Best pedicure I have ever had! The employees are gracious, attentive and kind. They dont rush services. They want you to leave looking and feeling your best. While I was there a woman came in with chipped nail polish on a couple of nails and even though she had first got them done over a week ago, Nancy fixed them quickly and without charge. LOVE this establishment! Cant wait to go back!

My daughter and I walked in this morning and we both had excellent pedicures! Its the best weve had..ever. Gina and Trinh were our nail techs and they treated us so well. Will definitely be going back.

Nancy has been taking care of my familys nails, and toes for about 7 years now. She is hands down the best nail tech I have ever known! I would recommend her to anyone, at anytime! Love this place!

This is my first time at this shop and I am very disappointed. My pedicure water was not hot or even warm for that matter.The lady doing my nails stopped to file/drill someone’s nails while she was in the middle of my refill. She also stopped twice to wax brows.The technician did not ask the basic questions like: what shape do I want my nails or would I like them to be cutdown? The shape of my nails is not consistent on any of my nails.I wasted my time and money at this place. Now I have to go somewhere else to correct the shape of my nails.

I was there today the price they put it on their sheets is not even real. They charges me for extra money. You choose your color and they charge you money, and top for that they will charge you more shape for your nails. So rip off. This is my 1st experience to this salon trying to negotiate with you for the price. I will not recommend this place to all my friends.

Hello XO Nails,I had a wonderful experience at your salon getting a manicure and pedicure. Gina was great! She helped me pick out a perfect color for my toes. My husband also loved the color! Gina was also very careful with buffing heels. My manicure was great too! My experience was very pleasant especially with massages. They very nice. Thank you for being so welcoming!

I got a pedicure at this place last year. It was great. The lady that runs the place is very personable & polite. My pedicure was fine & my mom had a manicure there. She is in her 90s & always treated with respect. She is hard of hearing & they are very patient with her. She goes there often & likes it.The guy that gave me a manicure today was good. Very polite & considerate. The only thing about this place that I didnt care for is how dusty the place was.

This place is the most gentlest place I have been too so far, no pulling your arm off, accidentally cutting you. Lovely place!Highly recommend!💅

I had amazing pedicure and shellac manicure this morning. The nail salon was very cute and had nice relaxing atmosphere. The guy did my nails was very sweet and professional. It is definitely worth the drive. I would recommend to anyone.

I was a walk in and they were able to immediately accommodate my needs. I had a pedicure which was wonderful. The salon is extremely clean and the ventilation is great, no bad chemical smells as with other salons. I highly recommended XO

Wow best pedicure Ive had in a long time! Mai took her time and gave a great massage! Its a small spot and everyone was so nice. I didnt feel rushed to pick a color. It seemed the place was full of regulars who were enjoying themselves and joking with the staff.

XO Nails is A+ every time! The staff has remained the same for years - which says it all! Being greeted by name when I arrive for my monthly mani/padi always makes me feel great! Mai has been my technician and she does an impeccable job every time!

Nancy, who I presume to be the owner, is fantastic. I love her dry sense of humor and how hard she works to keep her shop up and running. Shes the first nail tech to ACTUALLY listen to what I wanted/needed for my nails. ABSOLUTLEY LOVE AND WILL RETURN.

I dont know about the nail services here; I went in to have a wax done. It seemed for all intents and purposes like I was getting a wax from a sullen teenager. Honestly, thats the best way I can describe it. My technician spoke to me in a grumpy voice with her back turned, and then burned me with the wax. When I jumped and told her that the wax was too hot, her only response was to say that she didnt think it was too hot. No apology, no question about my discomfort. I was basically rushed in and rushed out, even though there was no line and only one other client in the entire place. I would definitely avoid going here for waxing services. Like I said, Im not sure about the nail services; perhaps they are of a higher quality.

You have many (MANY) choices in nail salons in any town, but you only have one XO Nails. The crew is wonderful - they often hug customers that come through the door. I trust my feet to anyone there, but love when Mai does my pedicure - the best lower leg and foot massage EVER! Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

I went there for a pedicure with my sister and they did a terrible job! I have paint all around my toes and not just on my nail! Today we decided to give them a try for gel manicures and it was even worse! I will NEVER be back! He lady did a terrible job on my nails and even cut my finger! Worst manicure I’ve even gotten! Won’t be back!

I had an amazing mani pedi with Jin today. She was very thorough and took her time paying attention to detail. Her work is top notch plus she gave me an awesome hand and arm massage as well as a neck massage. This was the first salon in TX I’ve been to that does that. I decided after the gel mani that I wanted to stay for a pedi, so glad I did. I’m so happy to have found this place, thank you again.

Oh my goodness guys I just recently got my nails done here and it was ah-mazinngggg. The polish looked incredible, the massages were great, and the staff was super friendly!

Love how friendly they are here but the service oh no. I went there a few mons ago to get a full set each and every nail fell off after only 1 week Ive currently been building my nails up so when I went in there last week I got Solar nails and that didnt even last 3 days they started pilling off.

Cut me several times during a manicure wifes nails were very thick with large gaps at the base. Wont be going back
