Marissa and Amanda was incredible! I’ve never had a facial before and totally signed up for the wrong type of facial. After looking at my skin she recommend a different type of facial, added a great mango peel and still addressed the issues I was concerned about! I left with my skin feeling hydrated and clean, I loved it! She was also very knowledgeable about the product and I’m super excited to start using my new sunscreen! For anyone going in, needing help and not knowing what they’re doing, I highly recommend.

I have been coming to this place for a while now and I have always had a great experience. I like that they encourage you to get there a little bit before your appointment to wind down and enjoy a beverage in another room.The LMT really listen to your needs. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the front of the spa has great products to choose from. I especially like the Farmhouse line. Its my favorite.

Woodhouse is a beautiful spa and I really enjoyed my facial with Bev 🌸 I started a little frazzled because Im not from the area, my GPS took me across the street, and I was a little late for my appointment 🤦🏼‍♀️ As we all know, this cuts into your service time but everyone was so nice about it. Since Ive never been here before, I booked the Discovery Facial which includes a consultation. Bev customized the facial for my skin needs and was able to add specific things I wanted to try. I usually book longer facials because theyre more immersive and pampering. I was happy that my technician was able to give me a lovely facial in the time we had. Afterwards, she recommended a product for me to use at home💧 That was fun to try this morning and it felt like a continuation of the spa experience 💆🏼‍♀️ In the main area, you can spend some time shopping for skincare, cute jewelry, hair accessories, etc. An overall lovely experience. Im looking forward to coming back and trying more services such as massage and body treatments and I would highly recommend Bev for facials ☺ Next time, Im going to book a longer facial!

I got the mama package and wow, not only is this place beautiful and relaxing throughout the entire building, every tech was sweet and kind and did a great job. I dont want to go anywhere else, not even for a simple pedicure anymore. The bar has been set. Love this place.

Unprofessionalism. After my mediocre facial, I was greeted by the assistant manager for the day (name not provided), who informed me my total for the day was $115.00. I originally signed up for the organic facial for $85.00 because I was gifted $90.00 for my birthday. The front desk worker continued to argue with me telling me my total was $115.00 despite directly being told via phone that my $90.00 gift card would cover the service, which had been scheduled a month out. My intent for today was to relax and find peace, this was obliterated by the disgruntled and unprofessional employee at the front desk. My feedback for the Woodhouse Day Spa, Cedar Park, TX leadership is to train their front desk workers in interpersonal communication and respect; second, provide the customer the crux for their appointment prior to coming and receiving any skilled services. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism received by your employee was revolting. I will not be seeking any future appointments from this facility. Thank you.

Lindsay is an incredible aesthetician - the best I’ve ever been to. She is genuine and does a great job with every service I have booked her for. The front office staff is so helpful too. Woodhouse always does a wonderful job, but this location in particular goes above and beyond!

Excellent precautions with the same excellent service! I was not certain what to expect but really needed a massage. They were super cautious and felt so safe yet comfortable. I can assure you its safe to get a massage than go to the grocery store!

You feel like Queen Elizabeth upon arrival to when you leave. This was my 1st time here. I came in for their signature seaweed leaf pedicure and wax but it turned out to be much more with all the details they put into making you feel special then just a customer. The front staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I was led towards the changing rooms where I was offered a plush soft robe, slippers, a warm neck wrap and they asked what was my preferred beverage. I was led to the lounge room where a comfortable plush chair with an ottoman was awaiting for me with my favorite hot tea and my personal name was handwritten on a small ceramic tile sign placed on table next to the plush and comfy chair. They have light snacks available as well. The lounge room was very quiet, relaxing with dim lighting, neutral colors and many chair pillows. Afterwards I was led to the pedicure room and it was super clean and with comfortable massage chairs. They dont use the same tools on everyone as they have replacements. My pedicure was the best pedicure Ive had in a very LONG time. At check out you can also be a member at no cost and reap the benefits of free services and discounts. I will definitely be back soon!

From Andrea who greeted me to Heidi who performing the Signature Pedicure service, it was top-notch experience from start to finish. I appreciate all the small details too! getting pampered at a Spa is one of my favorite things to do and they do it so well!

I love this spa! The space is absolutely beautiful -- ask the front desk for a tour and youll be amazed at all theyve packed into here. There is a gorgeous, quiet waiting area where you can relax before your service. The changing room is fantastic, with a huge shower if needed. I have been here for multiple Swedish massages, but my favorite thing of all was the special hot oil scalp treatment. Was so relaxing. All of the masseuses are great and Id recommend any one of them. We did a girls trip to the massage with 6 of us when my sister was in town from Berlin and they really went above and beyond to make sure our day went perfectly, including ordering us lunch from Freshii next door (yum). Definitely recommend and cant wait to go back.

I woke up one morning this week with a terrible pain under my shoulder blade. I could feel the pain with every breath I took. After a couple of days of stretching, foam rolling, etc, nothing was helping. I thought I would give a massage a try. I called Woodhouse the day of and was able to sneak in a 50 minute massage with Claire. After explaining my issues, she got to work. Her deep tissue was gentle and felt great. After leaving I felt a little bit better but hours later my knots and pain were gone entirely. Claire worked some miracles! Highly recommend!

I love this place! From the moment I walk into those beautiful wooden doors, I am in a state of relaxation. The air is filled with a brilliant aroma of calming essential oils and Im always greeted with a smile. I like to get there early for my appointments so I can relax in the quiet room with a complimentary beverage and the latest book Im diving into. Whether Im having my nails done, a Vichy body scrub, or a HydraFacial, I know that I am in good hands. Its hard to leave! Treat yourself and go there, you will not be disappointed.

This place is a amazing, from the kind people that work there to the yummy tea! I had a group of girls all go on the same day for services, from facials to massages and each one of us LOVED it. Such a lovely facility with talented and caring professionals. If something is not right; they fix it. But it is rare that anything is less than perfect. My favorite “home away from home”. My once a month pampering. Jessica in management goes above and beyond the concept of customer service to ensure their clients are comfortable and happy there. Kristen took the time to make sure my mani/pedi was done to perfection and was sensitive to the fact that sometimes I like to just be quiet and enjoy my pampering.

From the time I checked in I received personal first class service. Immediately change into the robe with a lavender neck wrap, offered drink and snacks. Sat in the restful room with beautiful music. Justin was my masseuse and he was excellent and extremely professional. Lindsey was my esthetician and was extremely knowledgeable about my skin type and was my facial was excellent as well.The aroma therapy was out of this world! Great variety of gifts of all types.I highly recommend The Woodhouse Day Spa and will be a repeat customer!

From the time that I called in to schedule my appointment all the way through to the end of my services the staff was extremely professional! Their customer service was excellent! Worst facial & massage of my life. I went to this salon based on the reviews, but it was an incredible waste of money and time. The facial was worthless and the massage was extremely uncomfortable, as the woman just awkwardly applied cold oil all over me repeatedly. It was not a massage--just the application of oil. The experience was creepy & it was obvious she hated her job. The facial consisted of her rubbing various creams on my face and she used her thumb nails to do extractions. This is the first facial Ive ever had where the only tools used were fingers and tissues. The whole experience was beyond disgusting.

This place is great! I love how they greet you at the door, get you checked in, and provide you with a drink of choice and a warm neck wrap to relax. Ive been here twice for massages and really have enjoyed both times. Go for the 80 minute, its worth it!

Love this spa! Used to go to the woodhouse down in Victoria,Tx where Im from and that was 15 yrs ago, and the experience is the same, excellent! Now this location is around the corner from I where I live, the staff was excellent, Victoria the esthetician who did my facial was wonderful, ambience soothing and relaxing just like at the other location, you cannot go wrong here, great experience! I received a gift card from and friend for a 80 minute massage. This was my first visit to the spa. Justin gave me the best massage I have ever had. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, just what I needed.

My family and I have been Woodhouse clients for years, but I recently went to the Cedar Park location for the first time and can say, hands-down, that I will never use another spa as long as we live in Austin!My hubby wanted an oil diffuser for his birthday, and WH sales their amazing Essential blend oil, so I figured I would get him some oil to go along with his diffuser.I met Suzanna, one of the new co-owners, and she was bright and cheerful as well as having superb customer service. She showed me their 2 options for diffusers and spoke to me about them a bit. When I made my selection, it turned out they had run out of product stock. She was so apologetic, but it was a minor detail, so I just chose the other diffuser. Really, hubby would have loved either one. As I was checking out, she offered to order me the other one and allow my husband to come exchange his when the new one came in. I told her I appreciated the effort but that I thought the 2nd choice would suit just fine. But man talk about customer service! She also then took me on a tour of the entire spa (it was nearly closing time, so the place was empty). She showed me every room and told me about services I had no idea existed! (Umm hello Lazy Days package!!!)So suffice it to say, when I got a call from Suzanna herself the very next day I was speechless! She had taken time out of her day to look me up, and call me to let me know that they had gotten an order of the 1st choice diffusers in! She apologized profusely for not knowing they were on their way...as if that was so terrible!...and then told me that she had set one aside for me to come and trade for at my leisure!In a world where customer service is so often lacking, I am so happy to have done business with Suzanna and I hope to see her and thank her every time we go to WH!
