I had a facial here with Emily, most relaxing experience of my life. I most definitely will be back!

I scheduled a massage last week for 8/25/21 and unfortunately had to cancel. Canceled at 8:45am 8/24/21 and was told they would call to reschedule. Never received a call.I noticed my card was charged 8/25/21 so I called and was told my phone number on my account doesn’t work and I never cancelled, yet they were texting me on 8/24/21 to confirm/cancel/reschedule my appointment. They are unwilling to cancel the charge and charged my card $120 for a massage I never received and stated that I have a credit available now to use at my ‘convenience’.I’ve NEVER stepped foot into this establishment and was treated so poorly due to their lack of communication as a ‘brand new customer’ that I’ll NEVER step foot into this establishment and will continue to use other area spas with MUCH better customer service and who would never store your credit card information nor charge your credit card for services that were never received, period.They lack communication but blame it on the brand new customer.

Came here for a massage for back pain. I was totally impressed.. the staff were very professional and nice.. my massage therapist (Melissa Brown) was amazing. The right amount of pressure and the right spots.. she clearly knew what she was doing.. my back pain felt a lot better afterwards. Definitely will come here again..!

Had a great massage today by Ashley Gonzales-Orr, I definitely recommend her!

When you first walk in you are greeted by someone at the front desk who offers you a beverage and brings you to a separate waiting room. There are salt rocks everywhere and just has an overall relaxing atmosphere. I was then greeted by Abbey, who was my massage therapist and she directed me to the room. I chose a combo massage/facial and we started with the massage. She utilized different techniques to work on the knots in my upper back and it felt great and was really relaxing. Then I had a 30 minute facial, which was the best facial Ive ever had! With every product Abbey applied, she massaged my face the whole time and when the mask was applied, she massaged my face, shoulders, upper chest, and upper back the entire time. Previous places I have been apply the mask and walk away or prep other products, so I loved that she utilized that time to give me a massage. It was so relaxing and much needed. Abbey was fantastic-I would definitely request her for my future appointments. If you need a great place to go and relax, I highly recommend Hands in Harmony!

Had a couples massage here. Did the ultimate one with the whirlpool,wine,and fruit,cheese and chocolates. It was great. Sarah did a great job. 🥰

My back was in terrible pain from tense muscles. This was my first appointment and it wont be my last. When you enter the room, soft, calming music is playing. Its a very welcoming atmosphere. Stacy did everything possible to alleviate my pain. My back feels so much better and I no longer have a headache or pinching in my back. Reasonable prices, as well. $40 for half an hour and $75 for an hour. There are also hot stone massages but you need to check pricing. Thanks for a great first visit.

I have been a dental hygienist for ten years, so I am often in chronic pain. Massages are one of the most helpful ways to address the pain, and often times I can point out exactly where and what my pain is and massage therapists may. Chanity (spelling?) was considerate and effective and address all areas I was having pain, I was overly impressed with her! Everyone else in the office was kind and gentle and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend!

The float tank... just dont. Ive had some good massages here in the past but the last few have not been up to par... and the float tank this afternoon was cold and stunk bad like a musty locker room... not what I was hoping for on a first experience...and after reading up on float tank experiences I realized how neglected their tank is.. just gross.

Staff is friendly , helpful and professional!Give them a try! I wouldnt go any where else.Cant wait til my next session.

Usually great, had a couples massage package that included time in a hot tub with snacks and wine which was nice and romantic. However when it came to the massage mine was great and Ashley knows what she is doing but my wife got extremely hot and the guy she had didnt know how to turn the beds heat off and she said he just seemed to fumble around like he was lost. Not used to that hear. So if I could Id say 5 stars with Ashley and 2 for my wifes experience.

I had an excellent massage by Abbey today. She focused on spots that needed it the most when a perfect amount of deep pressure. Since I work in healthcare- it was my first Me time since COVID and exactly what I needed.

Took my husband here for a couples massage after our wedding and what can I say other than it was incredible. Im 8 months pregnant and have never had a professional massage before so I didnt know what to expect. The women who helped us were very hospitable and awesome at making sure we were comfortable throughout our session. We will definitely be coming back for another outstandingly peaceful 75min!

Angie the director of H.I.H. has been very attentive. I would highly recommend Nicole for a massage and facial - I am addicted to her services. Im so gosh darn excited! Ive never had a spa day before and have one scheduled about 4 weeks away from my due date - so it will be very special and a celebration before my first baby is born 🥰. Angie helped me use my massage credits and gift certificates in order to put together a 4 hour delightful day. I feel very nurtured and lucky to have these treatments.

I had my first massage last week with the company and was nothing but impressed. My massage therapist was one of the best I have ever had. She constantly checked in during the massage to ensure I was happy with the pressure and how she was doing. She took the time to educate me but wasnt over-bearing. She just did an amazing job. I have found a new person to start going to.

Ok. Overall, service was good. I wanted to schedule a return but the person at the counter was preoccupied visiting with a co-worker when I was checking out. Therapist I saw are 4/5 and staff are 2/5.

Just had an Ultimate Couples Massage and OMG we will DEFINITELY be going back! The wine & snacks were tasty, the whirlpool bathtub is everything Ive ever wanted, atmosphere is very relaxing, and the massage left me feeling just... awesome. Still feeling quite blissful. Hubbys shoulders have been hurting him and he says they feel awesome now. 10/10 will be coming back!

Had an excellent combo massage with Melanie. She has a great energy and is very attentive and accommodating to unique needs. She demonstrated several massage techniques and let me choose the massage that worked best for me. I felt very welcome and comfortable with her and felt great (mentally and physically) leaving that day! Will be working on the stretches she taught me to improve my posture and flexibility.

I walked in for my massage and was told I have to wear a mask. I then explained to the lady I have a disability and am unable to wear a mask especially while laying down on a table and there is no possible way that I can do that. So I was told that I had to leave. My money isn’t good here because I have a disability that doesn’t allow me to wear a mask that is not proven to stop a virus anyway. But go ahead and discriminate against me.

How i spoil myself or someone else

Nice that you responded to negative feedback but you never reached out to contact me like you said ....you have my email my phone number and nothing...I thought with a offer to make things right was cool, yet you haven’t.Beautiful spa very friendly I may have needed to request a more experienced therapists I just took who was available he did the oddest massage I ever had. I wondered when he was going to massage my back he did pressure points kind of. Not impressed I was surprised he was done he never gotToMy arms or legs fair massage... not worth the $74 I left wondering if I needed another appointment today to finish what he was trying to do... to top it off he was done before the hour was over go figure.

My husband bought facials and messages for my daughter and me for my birthday. We were in the same room, on side by side message tables, with 2 wonderful ladies working on us. It was heaven. I will definitely go again and highly recommend if you are in need of a great message. They offer many different services which I am looking forward to trying.

Always excellent service and attention. Nice waiting area with beverages and such and every masseuse Ive interacted with has been excellent at their job. Tried cupping this last time and I wasnt a massive fan but it was worth a try, and also gave ashiatsu a try recently which was amazing; I highly recommend it.

I am not a fan of all the new age decor, but I get the best firm massage from Karen. When I have an issue, she really listens and tries new techniques to help. I have had a lot of massages; Karen is fantastic!

My friend and I went there this past weekend for full body massages. This place was very professional. The environment was soothing and relaxing. They provided wine and a dimly lit room full of salt rocks to relax in while we waited. We had to wait a little bit past our appointment because I think they squeezed us in due to the fact that we called last minute. But that was fine with us because we had such a wonderful place to wait. They threw in a free foot scrub because of the wait, which was really nice. The massage was the best Ive ever had. The lady I had was professional at all times and made me feel comfortable in every way. She paid attention to the spots I asked her to, and I have never felt better! We will definitely be going there again in the near future.

I booked a massage session for my mother wrt her Lumbar Release/Lower Back Pain (LBP) with Ellen Meyer. And after this session she was feeling very relax and satisfied. All the people were very welcoming and completely professional. I will for sure recommend Hands in Harmony for any type of massages. I only go to Hands in Harmony for my lash lifts, eye brow wax and tint. Nicole was the only person that took the time to actually shape the brow. Always great service and zen environment.

I always have the best results whenever I see Ellen M. for a massage! She really has a sense for finding the problem areas and giving extra attention to those muscles. My neck and shoulders give me a lot of pain and, after a massage with Ellen, I leave feeling like the range of motion in my neck has increased dramatically. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and have been dealing with stress and muscle tention i also had lots have pain near my tailbone due to everything preparing for labor. Ms Melinda Collins took absolute amazing care of me making sure that I was comfortable on the table. Melinda did an awesome job I felt so much relief not only in my muscles but the bad pain near tailbone that was making it really hard to walk. I would 100% recommend Hands in Harmony. It is a nice quiet, clean and relaxing place with great customer service.

I am giving 3 stars because Ive never had any issues with hands in harmony and have always had a wonderful experience...UNTIL TODAY. I got both a wax and a 90 minute massage. Both had summer deals (the wax was $50 and the massage was SUPPOSED to be $10 off). I also had a coupon for $12 off any service. They took my coupon just fine and it wasnt until I got home that I looked at my emailed receipt and realized they didnt give me the $10 off. When I called to ask why I didnt receive it I was told well we cant do coupons and promotions. Well thats fine but WHY WASNT I TOLD? I got no answer for this. If I had been told this before I would have just waited to use the coupon another day instead of feeling jipped...

They have a wonderful selection of services and therapists. You will find your right fit there. The professionalism by the staff in very apparent in their values.

I think Hands in Harmony is the best spot in town. I went to another place that was new and closer to my house. They got me with a membership. They forgot my bookings and didnt honor massage owed me. I made a call to Hands In Harmony to get a massage and literally got every knot out of back. They are awesome!

Completely wonderful, total relaxation, great technique, I left there in awe. The atmosphere is very calming and healing. I cannot wait to go back!

Amazing! I have a frozen shoulder and Kimberly has been great trying to help me through it! She combines deep tissue therapy to unlock the muscles with cupping. I have seen many therapists at HIH and have never had a bad experience but I love that I can schedule on the weekend, its so much easier with my schedule and such a bonus that she does such a great job!

It feels like a retreat when you walk in. Youve done a great job with creating a relaxing atmosphere without having to go too far from town. The therapists are always professional. My name is Godfrey, I received my very first massage today at Hands in Harmony. I must say it was by far the best massage I ever had. Im sure there entire staff are skilled but I had the pleasure of experiencing the hands of Heather and I dont know if I want anyone else to do my massages in the future.

It was so comfortable. The massage therapist were very professional and always asked if what they were doing was okay. My muscles have never felt better and I put them through the ringer at the gym. It was my boyfriends first time and he absolutely loved it. He is a police officer so he for sure needed it from being in certain situations and sitting in a vehicle for 12 hours.

What a relief it was to find a reputable spa open and available on a Sunday!!! The location is fantastic, really nice. I had an injury I needed addressed and they got me in right away and the massage was fantastic! I wouldnt question this location in the least - its reasonably priced, has great spa options and is really committed to the wellness of their clients.

The place was very nice and inviting but my masseuse seemed uncomfortable. I had signed up for two massages, but when I mentioned this the masseuse left and said she was going to ask someone she came back and said I only signed up for one. I went to go pay and was going to be charged for two I was highly disappointed that I was told I only signed up for one and was going to be charged for two.

Very serene. I was given a very thorough massage of trouble areas and sound advice on things to watch for as far as diet, sleep, etc. I would recommend going here if you suffer from chronic pain.

As first timers, my boyfriend and I had no idea what to expect. The environment was completely warm and welcoming, and we were treated with a professional level of casualness. The whirlpool tub helped us get into the mindset of relaxing so we were ready for our massages afterwards. The massage itself was wonderful and relaxing (obviously, I was someone that wanted to relax and feel pampered), so it was a solid 10/10 experience for me.

The Epsom salt float is amazing. If you have chronic pain, poor health or are just super stressed, go float. You will not regret it. Its astonishing how good it feels and how much it helps.

I had an excellent experience. I had a huge knot in my back that I could not get rid of. I went to the chiropractor but it kept coming back. One 30 minute massage and it was gone. Havent had it come back yet. The next time this happens, Ill be back!

Im giving 3 stars because my previous appointments there with Jennifer have been great. She offered me water before and after my massage, and gave one of the best massages Ive ever had. My migraines significantly improved and Im quite sure that was from seeing her every 4 weeks. Now for the negative... I consistently prebooked with Jennifer so I always had an appointment ready. I got a call from the spa letting me know that Jennifer was no longer there. They put me with Clare. When I showed up to my appointment, she was the one who greeted me when I got there and she seemed rushed (I was only 2 minutes late because rush hour traffic). When we got back to the room, she had a pretty good consultation with me, so I got on the table and was ready to relax. That didnt happen. She talked through the whole thing. I was fine at first because I thought it might lessen eventually. It didnt. She even stopped to change the music twice in the middle of the massage. As the massage went on, I tried to be short when she asked me questions (not even related to the massage), and I think that worked a little bit, but I still wasnt able to relax. I wont be going back to her for that reason. On a positive note, her deep tissue massage was great and her pressure was good. I do feel better and not as tight. She just really needs to work on her professionalism.

I just redeemed my birthday present giftcard here Saturday. I had an amazing 45 min upper body massage with Jessica Misfeldt followed by a 45 min facial with Maria Tucker. Maria is an extremely knowledgeable esthetician and very trust worthy. She takes her time to assess your skin and work with you to make a customized facial. I am a firm believer in using all natural products, which I really appreciate because she is never pushing anything thats unnecessary or might be too much for the skin. Jessica is a very experieced massage therapist, she knows exactly where to apply pressure on the muscle tissue and especially hits the spots that are tighter. She is also great at not overworking the muscle so it feels relaxing. I have been to some massage therapists that didnt listen well to your needs and Jessica does a great job of listening or adjusting pressure as needed.I have had a few facials done and they are one of my favorites! My skin feels so rejuvenated and smooth afterwards. I am usually picky about letting someone else touch my skin, let alone my face, but fully trust her. She has such a soft touch that makes it very relaxing. The best part is she knows exactly where pressure points are to help alleviate my headaches and also helps drain my sinuses. It feels pretty amazing when you can feel all that happening and know having a facial done is worth it. My skin is always immediately glowing brighter and smoother. Maria is very good at communicating, so you know exactly what to expect to feel or even smell. The products smell amazing. She is very good at educating you about what is in the products, how they will feel, and what they will help with. She is even great at recommending products to use at home.My facial procedure began with a cleanser, followed by a mint exfoliator (which feels amazing) to resurface the skin. Then rosehip exfoliator followed by arm and hand massage. The fact that these products are all natural is key to my skincare wants and fully got that. I am really eager to try out some other services with her!!I was intrigued to learn they offer over 300 services at Hands n Harmony, the perfect spa day place! I felt like I needed longer than 45 minutes for each session, but well worth it! The place is very CLEAN and has such a calm at home feel. I felt so relaxed and loved being able to also have a 45 min massage combined with this, they transitioned very well and did not have to wait. They are great at working together as a team and kept me informed throughout the process. I already cant wait to schedule another appointment with them both!

Went in for a scheduled $60 massage and the therapist decided to add items (cupping, hot stones, etc) until my final bill was more than $100. I was never asked if I wanted anything additional and I was never told those additional items were an added cost. The therapist just told me she was going to do it, knowing it was an added cost. Not too impressed with that tactic and wont go there again.

The staff is great, and Heather H. does a thorough job of getting rid of my knots that cause my back pain. I always leave feeling wonderful, and pain free that lasts a while.
