Excellent doctor who is very detail, caring and most of all a great surgeon! He did a great job with a procedure with me and also provided guidance for aftercare. He wrote everything down ensuring that I understood the aftercare procedures. Also, he explained everything that he was doing during the procedure.

I would not recommend Dr. Bombach to anyone. No one from his office, called to check on my after my outpatient surgery, which I find odd and not normal. They had released me 2 hours after abdominal surgery and never cared to see if I was okay after that? During the procedure he hit an artery and didnt tell me or my loved one. He also mangled my bellybutton. I was bleeding through the bandages the day of, we called his office concerned about the bleeding and was literally told by his nurse “he hit nothing to make you bleed out.” Wow, pretty sure hitting an artery can! Also, for my 1 week follow-up he did not ask to see any of the 5 incisions he made in my abdomen for the cholecystectomy. Like, dont you need to see if they are closing, or infected?? I forced him to look to explain the pain and bleeding and only then did he inform me Oh yeah, that. I hit an artery when I was putting the camera in. If you have a choice for a general surgeon, my suggestion would be to keep looking.

Dr. Bombach diagnosed me with thyroid cancer back in 2013. He patiently explained the surgery I needed, and answered all of my questions. He was so kind throughout the entire ordeal. He removed my entire thyroid and left me with a scar so small and precise it is barely noticeable now. Recently another doctor was going through my medical history with me, and couldnt believe Id even had a thyroidectomy because my scar is so hard to see. Considering its right on your neck in a very obvious spot, the fact that another doctor couldnt spot it is really a testament to the beautiful surgical work he did. Totally recommend!

Had my consultation March 2018 with Dr. Bombach who made me feel so comfortable about the procedure and went over the reason why it was best to have my gallbladder removed. I had had many issues with stones passing and discomfort for the past three years. So I Scheduled my surgery and had it done in April. I was so scared about the surgery but Dr. Bomach and his amazing surgical staff really helped to reassure me that all would be fine. It’s been 1.5 weeks since surgery and I feel fantastic. I highly recommend DR. Bombach as a General surgeon if your looking for one. Kind, compassionate and has a listening ear for any of your possible fears. I can’t say enough how wonderful he is. Dr. Bombach saved my life from a terrible mrsa infected c section. I am forever grateful that he stepped in and took over my healthcare plan from a dr that was making choices that were not right for me. I think about the situation often. A few months later he took my appendix out. There was no family available to be there as I went into surgery but he assured me he would treat me as his own dr. Although my overall experience was awful Dr Bombach eased my anxieties and really cared about the situation.

I trust him with my life.
