Fast, friendly, courteous! We closed in 1/6 of the time it was taking with another lender who could not seem to give us the attention to get the loan closed.Westerra responded to us quickly, respected the COVID guidelines and did almost everything touchless/digitally, and got us a better rate than we were getting elsewhere!

Eric is a pleasant person to work with. You are never rushed through the application and loan approval process. Should you hear a recorded message when you call him or see a text informing you that he is “currently” unavailable, not to worry. He will call you back in a few minutes. The same is true for email exchanges.Overall, our experience with him has been positive. You can count on him to help you navigate the process in an efficient manner.Wossen K

He made himself available with any follow up questions and his up front loan closing costs quotes were right on regarding the final closing cost figures. I love Westerra Credit Union and specifically the Smoky Hill branch! They are all so helpful and friendly.I highly recommend Kimberlee Stephenson to handle your refinance needs. She is detail oriented, knowledgeable and provides impeccable customer service! She is the absolute BEST!! She gets it done and quickly!

I have been a member since they merged my former credit union. Westerra always has wonderful customer service. This year I refinanced and it was a well informed process, even during a pandemic. I recommend banking and loans with Westerra.

Been with this CU for over 5 years. I do all my business true them. Never been late on a car payments or overdrawn on my account. The reason for the low ratings is because when I came to get a small personal loan to consolidate a small debt I have I was denied. Long history with them and they show no loyalty back. I feel like Im banking with Chase banks.

The staff here is always polite and does there best to get you in and out efficiently and quickly.One of the specialists Ive met with, Lisa, is very friendly, takes interest in your needs, and is very communicative. Shes gone above and beyond for me and has made this establishment and my experience with it stress free.The only downside side is that theres no drive through, however, thats part of the charm when you get to interact with the staff.

The low rating is due to the fact that they never answer the phones, I have been put on hold for eternity and nobody answered the phone! I am extremely disappointed in Westerra and their customer service!!

This atm sucks! I shouldn’t have to put my card in 2 times for it to then go into my account. I also tried to deposit cash then it took my money and said system failure kept my cash and didn’t give it back. Plus the customer experience inside the bank isn’t to good either! I walked in about a week ago asking about the atm and why it needs to read my card twice before I deposit or withdrawal and the clerk simply told me it’s “user error”. I would rather drive the extra mile to go to western union or Bellco.

Good APRs but thats about it. They run promotionals they do not honor and they will hold checks longer than any bank I have ever been a part of. No thanks Westerra.

Opened an account with westerra. They gave me someone else’s account number to pay bills with and when they discovered the problem they returned all the payments to my bills and haven’t reimbursed me for their mistake!! Still have yet to contact me since initial contact on the matter as soon as this is done account will be closed! Change my mind westerra!
