They will do what they want with appointments, you have one booked they dont have time they will cancel it upon your arrival without notice or call. They dont care about your time or their punctuality. Highly recommend avoiding.

The only reason I gave it up four is because it cost a lot of money to do the hair! The directions were terrible! So many turns and going through town. I could have gone straight out interstate and got off of H st and finished on the route! Bad directionsGrace took care of my hair needs which was pconsisting of Getting the red out of my hair and trying to go blonde. She talk to me about doing a process that will take a couple times to get the red out to get me back to blonde. She did an excellent job with the look the field and the colors. I had hoped it would be a bit more blonde. But I am still not mad about it! She did a damn good job! She’s very nice, enjoyable to talk to, didn’t feel like I couldn’t have a young girl do my hair. You know once you start getting a little bit older you think all these young kids can’t do s*^t for you, I was wrong she did an awesome job. Way to go Grace!

Very professional salon! Their safety concerns & procedures with the pandemic and so forth was beyond excellent. I hadnt had a haircut for 6 months and was way overdue. Sarah gave me an excellent haircut, was very meticulous and took her time. Ive never had someone takes so much time to make sure my hair looked just right.Sarah not only does a good job at cutting hair, but she also is a sweet, kind, wonderful gal!I will definitely be going back again!Thank you so much Sarah from making this old man look tolerable again!😊😊

The salon had kept my order of the aveda men, pure-formance aroma spray for a year, I had ordered this product January of 2020 when it came in we were in our pandemic and salons would closed I finally went to Nadias salon to buy the Aveda chakra number one and they had my original order in a bag on the counter for me that is incredible, above and beyond customer service they could have sold that to anyone else within that year! I will continue to only purchase my Aveda product from Nadias thank you very much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nadia’s has been ahead of the curve coming out of their forces COVID-19 shutdown. They opened with the safety of their customers and stylists in mind. That outward focus permeates everything they do at Nadia’s. Every person in the salon smiles and laughs through an undoubtedly difficult situation, but having them normalize the experience like they do helps so much in an abnormal time. Received a gift card for my birthday & decided to use it for a massage. I added 30mins so Id get a full hour. It was a good massage but Ive had better. From past experience the massage therapist would stop & ask how it was; did something need changed up, more or less pressure. This wasnt my experience this time. She asked prior to starting what pressure I prefer. My idea of medium to strong, wasnt hers. I wont stop getting massages, but next time itll be elsewhere. I was excited as Id heard this was one of the best places.

I recommend Nadias to all my friends and family for any service in the salon and spa. Ive been a customer for 10+ years and have always received the best service. Kim is amazing! She has so much knowledge to share about the newest and greatest hair techniques and trends. Everyone is always friendly from the moment you walk in the door.

Received a birthday gift card from my fiance to use -- so I chose a 60 min full body massage, manicure and hair cut. The massage was great and definitely made me feel the difference! My manicure looks great as well. Most of all I really love my hair cut. My only requirement was the color and length and Tiffany found a great way to work with my hair thickness and volume. This was my 2nd visit and Ill definitely go back again!

Ive been seeing Crystal for a few years but been visiting Nadias for even longer. I had really damaged my fine hair and shes helped me bring it back to life. Always clean in the salon and each stylist is friendly

Im glad that I can share my experience here. I used to go to Nadias several years ago. The last experience I had was with Nadia. While she cuts hair well, she talked with a friend the entire time that I was having my hair done. I remember it not being about anything important. I felt as though I was not an important customer at all. I have never gone back since.

Great smelling and appearing salon! Sylist offered great advice on products, has excellent service skills and offered a wonderful scalp massage! I just wish there was more time and emphasis on ensuring I look good when I walk out of the salon :/

*** $200 *** for a dozen tinfoil highlights, wash, cut, and dry?!Yes, that is how much it cost me, and I have the receipt to prove it.There were NO extras, no bottle of product, no blowout, nothing out of the ordinary that would cause me to think I was getting _________(fill in the blank with any word you feel is appropriate). .True, its a nice place, I expected to pay a little more, but was down right shocked when I went to settle the bill.BEWARE! Dont make the same mistake that I did - IE; assuming I would be charged a reasonable price for a traditional hair care service (even if someone served me a cup of tea doesnt warrant another $100 charge in my book).Be careful of this establishment,ASK BEFORE YOU GET ANYTHING DONE HERE !In my opinion, there are other places just as professional, just as personable, but at half the cost... even if they dont serve you a bottle of water.

I visited Nadias for a facial and absolutely loved my experience. I left feeling relaxed and my skin felt soft and had a youthful glow to it. I have since purchased facial gift cards for others as gifts; I highly recommend Nadias.

I went for a massage a few months ago and it went great, I returned for a hair cut which totaled $45 and I still have split ends despite asking to remove all the damaged ends. They have a policy where you can return within the week but as holidays go I dont have time this week. Nor do I wish to have my hair cut at a place that could not do it correctly the first time especially for the amount billed.

I live in D.C. and visit my family in Cedar Rapids once or twice a year. For the past 10 years I have made a hair appointment with Amanda and a massage appointment with Sarah on every visit. The service at Nadia’s is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I wish I lived closer so I could use the salon more often.

Service, experience level, atmosphere make this a top notch place. Spend a few extra dollars to treat yourself and enjoy the experience.Well with it and you will not be disappointed.

I have been going to Nadias for over two years. I have been going to Myreisha for a little over a year now, and I feel like she remembers me, knows what I want and gives open and honest feedback. I love Aveda products, and I love the peaceful, clean atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and I really like that they offer you a drink, and take your coat for you. Cant find a better salon!

As a man, Ive always debated cost vs quality due to the high frequency of getting a haircut. I will always choose Nadias quality of haircut as theyve never let me down. Keep cutting great hair.

I just spent over 100$ for them to tell me they dont even have a lisenced esthetician and all they basically did was moisturize my face. Which I could have done at home. Called for a refund after I left to be polite, they wouldnt even consider giving me back 50%. Horrible experience. Left very upset

Very disappointing as my daughter and I had french manicures done (not shellacked) for our sons wedding the next day. And overnight, we each had 3 and 5 nails just fall off. Everything. Luckily for the wedding she had brought some white polish so we could at least paint the tips so they didnt look so bad. As I was discussing with one gal, they put the cuticle oil on, but never had us wash the nails and Im thinking there was oil residue on the nail which wouldnt allow the polish to stay on. A little frustrating as we paid $80 for the service. Next time, well go to the mall. Julie Prihoda

Tegan is the best stylist, she is the only one who has been able to blow dry and rangle my fine hair into beautiful curls without crazy amounts of product. Highly recommend

I thought if I went to a more upscale salon I would get a better haircut. That wasnt the case. I didnt see the back of my cut until I got home. This is not a salon I would revisit.

Unfortunately, I didnt get a great cut and that says a lot coming from Nadias. I know I was a last minute add, but Ill think twice next time before immediately booking.

Love Nadias! I love going to Kim she always does a fantastic job on my hair!!! She is willing to do fun things and it always looks awesome. I also love the Aveda product I wouldnt want any other product since going to an Aveda salon!

We went here the week of our wedding, booking was difficult but they made it right and the experience was wonderful!
