Great experience! The management is quick to correct any issues and make sure you have an amazing experience. My massage therapist was perfect. The location is beautiful with a full locker room where you can change into the robe they provide. You can then spend some time in the relaxation room before and after your massage.

Booked with this location despite it being pricier than most to get a great experience for my boyfriend before leaving on a long trip. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and they called me a week before to say there was an error booking and there was nothing that could be done about it. It was my boyfriends birthday present and now Im left with no present and every other place is booked...

The look of The Woodhouse Day Spa - Southglenn is very relaxing and appealing. It has a nice atmosphere and great front desk staff. My reasons for dropping the rating is that the walls do not seem well insulated to block out sound. During your massage, if there are other people waiting, you can hear their conversation even with the soothing music playing in your massage room, making it hard to enjoy the experience. Also, the place is a little on the chilly side during cold days. Finally, the massage was good but there were awkward times that didnt allow for a full relaxing result with odd pressure points. Overall, its a decent place and the massage can be great if you go more regularly and dont have a lot of stress knots accumulated.

I am not sure what happened to this woodhouse spa but I have had several full waxes there and totally loved the service and was a happy returning customer. I have now gone in for a full Brazilian and full leg 3 times this year, the last appointment they could not book me with the person I normally went to because it was such short notice. Totally understood and had two separate appointments booked with two different people right after the other. It wasnt great, they missed a lot of spots, but thats what I get for waiting till the last minute to book. I then booked my next appointment for a month out, expecting to also be able to get both waxes done at the same time. Later that week I received a call that they could not do both waxes together because they would not have enough wax. I have never heard of this before and anyone who has done both of those waxes knows how much of a pain it would be to split those up to different days. They could not provide much of an explanation outside of appointments before mine (regardless of how early I booked) would use up the wax that they would need for mine. I cancelled my appointments with Southglenn and they really didnt seem to mind losing my business. I called the Woodhouse Spa in Littleton and they could get me in the same date and time without any issue about running out of wax. I really liked Sydney at the Southglenn location, its too bad they are losing me to another location for something so silly. All I can say is WOW, what poor communication and customer service.

My husband booked me a facial last minute and I was very excited as Id never had a facial before and I have just lost my grandmother and dog and I havent had any time to myself since having my baby 6 months ago.It was a nice place, everyone was nice. I am a bit of an awkward person, so I dont tend to read into it if there are awkward silences or something.The facial was nice, I was quite relaxed. My only concerns are as follows:A) My husband informed me when I got back that I was supposed to be asked what facial I wanted. I was never asked that specifically, I was only asked if there were any specific concerns I had about my skin.B) I was given a menu for choosing additional services, however I dont feel I was properly followed up on whether I would have liked any of them after I had de robed and laid down. Maybe I should have spoken up, but I did not want to make the situation awkward.C) When I was finished, my esthetician left the room and I immediately heard her and another employee whispering behind the door and giggling. Im going to give them some grace and assume they werent talking and laughing about me, however I feel that if the walls and doors are going to be that thin, employees should hold their chit chat and giggling for the break room. Professionalism is big to me especially in a spa environment. Laughing and whispering in a main hallway outside of the door your client is behind is not exactly professional.Those are my reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. Overall it was relaxing, but the end there really made me feel self conscious and uncomfortable.Will likely be returning to Woodhouse Day Spa, but will be the location closer to me. Hopefully the walls arent as thin there!

This is a bit late review. Got my service done about 2 years ago. The place is appealing and seems professional.. but just the interior. I got their signature seaweed mani and arm massage thing with my mother in law. The massage was a joke.... no pressure at all. It was almost like the masseuse was just touch my arm. For the price of over $100 including tip, it was an unpleasant experience for me. Maybe I had a bad luck with less experienced masseuse. I still have credit left at the spa so gonna give another shot soon.

Absolutely wonderful service. Front end staff and masseuses were all incredibly professional, friendly, and delightful. The atmosphere was incredible and relaxing. The lighting and music and scents all worked together perfectly. Also a very beautiful location. Very good observance of covid regulation and very aware of personal needs.

I have been to several spas over the years, but I will be coming back here from now on. It is elegant while remaining comfortable and inviting. The blankets and furniture are luxurious, I actually wanted to stay for a while to relax afterwards, something I often skip at the end. The staff was incredible, kind, attentive, and genuine. The neck massage I received while doing a simple facial, was the best I have received in my life. I simply cannot wait to return!!! The location is the icing on the cake, only minutes away from my house. Thank you to everyone at Woodhouse, this has been such a treat!

I absolutely love this spa! Ive been coming here now for four years. The relaxation room is quaint and intimate with ambient low lights and reclining chairs with snacks and beverages they also include an alcoholic beverage of your choosing.With covid-19 they arent offering sandals or robes the prefer to have you change in the rooms directly for massage or facial services. Which is fine by me. The massage was amazing I chose to wear my mask during the service although it wasnt needed. I highly recommend its affordable, clean, safe, and the are super friendly and delighted to see you!

I had a gift card for Woodhouse and had an appointment booked here. The day of, as I was getting ready for my appointment I saw that the gift card was for another location. Not only was I not able to use my gift card at this location (why would they have Woodhouse specific location certificates hidden), but they then promptly charged me $25 for cancelling the same day. Unreal. I have always loved Woodhouse, but I suppose this is what happens when you franchise out. Poor, poor management at the SouthGlenn location. Find a better location that values their customers.

Ive had quite a few eyebrow waxes in my life and this place does them the best! I am always very pleased with the results. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and will listen to any skin concerns you have.

Bummed on this one. Live right at Southglenn and hoped for better. Deep tissue was soft and gentle. Asked for more pressure quickly, didn’t get it. For the price, I expected a much better massage. Masseur was pleasant..but didn’t deliver. I still tipped and paid 130 ish for a 50 min soft massage. 🙃

I signed up for a full day. 2 hr Swedish, discovery facial and mani pedi. Everyone is so nice and really know what they are doing. Will recommend to all my friends!

I really enjoy going to this spa. The staff is wonderful and the treatments have always been good. Great relaxation room. I have been in twice this year (since March) for pedicures and have felt safe.

Came in for a brow and lip wax...Krista is highly skilled and does beautiful work! My daughter and I have been coming to this spa for eyebrows for several years now, and Krista is fantastic! Relaxation room amazing! Massage therapists are excellent too! I definitely recommend going Monday-Thursday as it is less busy. Very grateful for this spa.

The locker rooms have everything you need to get ready for deep relaxation before you head into the super comfy lounge. Drinks and snacks are readily available is you desire. The most rude customer service ever

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I wasn’t told to arrive early to enjoy the relaxation room. Pedicure was a normal pedicure. Was offered drinks including wine which was nice. The towels used for the pedicure were a little raggedy and the snacks that were offered were like the cheddar and club cracker sandwiches, and I get that during Covid there are constraints, but that was a little disappointing. Overall, it seemed overpriced for a pedicure. Somewhat disappointing as it seemed like a nail salon experience instead of a spa experience.

This is the place to go if you want a great massage by licensed professionals and customer service from amateur concierges. My wife and I recently visited this location, both of our masseuses were professional and welcoming, couldnt ask for more. When it came time to check out, the concierges managed to undo the relaxation we just underwent with theyre complete lack of customer service. The concierge in the front with the 2 inch eyelash extensions (not an insult, just cant remember her name) kept trying to shame my wife and I for not leaving gratuity on our credit card, AFTER we explained 3 times that we tipped (25%) them directly for their excellent service. They just kept scoffing and snickering with each other as we walked out, making what would have been an enjoyable experience, just plain bad. Bottom line, great masseuses, terrible concierge that will treat you with distain and annoyance. Im sure this will fall on managements deaf ears, but hopefully they will change their concierges because the actual professionals shouldnt have to suffer losing repeat customers at the hands of their terrible concierges.

Amazing spa and such a calming experience. Caveat, I have only received massage treatments here, but all have been top notch. Not all Woodhouse Spas are the same, but this one is by far the best in Denver. The reception staff was so sweet and start your experience on peaceful note and Lauren is one of the best massage therapists Ive seen - wonderful touch and intuitive on areas that need more attention. Recommendations: Be sure to arrive 20 min early to take advantage of the free glass of wine to unwind in the relax room (although I know this is sometimes frowned upon with spa treatments.) Also, the add-on hot oil head massage is simply wonderful and none compare that Ive found in the area...the smell of sugar cookies and warm oil drizzled through your hair and scalp is nothing short of amazing. Only one drawback to this place, no steam room, but otherwise well worth a visit to Southglenn!

My overall experience was great! The feel was cozy and decorated beautifully! The facility was gorgeous!My recommendations would be to train the front dest staff to be a bit more welcoming and warm - not a lot of eye contact or smiles. I was also told I would receive a massage from a female and was welcomed from the resting room by a male who said he was giving me a massage. He did a great job, but being pregnant and awkward (especially rolling over on the bed) I wouldve liked to have a female.This was my second massage. My first one was a few month ago and I had a wonderful experience at that one! May have been an off day.

Ive enjoyed facials, deep tissue massages, reflexology, pedicures, and my favorite, the his and her massages. Unwind in the relaxation room with a glass of wine or bubbly before and after your treatment. The service is fantastic and the staff friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Woodhouse.

I love The Woodhouse. I have been going for over two years to get super facials with Julie, who is the best! Recently I have been getting pedicures there also and those have been really great! Have had three different techs and they all do a great job! Also have had a body scrub and a massage, both of which were terrific. Just never had a less than wonderful experience. The staff members are so kind and fun. They really know what they are doing, totally professional. I buy the purchase 5 get 7 packages and they save money and last a long time! I must praise it a lot because I have gotten two gift cards as birthday, Christmas presents. I use those to try new treatments I am not familiar with like the body scrubs. That was a skin saver this winter with my dry skin!The changing room is well outfitted and attractive. A robe and slippers are brought to you and there are several lockers for your personal stuff.The waiting room is possibly the most soothing area I have ever been in. Darkened, quiet with a lovely fireplace and really comfy chairs and lounges, I have trouble staying awake!Can’t recommend The Woodhouse strongly enough, you will be delighted!!

I love the woodhouse!!!! I come here every chance I get and I am always sooo impressed with the service! The spa is always clean, the whole staff is so professional, and every girl I’ve seen has been extremely considerate and made me feel so comfortable. I particularly love how quiet and serene the whole spa is. The front desk staff is super professional and this place will make you feel like a million dollars!

The spa is very calming. The room where you wait for the masseuse is charming and comfortable. They offer champagne when you arrive. The dressing room is very clean and has amenities available. The therapists there have done a wonderful job with the massages I have received.

Relaxing and clean

I do not frequent the spa often, but when I do I make an effort to go to Woodhouse Day Spa in South Glenn. I had a wonderful Tula yesterday, and had scuffed a nail almost immediately! Today they touched me up, and Mandi had even gone last night to pick up my color of nail polish (they were out yesterday, and the order wouldnt be in until next week.). I am going out of town for the weekend, and was pleasantly surprised when I showed for touch up she had the nail polish for me to pick up. I am SO thankful!! She went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it. The entire staff is so kind and it was such a nice experience . Thank you, Mandi, and thank you all for your great customer service!!

Pampered is what I was at the Woodhouse Spa. The spa is a sanctuary. From the moment I walked in to the boutique reception desk and was greeted warmly by staff, I felt special and anticipated a lovely experience. I was not disappointed. I had the hydra facial and a deep tissue massage. Both were amazing and left me feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed at the same time. I highly recommend this spa.

I came on my birthday for the first time. It was absolutely wonderful. The only mistake I made was not getting a longer massage. I felt as if I was snoring while I was still awake. Best birthday gift I’ve ever given to myself. The staff is extremely friendly. It’s very clean. They have someone constantly walking around and picking used glasses and providing towels in the bathroom. I would recommend any and everyone to come here. And I will be back again.

Beautiful, relaxing environment once you go inside. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a tad pricey, but definitely great to spoil yourself every now and then. They offer some amazing services.

Deep Sleep Massage - The therapist was nice enough. My issue was mostly this particular massage. Its an 80 minute massage that states a lavender compress while you recline with a tea ritual. Sounds great right? Instead you lay there for 15-20 minutes with a heated wrap while the therapist sits in the room and doesnt touch you (after sitting with her hands RESTING on your feet for 5 minutes). Oh, and youre not reclined at all. Its on your stomach which gets uncomfortable and no tea ritual was offered. I was also told on the phone there was wine and to get there early. But, they only offered tea. Bummer. This overly priced massage was a sub-par experience that didnt impress me. I called and they said the descriptions arent correct on the website and offered 25% off another overly priced service. No thanks.

Staff does not understand the definition of the word hospitality or service. They proudly display all the holiday promotion robe options and dont provide the customer any color options. They insultingly expressed that the robe is complimentary, as if to tell me to be happy with whatever robe I receive. Well actually, the robe cost $350 to me and the insulting attitude of the staff was a big turn off. I have purchased a few thousand dollars of gift cards over the years for my mother and girlfriend. Maybe time to look elsewhere.

I love this place for an escape for myself! During this visit, I got a lavender pedicure and the spritzer manicure. They were both amazing and my skin feels so refreshed. A great way to relax before the busy holiday season!

The Swedish massage was incredible!!! The message was calming and focused on the areas I wanted focus. My mom took me as a treat and I could not have asked for a better gift! The aesthetic and flow of the place was so much than chain spa places. It felt personal and overall was very relaxing!

I was happy paying for the services I received. It doesnt excuse the employees lack of professionalism because she was upset a tip wasnt left. If you want to change that include it in your service cost.

This place is my local sanctuary. Ive been coming here for a couple of years now. Ive done pedicures and massages. Its has great ambience, and wonderful staff. My favorite massage therapist is Marsha. She knows her stuff and can fix what knots you may have or just help you relax.

Lauren (massage therapist) is phenomenal. Had a 110 minute swedish massage with her that rivals the best massage Ive had.

They dont listen to what you want for massage type during booking or actually massage. I am sure its great if you just want a relaxing massage but not if you need to work out knots and muscle pain 😞 tried 3 times, 2/3 were very disappointing. Only massage therapist who actually listened to pressure/massage type was let go 😞 waist of money.

Best facial Ive ever had!! I had the hydra facial and my skin has never felt better!Allie was awesome--- explained everything she was doing as she went along, was fun and friendly but wasnt annoying like some therapists who are super chatty when you dont want to talk. I also appreciated that she wasnt pushy and didnt try to up sell me by telling me all the additional products I should buy! She was just a great aesthetician that knows her stuff and knows how to work with people!!!

I got Reflexology with Aaron and it was great. He did some acupressure in some troublesome spots and it was amazing how it released the tension and soreness. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars was the cost which wouldnt have been affordable without a price discount.
