In regards to the other review, the reason you must submit the claim yourself is because they are a specialty compounding service. For example, my son has a condition that caused terrible diaper rash and though we tried everything, nothing worked. The Target Pharmacy (also awesome, on the SW side anyway) referred me to Care Pro as they are limited to mixing 2 ingredients and Care Pro could customize something for my son. They looked into and came up with a solution that actually worked!Did I have to pay out of pocket initially and submit it myself? Yes, but printing out a little form and mailing it is hardly the trouble that diaper rash was, and their knowledgeable and very friendly staff was awesome with following up and getting the cream made immediately for us.Highly recommend them!
