It was my first visit and it went smoothly. My hygienist Cara was amazing. She is so friendly and keep you informed of everything she’s doing. The front staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. If you’re looking for a new dentist I would recommend this place

Glass Road Dental offers knowledgeable treatment with amazing customer focus. Every member of the staff is friendly and personable. Amy at the front desk is great. Dr Torano has a ready smile and a warm manner. She’s reassuring and has a sense of humor. Tracy, my hygienist, is superb. She does great work. I feel she has become a valued friend as well as an excellent hygienist.

My hygienist Kara was fantastic. Kept conversation going, kept me very informed about what she was doing and seeing. She really made me feel comfortable!! The Dr also was very informative and as a new patient I appreciated that there were suggestions and a recommendation to see how things look in 6 months rather than creating a big plan right out of the gates!! Happy with the choice to try them 😊

Staff was extremely friendly and walked through each step of the process. Answered any questions I had without making judgments or brash remarks. Even helped schedule appointments for me to get the care I needed, which helped relieved stress of the pain I was going through. I am very happy with my experience here!

They are taking all precautions against Covid by disaffecting the office and they took the time to explain what they are doing to keep it safe for them and the patient. For someone that doesnt like going to the dentist they went out of their way to make it safe and easy. I would recommend this dentist to anyone, great experience.

The office experience is great. However, the experience before the appointment is not necessary. I get the COVID information but not the other 100 questions. I go to the dentist every 6 months and have to fill out all the same paper work like I am a new patient. I AM NOT! I go to the doctor once a year for a physical and all I have to do is COVID information. When I go in they ask if my information has changed like address or insurance. Very simple. Not the dentist you have to fill out 5 pages every time you go. NOT NECESSARY! Not doing it anymore.

My daughter and I had each had an appointment. The staff were so great with her (shes 5). They were very thorough and explained things very well. Also did not feel pressured to do any suggested dental work. Instead they provided me with the information I might need and gave me estimates. Overall great experience.

This was my 1st visit as a new patient and everyone was very nice and most helpful. Tracy cleaned my teeth, answered questions and gave me great information and suggestions! Dr. Schumacher was also very friendly and informative. They explained everything they were looking at or doing. When checking out and making a follow up appointment they were very helpful and explained my insurance too. Ive never gotten so much good information at a dental appointment! Most of all, I feel very safe when visiting this office. They follow the precautions of the COVID-19 guidelines accurately and have the safety of all in mind. Again, the hygienist, Tracy did a great job cleaning the ever-persisting tartar off my teeth and is great to work with.

The service and care is excellent but the billing practices and payments are awkward.

Always prompt. Always courteous. Always professional.And now going above and beyond during the Covid 19 pandemic to make sure patients and staff are safe and following all protocols recommended by the state and CDC for precautions at dental offices.

Did a great job. However, I didn’t like the fact I had to pay a $10 PPE fee not covered by insurance. Was told about this after routine cleaning was complete. Not sure what the extra PPE was? They still have to protect against HIV and Hepatitis before Covid.

Everyone was friendly & competent. The technician & dentist listened to my problems & had practical remedies. Altogether a very good experience.One thought - The paste used in the cleaning was OK, but other dentists had good tasting paste. Not a big problem.

Glass Road Family Dentistry has the FRIENDLIEST staff! Scheduling an appointment for 4 new patients was SUPER EASY, and when we arrived there was literally no waiting time! They are GENTLE ... and GREAT with kids! We DEFINITELY recommend!

Dr Torano did a good job in running tests to determine the condition of my tooth (dead) and what needed to be done. Root canal went very well.

I had a emergency tooth issue, my mother is a patient currently, but I had not been to the dentist in years. Shayna fit me in her busy schedule. Her staff and herself welcomed me like I had been a patient with them for years. Shayna and her assistant fixed my tooth so I was no longer in pain. I have NEVER had such an AMAZING experience at the dentist before and was actually quite scared of going. Shayna and her staff are more than amazing, they made me feel at ease. The staff and dentist were very friendly at my last visit. Even though I am not perfect remembering to floss every day, they didnt scold me. They were very positive about what I do well. I hate going to the dentist, but this last visit was as good as going to the dentist can get.
