Rachael is simply the best! She answers any questions I might have clearly and in detail and on top of that helps you understand how to take care of them so they last as long as the life of the lash itself. I know I’m going to walk out of there with a full, lasting set of lashes each time and her place is always clean. I simply refuse to go anywhere else!

Had a misunderstanding of the appointments I made and had to cancel last minute as no show. She was very nice to at least do my brow service(brow shape)at the time of the apointment and they turned out great!

Most people have their thing they are very particular about. Mine is my eyebrows and has been for several years. I found Rachael when I was visiting CO from MN several months back and let me tell you I have not gone anywhere else, nor will I since seeing her. I have gone up to 45 days without a brow wax just to wait until I get to CO to see her again and Im a person who couldnt go over 3 weeks in the past, she is that good. She is very friendly, professional, meticulous and her work area is always very clean and sanitary.

Does a good job; my lashes looked good after tint and lift but she is not friendly- the building is not marked and has no signage so was difficult to find- even so I was 5 minutes late total and she texted me twice instead of calling and then she was very curt and never introduced herself, just set me up and did not say a word the entire time. Also kept putting her phone alarm on loud and letting it go off in my ear (very startling when your eyes are closed). She did a good job for my first time, but as I am looking to get redone I will go elsewhere.

I would recommend you ask for a consultation before committing to a service. I wrote an email beforehand asking if she could do anything about over tweezed eyebrows and she told me to schedule a brow shaping appointment. She was not able to do anything for me and still charged me $35 after plucking just a few hairs (very few) and coloring in the eyebrows I do actually have. She tried to pencil them in fuller (draw them on) but my skin wasnt oily enough to cooperate with the pencil - Im not sure a colored on eyebrow was really what I was looking for anyway. Then she told me there will be a .50 surcharge because she doesnt have a card swiper for her phone and needs to type the card number in. Then the phone gives you an option for a tip - I didnt see an option for no tip, so I selected 15%. SO $40 + later...I end up with something I could have done myself! I probably should have said something right there, but Im a nice person and I realize everyone works hard for their money so I was just going to try and let it go. I wasnt going to even write a review but I feel it was very poor customer service and just wanted to suggest you actually consult with her for free prior to committing to any of her services. I dont even know if she does free consultations. I didnt see that as an option on her website, nor did she offer it when I emailed. Other than that, she has a nice studio and seems like a nice person.EDIT: She mentioned medication I am on publically in her response. Perhaps shes not professional at all. HIPAA may not directly be applicable to her profession, but come on! Her story made it sound like I refused services, which I did not. I asked what microblading was after she told me about it. And no refund was issued like she said she would do in her response.

Rachael is incredible! I learned a lot as far as what I should know and learn about my own lashes when it comes to lash lifts and how to properly fill in my brows which apparently Ive been doing wrong for like ten years. Anyway, I really enjoyed chatting with her, and the experience overall was just very pleasant and relaxing. The results were incredible. I finally have normal yet refined looking eyebrows that look natural thanks to her own line of eyebrow pencils which I purchased. Also, my lashes look amazing! I really appreciate her thought and caution around how to ensure that her space is safe for herself and her customers during this time. It really speaks volumes about how much she cares about her business and her clients. Highly recommend!

Rachael is a PRO. Great listener who can teach you how to have the perfect shape brows. She knows what she’s doing when it comes to lashes and brows and you feel like a new person leaving her salon. Try her eyebrow makeup too it stays on and is better than anything else I’ve used. She’s amazing helping the fellas manscape too.

Rachael is wonderful! I found her through her good reviews and she lives up to them. She not only makes your brows look wonderful, but provides a relaxing atmosphere. I take a cat naps every time on her cozy table! She listens to your feedback and deeply cares in making your brows/lashes look perfect. Ive also tried her OWN line of brow pencils. Its really good and Ive tried a lot out there! I might buy her brow gel next. Highly recommend!

Been going to Janessa for over a year now! She is the only one I have found in Denver who uses the extra long lashes I am looking for! She buys a special tray just for me because she knows how long I want them. How super nice is that?!? Janessa is the sweetest company you can ask for when having to lay with your eyes closed for over an hour. I recommend her to all my friends!

I often get my lashes lifted by Rachael. I am a pretty quiet person, so its nice that Rachael doesnt force conversation and lets me take the lead on that sort of thing. It is a very relaxing little studio and Im happy with the results every time. I have fallen asleep while getting my lashes done multiple times (sorry!). Ive been seeing her for almost a year at this point and I still dont trust anyone else with my lashes.

I don’t know when or how my eyebrows got that thin, but after a month of trying to grow them, I went and saw Rachael. She mapped out the proper shape, waxed and trimmed, and finally showed me how to properly fill them in while I waited for them to grow back. They’ve grown in so nicely that I barely have to fill them in anymore. Word of advice if you’re trying to grow your brows out, DONT TOUCH THEM!!Thanks Rachael!!

I went to Rachel Lash and Brow to receive eyelash extensions a few months before my wedding. I had never gotten eyelash extensions and was very excited to come in and try them out. I choose this location because it was close to my job at the time and had some great reviews. I had done extensive research online searching through styles, blogs, and personal reviews before I stopped in for my appointment. I presented an image to the young woman who was the daughter of the owner. She glanced at the photo for less than a second before assuring me I was showing her someone who was wearing fake, strip, eyelashes. I was confused since I pulled the image from an after photo from an eyelash extension review blog. She assured me a full and fluffy looking eyelash style was not possible to achieve with eyelash extensions. The only lash she had available was a straight, skinny, wiry, looking lash. I was so uncomfortable (especially since I was forced to pay a partial deposit before coming in) I ended up letting her apply them. They looked awful, so separated, and in the end I looked better with makeup on since they were so odd and wiry looking by themselves. I even asked for them to get longer toward the outside corner and instead she gave me the fullest part in the middle of my eye, creating more of doe-eyed look. Not at all what I was hoping for. It was such a disappointing experience especially now knowing that the look I was hoping to achieve is more than possible for almost any other salon on the planet.

I’ve been going to Rachael for the past 8 months or so, and she does an AMAZING job with my eyebrows. I love that she is so detail oriented and really takes her time. She is very knowledgeable. I also recently got a spray tan from her for my bachelorette party, and it was the best spray tan I’ve ever gotten! Once again, she was very knowledgeable and gave me the necessary information and instruction before the spray tan and after to make sure it would look the best is possibly could. No streaks, no splotches, no fake orange color. She even was so detailed as to use a make up brush to blend certain areas that are known for looking splotchy before it dried. All weekend long at my bachelorette party I got compliments from my friends saying that the spray tan looked so good, and it didn’t even look like I had gotten one. They said it looked so natural that they thought I was just that tan! Thank you for making me look so fabulous on my special weekend!

I had never had lashes before Janessa put on my first full set last year. I was initially very anxious about all the possible side effects and nervous about the damage that I had heard that extensions cause to the natural lash. Janessa was patient as I word vomited all of my worries and kindly and calmly answered all of my crazy questions. I started with the more natural style and quickly discovered that I wanted more of a fuller-volumized effect. Janessa was great about guiding and helping me choose which length was best and I have been extremely happy with the results! I consistently get compliments on my lashes and I feel like a million bucks every time I go in for a fill. I am so glad that I took the lash leap - especially with Janessa at Rachel Lash and Brow!

At the time my eyebrows were too thin and poorly shaped. Rachael brought them back to being beautiful again. Now everytime I go to Rachaels I am confident that my brows will look spectacular! Rachael has truly transformed my eyebrows. I overplucked them severely for years and then even after letting them grow in a bit, I still had NO idea how to shape them. At the time that I booked my first appointment, I didn’t think they looked ~that~ bad, but I just wanted some help. 5 months later, I realize how amazing my eyebrows really can be. It has drastically changed how I feel about myself and how I look. I’m not kidding when I say Rachael has changed my life lol.What has worked for me is a brow shaping every 4 weeks. I don’t touch them AT ALL between visits. At first it took about two months of really fugly grow out to get the shape. But she was persistent in shaping and teaching me how to use a brow pencil to achieve a polished look. (Speaking of, her products are way better than anything at Sephora. The color payoff w her pencils is double that of any ABH brow pencil.) I also recently started getting the henna tinting which adds a little bit more oomph to my brows. It lasts the full 4 weeks and looks amazing. Now I can go out without makeup and I still look polished and presentable, and it is 100% because of my amazing brows. I got them super model brows.I can not recommend Rachael highly enough. She is a wizard. I wish I could go back in time and start seeing her sooner. She’s the kind of person that you meet that you know if she moved to Alaska, you’d be booking tickets every 4 weeks bc she’s just too valuable to lose!
