quick procedures. Super clean. Friendly staff. Introductory packages are priced well but they dont include the after-care gel or numbing cream so plan on spending another ~$40 to $60. Once they told me they had made my appointment but when I doubled checked it, they said it was never booked? The receptionist who supposedly booked it was young so I shrugged it off but thats been my 1 real annoyance.

Had a great experience here. Lana was always friendly and did a great job scheduling my appointments. She went the extra mile to help me reschedule if I had a scheduling conflict. Tatum was a great tech performing the treatments. She was super professional and thorough. Would highly recommend having laser done here!

I have had awesome experiences with the facials I’ve had at simplicity laser in line tree! I’ve had about 6 or 7 and have had three different estheticians and all have been extremely professional and very knowledgeable about their products and services. I’ve had facials in many expensive resorts and the ones I’ve received at simplicity are every bit as good...seriously. Not to mention their facial packages are very reasonable and I can’t say that about fancy resorts!

The staff were extremely helpful and understanding. I have never done laser hair removal before and I was a little nervous as I did not know what to expect. They explained everything and were very professional. Easy to book appointments that fit my schedule and super fast! I didnt have to wait in the waiting room and the my appt really only took minutes. While laser can sometimes be painful, the techs are attentive and helpful and always try to ensure your experience is a pleasant one. Not having to shave has been amazing and so worth it!!! Well I had the result of majority of all of us dos have)).I do not have any complains for the cabinet I visit, I love the all girls where doing my session, kind, very polite, careful, you have of course to do your things to come in time and be clean, well simple follow the rules.Ladies yes you do have to look to be sheaved all the time be for coming to the session other wise the pain is incredible and dont blame the girls and the laser for this it is was your choose. **WARNING new RUDE manager as of Oct 2019** Ive gone here (old & new location) for 4-5 years and never had a problem. I will never go back after my interaction with the new manager. She is mean and has no customer service skills. From the minute I walked through the door she was barking at me about me having no visits/services left. I told her that wasnt true and I worked through it 2 months ago with the previous lady and she rudely interrupted that I was wrong. When I proved I was correct, she didnt even appologize. Two other similar disagreements with her ended the same way, she acted self-righteous.

Great staff and great results. I have gone to other laser places prior to Simplicity and comparing results and service are significantly better with Simplicity. Staff truly makes the visit go through smoothly and timely!

I dont need to shave my underarms or bikini area at all anymore and my legs, which are not as responsive, Im shaving about 1/3 as often as I needed to before. Ive had 11 treatments on my legs and will probably need to do 5-6 more. Id recommend Simplicity Laser to anyone!
