I went to Target Optical on Sunday 10/17 to choose new glasses. Lena and her trainee were assisting two couples and I was able to try on glasses. Their policy is that anything you touch or try on must be sanitized, so you set them aside in the white trays. That’s awesome. Also, there aren’t many people allowed in at a time, so you may have to wait outside, as it’s a very small space. That’s fine with me! The process was very quick and smooth, and I was impressed with their selection of glasses for such a small space. The ladies did some number crunching to get me the best deal. I will be returning here for my next eye exam :) Thanks for the excellent experience

I ordered contact lens for my daughter a month ago, they said the shipment is messed up and will order again. Its been a week now and nothing, its so frustrating

Been buying my glasses here for years. The manager there is great, helpful, and knowledgeable.

For the second time my wife has ordered contacts and received the wrong ones. The first time the employee made it right by ordering the correct contacts and had them express shipped. This time however, the male employee laughed at the issue, spoke to her like a child, and refused to use express shipping for the correct order. This is offensive and should not be tolerated by management. I will be returning the wrong order and taking our business to a place that respects their customers.

Lena was so helpful with our son’s prescription and getting his new glasses. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. Lex is always super helpful too! This is the best place around for eyewear and good old fashioned customer service!

Chadi took excellent care of us. He is knowledgeable. We bought two pairs and could have bought more. Broad collection of brands! Coach, Ralph Lauren, Ray Ban, Oakley, Armani, etc etc.Go here and look!

My son and I went to target optical to replace his broken glasses. After trying on almost every style and not finding a pair to his liking my son said he just wanted to replace his Ray Ban pair with the exact style that was broken. It was brought to our attention the exact style was recently discontinued. The employee David took it upon himself to find the discontinued glasses that had been recently pulled off the shelf and offer the glasses to us. Great customer service is hard to come by and I have always had a great experience with customer service at this location. I would recommend this Target Optical location.

Always have a positive experience here. I feel like the employees take the time to help and answer questions. They helped me pick out the frames that would not only fit my budget but also looked good!

I had a positive experience ordering some new lenses here at the end of April 2017.Rosie and Lex were both helpful, friendly, and engaging. I had some special requirements for my order, and Rosie took the time to make sure I had just what I needed.Interestingly, I already had an exam and some frames from other sources, but I wanted to be sure to make a separate trip to Target to actually get the lenses.And here is why. About a year or two prior, a different helpful employee unexpectedly gave me some free nose pads for my old glasses when I had been expecting to have to hassle with a special order somewhere on the web. That was a cool favor that stuck in my memory and motivated me to return.Both experiences were very personable, and that says a lot in this age plagued with global indifference. Thanks to the employees who can still make a difference. It still matters and is still appreciated.

Im changing my review as I wrote my previous one in haste and frustration. They are good people here and are truly willing to help to their best of their abilities. My disappointment came from the inability to expedite orders.

Terrible experience. Understaffed. Did not help us nor acknowledged us. Wasted 1 hour of our time for nothing. Avoid this place at all costs. A shame.
