First time at youthful solutions and I had exceptional service from the moment I walked in. Hannah and Emily were amazing as well as all the other ladies who assisted me during my time. Everyone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable, I will definitely come back!

Youthful Solutions is great across the board. I like the medspa but love Dr. Laurette Smith who specializes in female hormone imbalance. After just a month, I am feeling so much better. If you are on the fence, just go and meet them. The staff is awesome; very welcoming and kind.

Really like this place. I have been to a couple different places and I really appreciated the lack of push to purchase and overall staff expertise. I felt like I was listened to and they really wanted to honor what I was looking for instead of pushing things at me. The facility was very clean and the staff professional and personable. I highly recommend.

I’ve been getting Botox in different cities and various locations for several years now. I can honestly say- by far- Julia is THE BEST and most knowledgeable practitioner that I’ve ever worked with. She explains things that have never been explained to me before, and I love the results!! Most importantly- she will have you come back in to look at the results and determine if changes need to be made the next time. I will never go anywhere else!!

Ive received my first injections at Youthful Solutions. Since then Ive had it done twice with other local businesses. The reason being was I moved out of Austin into the country. Hands down Youthful Solutions has been the best. The doctor was so knowledgable. The staff were friendly and the results were AMAZING! I will definitely be going back here the next time Im in need of a touchup. The doctor was super focused on where to do the injections so as to not have droopy brows. I went in for a followup an to get before and after pictures and I absolutely loved my results.

I am so happy with my progress so far! La Chanda has been so supportive and encouraging! She has fantastic recipe and snack ideas to help you stay prepared throughout the day. When it comes to the holidays, these lovely ladies provided a pot-luck tasting before Thanksgiving and tips to stay on track. I can always text La Chanda if Im having a rough day and she will respond back with a positive response. The staff at this location are friendly and will help you reach your personal goals!

Everyone was wonderful! They made my 3 hours of injections super comfortable and checked in after hours! Had check in the next morning and all went well. Since I came in from Dallas, they made sure I was doing well before I returned home.

Today was my first visit to Youthful Solutions in Cedar Park. All I can say is WOW, Im compleatly blown away by how nice, and super friendly everyone is in their office. Would give 0 stars if possible. I think everyone giving reviews are paid. This place should not even be in service. If theyre organized enough to get you into your appointment in a timely matter, they need to wait until a certified professional is over their shoulder to perform fillers. Not comforting. I decided to sign up for the monthly membership for facials/teeth whitening because I figured that could at least not be messed up but it is a scam. They put you down for an appointment that you say you cant commit to. When you call to reschedule, they push you to the next month so you pay for a month and get nothing out of it.

The dedicated staff has impressed me. They care about customer satisfaction which is refreshing these days!

I have tried other Male oriented Doctors before.This place is head and shoulders above that. They service men and women so you can book double appointments with your significant other too.All in all I have enjoyed my treatment there and plan on being a customer as long as they are open!

Dr Smith and her team have been compassionate and helpful while helping me with, (via Biote and was recommended by my GYN) the crazy hormonal fluctuations of mid life. As a singer songwriter it’s especially frustrating when it affects your vocal range. Dr Smith is a great listener and genuinely cares about my concerns and my health!
