Zach is a great trainer. I was able to keep up with my training on my own during the Covid-19 quarantine time. He provides many targeted exercises so mixing them into your routine makes it never boring. Zach is always aware of how far he can push during his sessions.

I’ve been working with Zach for a little over 2 months now. Lost 10lbs in the first month with just at home equipment and video sessions due to Covid closures of gyms. I appreciated the extra accountability and guidance during the pandemic when it can become easier to get off track with fitness and nutrition goals. Looking forward to continuing the progress as we are able to transition back into the gym and in the meantime, I’ve been taking advantage of the free outdoor exercise classes that Zach offers to the public at the Anytime Fitness on Lakeline.

I thought Zach was great. He took the time to customize my workout just for me. He was very much a motivator and held me accountable for each rep. At the same time he would notice when I was struggling or just not up to speed and give me the space I needed to recover before moving on to the next exercise.Zach was also helpful in checking out my diet and recommending different foods to help my body gain strength and recovery from each workout.All in all I really like Zack and benefited from my time with him...k

Zack is a great personal trainer. He is very personable and makes working out fun. He makes sure you form is perfect and likes to teach new exercises. Workouts are customized to your personal needs. I am in much better shape than I have been in decades. Thanks Zack!

Zach is a phenomenal personal trainer! He will work with you based on your goals and define a detailed plan around nutrition and workouts to help you reach them. He will hold you accountable, and will get you to love your body! Ive been training with him for 3 months now and lost ~20 lbs. Feeling better than ever !

I have been training with Zack for five months now. I am in my 30s and have always been insecure about my body. After five months of training with Zack I have healthfully lost just over 10 pounds, lowered my body fat, and put on muscle. I feel strong, more energetic, and it definitely helps with my mood. I finally having those endorphins going again. He also taught me about eating healthy and even showed me an app on my phone that can keep me accountable. Oh and every workout is fun, hard, but never boring. I just squatted my body weight in weights today!

Zach is really educated when it comes to personal training, Im working out of state and zach managed to coach me into losing 20 lbs in 2 months! Highly recommended!!!!
