Employees are nice but the union is still in the stone age. you can attach any money sending services to the account like zelle or venmo. no way to send money to different accounts at different banks.

They have the absolute best employees and customer service. If you open an account with them, theyll remember you each time you call or go in. It feels very small town and theyre so willing to help. I recommend them to everyone that I can.

Due to positive reviews I went in to open a savings account. Due to their policy they requested to pull my credit. I would take a hit on my credit report...in order to simply save $ with them; no loan; no credit. I had to stop the process as that is simply not fair.I am disappointed this group wishes to implement policies that harm its members credit simply for becoming a member.

The best Credit Union in Centennial by far! Karen and her team have been fabulous to work with. They are now being featured at 24 Hour Fitness- Southglenn as the only recommended Credit Union. I highly suggest checking them out!

The staff has always had the best customer service for as long as I can remember! I’ve had a couple issues that I called in with regards to one of my accounts and they have been able to politely and helpfully resolve my issues each time. They really understand that taking priority in customers happiness pays off in loyalty. This type of customer service will help to keep me a lifelong member.

We have been using Metrum for as long as I can remember and have never had an issue. Kara and Ian bend over backwards to help us with anything we need. Would highly recommend this CU to all.

Financed my son’s tuition loan for STM through metrum. However was recently laid off from work two months ago and was on unemployment until recently I was rehired. Metrum was notified of this however instead of working with any programs or deferred payments. Was charged to normal late payment fees and the school was contacted humiliating our family and our situation. Considering unemployment only covers normally around 1/3 of expenses, you would think there would be process in place to help families back on their feet? Hardly anything “community” about this credit union.

This place is always a struggle like i cant get even a small amount of change. I cant sell you 1$ worth of pennys?? Are u joking. This is many occasions now Ive struggled to get a small amount of change made I would not trust this place with my own money glad Im at BELLCO all credit unions made equally!!

Very friendly. I would highly recommend them. I switched from US Bank because I was tired of all my money going to fees that I couldnt prevent. Credit unions are definitely the way to go.

Wish they opened earlier.
