While this Dr is sweet.. she is clueless about neurology.. I suffered several strokes in 2017 and ended up at CPRegional and she was the treating physician.. after an MRI scan showed how serious my situation was.. she kept smiling and saying Im sorry but don’t know what to do for you and our vascular surgeon is not back in until Monday.. it felt like I was in the twilight zone dealing with her.. she sent me home the same night, where I suffered another mini stroke and I went back the next day, (closest hospital to us) for her to tell me the same thing! I finally lost it and told her that I wanted to be transferred to seton downtown! After about an hour an ambulance with Seton main came for me and when I arrived at seton, they had an ICU bed and Neurologist waiting for me! I spent 2 weeks in ICU there and was treated with the highest quality care at Seton.. I could have lost my life due to dr Makundan’s lack of care and knowledge! She was kind, but a lot flighty and did not seem to take my situation seriously as she should have.. the neurologist at Seton could not believe that I was sent home after suffering several strokes! I would not recommend dr Mukandan at all, if u value ur care and life!

I am 57 years old. I have been to literally dozens of doctors over the years.No one has ever seen the symptoms of epilepsy.I was diagnosed in January. My world has been turned around.I have never been so clear and happy, really happy..God bless Dr Mukundan!!She is an amazing woman/doctor!!

Seriously a life saver. Most amazing doctor you could hope to have. Very intelligent and detail oriented . Really listens and cares. She makes sure I am taken care of every time I need her! I have seizures and occipital neuralgia and until she diagnosed it I was written of by other docs as just having a headache. Shes amazing, total life changer!

Dr. Mukundan is such a doll! She’s exceptionally patient and listens to your every need. Excellent bedside manner and she makes you feel calm and happy when you see her. Best neurologist I’ve had yet.

Dr. Mukundan is amazing. She spent all the time in the world with me to thoroughly explain things, go over symptoms, and check results. She is a very positive and personable doctor has an amazing attitude and personality I really feel comfortable with her treating and being my doctor I would highly recommend her to anyone. Staff was great, appointment was on time, and I actually enjoy visiting this doctor.

We got this doctor to have a neurologist closer to home for my veteran uncle 73 with parkinsons and Im glad we did! she found multiple mistakes the VA doctors had made right off the bat and my uncle is doing much better , she is very knowledgable and personal with us I highly recommend 👍👍

Im a new patient at Dr. Mukundan. She comes in with a smile as big and pretty as Texas. Such a perceptive and caring lady . After talking with her for 20 minutes! It is obvious that she really cares. Then 20 more minutes and even 20 more . She quizzed me for one hour and 20 minutes ! About my problem and says she can fix me . Good on you Dr. Mukundan you are awesome. Thank you. Of course it was the last appointment of the day so no one had to wait on me or her . Saw her again today and Im so pleased at the way she listens to you. You may have to wait on her for a few minutes but it is comforting to know that Dr Mukundan will not leave your room until she has heard everything you have to say and full of questions herself. She is a good person which makes her a great doctor

Dr. Mukundan is the most amazing neurologist to ever walk the planet!!! I highly recommend!!!!She cares about whats going not only neurologically but also how you are REALLY doing with treatment & life. It is nice to know I have a Dr. that cares for me as much as she does. I LOVE HER!!!!!

I really love Dr. mukundan as a doctor, however, her front office staff leave much to be desired. I was supposed to have an MRI 2 weeks ago that was denied by my insurance on 05/24 because they didn’t get sufficient documentation from this office. They never called me and instead the day of my appointment I found out that it would not be covered from the imaging office. When’s I called Dr. mukundans office to find out what happened they first acted as though they did not know it had been denied, only to admit that they did and that they were sending proper information over immediately. 1 week later I called back because I had not heard a word and meanwhile I’m DESPERATE to have this MRI and find out what is going on with me. They told me that it looked like “NOTHING” had been done with this because the lady who does t was out of town. That’s 1 week after I was told it was being done immediately. Now here we are almost 2 weeks from the date of the denial and I still have no MRI, no information, and they won’t answer the phone to the office. I waited nearly 2 weeks to write this because I really like the doctor but at this point I am frustrated beyond belief and I feel completely blown off, disrespected, and neglected by the front office staff with their handling of this. I have chronic migraines and it is incredibly difficult for me to make it through a normal day yet alone waiting 2 weeks plus to even be able to schedule this MRI again. I never review things and I always keep to myself but I feel really neglected and I am in pain. I will unfortunately be having to find a new doctor in order to get the care I desperately need.

Dr Mukundan has always made the extra effort to simply sit and listen. Many doctors are constantly typing into a laptop or writing on their tablet they no longer look you in the eye. I have a serious health condition and she listens to me when I speak. I feel like my concerns are being heard.That is what I need.

She is a great doctor. But you will wait at least 45 min in waiting area for appointment. She rarely run on time. So dont make any plans for at least a 3 hour window.

Dr. Mukundar is amazing! She is genuinely concerned about your whole wellbeing and provides excellent care. I couldn’t recommend her more!
