I’ve been rescheduled 3 times all due to different reasons. This must be a very small company and I say that because “all” of the drivers were sick and couldn’t make it. First time they wouldn’t come down our driveway on 1/2” of snow. Second time was weather related which I get, but come on people have lives trying to carve out a 4 hour window of your day every time your waiting for a delivery just to be called and told they are cancelling sucks! Not to mention the only time I talked to the supervisor he was very unprofessional. You can tell this is being run very poorly. Nothing bad to say about joss and Main, the company we purchased it from has great customer service unlike this place. They’ll never make it if they keep it up.
