I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this dental practice, beginning in the early 80’s with Dr Jordan and then with Dr Bowcutt. I have referred many friends, family, and co-workers to them over the years. Very professional, and everyone treats you like family. I always feel like I’m in good hands with them, including those at the front desk. Bowcutt Dental is the best!!

Very warming and welcoming staff. Emily was very gentle with me during my cleaning. I barely felt a thing! She explained everything very well and was very conversational during the appointment and kept great energy. Dr. Bowcutt was very kind. Very informative about the steps I need to take to make sure my smile is kept in tip top shape. I dont love going to the dentist, who does BUT this place is amazing. They dont judge you and are so friendly. I had an emergency situation and they got me right in and it was 3 times less than another place I called. They are very professional and I dont dead going back. Best dentist ever!!!

I have been going to Dr Bowcutt since he began his practice in Cedar Park. The work environment is professional and friendly. This time I broke a tooth ystrday and Betty had me in 30 minutes after I called. I have never had an issue with any of the dental work he has done. The work in precise and impeccable. Its great to have a dentist I like and one who cares about his patients!

Scammers of the worst kind. The dental staff that actually works on your teeth are great, its their front desk and billing staff that are trash! They lie to you and tell you they take your insurance to get you in the door and then bill you for preventative services like teeth cleaning and x-rays. Keep in mind, I have good insurance, its not like I have a shady insurance plan. Then they are rude and pretend they dont make mistakes. Avoid at all cost, scammers! The back end is not worth dealing with the front end!

There are really incredible specialists are working! I did my cleaning, then fix the tooth. Both weren’t painful at all. And doctor described every crucial step during the appointment. I inferred to work with them further.

I had a great experience this morning with the x-rays, cleaning, and checkup. Sonya always does a wonderful job and Dr. Bowcutt did a very thorough followup check. The entire office staff is always so nice. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

It has been a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly, you feel like you are with family. Jenny attended me. She explained every procedure clearly before doing any procedures, carefully and skillfully completed the needful debridement, and counselled very well afterwards how to take care of oral health. Dr. Bowcutt came after that, and further checked my mouth and both Jenny and Dr Bowcutt made sure to address all my concerns. I am completely satisfied with my visit there. Will be back again for future needs!

I came in for a consultation. They were efficient and quick. I was given more information during this consultation than at other offices I had visited. They were not able to help me with my issue but were able to provide recommendations and referrals. I appreciated the honest effort to not over-reach. I am relatively new to the area and I will be making this office my new general dentistry home.

Constant upselling, kept receiving multiple $$$ bills from them months after last appointment. Called and cancelled my appointment, intending to see a new provider. Got a bill in the mail for cancelling my appointment.

We have been to Dr. Bowcutt for a few years now and have the best experiences. His office is so pleasant. Everyone who works there is kind and professional. I recently needed an emergency crown and I was blown away by how quickly I could be seen and what a great job Dr. Bowcutt did. It was much easier than I expected and best of all I had no pain! This was my first time visiting Dr.Bowcutt’s office and I have to say I arrived earlier than expected and they took me back with no hesitation :). Jazmin was very sweet and just helpful with trying to explain the tooth pain I’ve been experiencing and she was really kind to help me understand my options and just letting me know what to expect :) Dr.Bowcutt was very nice and informative on what I should expect and actually showed me X-ray by X-ray what my problem areas were and asked me financially what procedures I felt comfortable doing and what kind of dental work was I expecting to have done down the road :) It was hard being told the amount of work I was needing to have done because I am so young but I was thankful to have him break down everything and just explain financially what it would look like as far as cost of services and everything. Thank you all for being so sweet and just helping me understand all the work that’s needing to be done but of course making me feel comfortable and letting me know my smile was beautiful and there mission is to keep it that way ❤️

I primary go for teeth cleaning every 6 months and my dental hygienist Sonya makes my entire visit a wonderful and personable experience. Debbie who runs the front office is also incredible. I got an immediate appointment. Office staff was very courteous. My hygienist wad Erica and she was great! It was my first visit for a cleaning. Bowcutt Dental was recommended to me by a friend when I moved to Austin 3 years ago. I’ve been going here ever since and have had great experiences every time. My dental hygienist, Sonya, is wonderful- very gentle, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Bowcutt is fantastic- he gives you all the options, takes the time if you have questions/has never made me feel rushed, and never talks down to me. I have been coming to Dr. Bowcutt for dental services for years. Now my three year-old is also a patient there. The staff is professional and friendly, and Dr. Bowcutt does great work and is very honest. He does not try to push unnecessary dental work just to make extra money. My child and I actually enjoy going to the dentist thanks to this place.

Dr. Bowcutt and staff are absolutely wonderful!! When I moved from Houston to Austin I had a difficult time finding a new dentist. I have had a lot of dentistry experience due to another dentist wrecking my mouth and I ultimately had to have my mouth anatomy corrected over many years. So with that experience I believe myself an expert in recognizing someone worth going to. I recommend this office 100%. Also, my husband, who I could NOT get to go anywhere, finally went to Dr. Bowcutt and has gone back now for going on his third procedure and 2nd cleaning. If Dr. Bowcutt and staff were not what I just said then he would never have gone back. Amy is a great hygienist (I havent tried any others there) and the front office staff are VERY personable and helpful and professional all at the same time. Just had a dental cleaning todsy and my mouth feels great. It was a bit odd being worked on by a hygienist in full PPE, but I felt they were doing everything they could for my safety. Because of this, Im looking to bring my mother here since her dentist just retired.

This is as good as it gets for going to the dentist! They do everything but give you nitrous in the waiting area before going in to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. From greeting you by name, to taking extra time to do the procedures as carefully and painlessly as possible, to helping you with long term dental hygiene advice, this place is top shelf in every way! I have terrible dental phobia, and everyone here is so kind and supportive that Im not afraid to come. For me, thats a miracle! I get a pillow and a blanket and nitrous oxide even just to have my teeth cleaned. They dont scold you if you dont floss, and Dr. Bowcutt is always kind, cheerful, and reassuring.
