Great facility & doctors but seems like shady business tactics are being used to overcharge customers. A regular eye check up auto-enrolls you into other services which they dont tell you about until payment.They also offer deals which they back out on or change when you try to avail them. Get everything in writing from them to be safe. I would rather prefer to go to someone who clearly & honestly mentions all the things upfront even if they want to charge $50 extra.

Lakeline Vision has taken amazing care of my eyes. The have beautiful offices, friendly and knowledgeable staff plus cutting edge technology. I highly recommend going there for all your eye needs.

I love my new eye care team! It was my first visit a couple days ago with Dr. Hammond and the whole process from preparing was so efficient. The front desk team is very diligent with calling me before my initial visit to make sure my insurance info was ready to go and I appreciated that. On the day of my appointment I was greeted immediately and checked in. I started my eye exam shortly after and was very satisfied with how genuine my experience was. Dr. Hammond was wonderful! He answered any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable with my new prescription eye contacts before I left. Best part is that they’ll ship my new contacts to my home so I don’t have to come back to pick them up. I don’t remember the name of the woman who helped me with the first few tests of the eye exam but her and Grace were great as well!Thank you Lakeline Vision Source!

Dr. Hammond is an excellent optometrist. He is extremely knowledgeable and tells you the facts and what you need to know to make correct choices about your vision. Most importantly he understands your thoughts and concerns but ultimately understand its your body and your choices to make. He respects that in patients and unfortunately that is becoming harder to find in today’s medical world.

I had a wonderful first experience at Lakeline Vision Source. Dr Hammond arranged for my visit to last longer than the initial time frame in order to explore the possibilities of how to improve my prescription due to strabismus. I had an urgent medical need for an eye exam on a Saturday. Most places I called were not open on the weekend. Except for Lakeline Vision Source, that even though had a full schedule, were able to get me seen. It was an easy and simple process. What great service. The doctor was able to diagnose what was wrong and prescribed the correct treatment. Feeling better. Earlier in the week I had gone to an urgent care facility who guessed at the problem. I definitely made the wrong choice. Sometimes you need to go see a specialist.

I have not been to an eye doctor for 3 years due to horrible customer service at my last 2 vision resources. Lakeline Vision Source was one recommendation I was given; and I am thrilled that I tried them! From walking in the door to walking out of the door, everything was a first class experience. They obviously use the latest greatest technologies. I have had the beginnings of cataracts, and they let me know it was time to consider treating them. They caught the beginning stages of Macular Degeneration and prescribed treatment. The eye glass selection part took 15 minutes because I picked out 5 choices online! What a great place, dont go anywhere else!

My eye exam at Lakeline Vision Center was a good-to-great experience. Dr. Kim Slaughter is very competent, and very cordial. That’s been true at every exam. The staff seems to me to be effective and efficient.My concerns are …1) taking an exam in a pandemic mask meant I was either exhaling into my eyes, or fogging my glasses, during part of the exam, and2) I was told I would be sent an e-mail with a quote for my lenses (since I wanted to wait to fill the prescription) the day of the exam or the next day, but that has not yet happened.

This place is top notch. I am one that is not easily impressed but as soon as I met my doctor and her assistants it was easy to recognize the level of expertise that I was dealing with. I have been a patient of this facility for several years now and not once have I had a bad experience. If you are searching for quality eye care, don’t hesitate a moment longer, this is the place you want to be.Bar none.

I have been seeing Dr. Shauger for my annual glasses and contacts exam for years. Shes great! Kind, accommodating, friendly and doesnt try to rush you or your questions. Most of the providers are like this here - from the doctors and the greater team that work here - super friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the Optomap - sometimes I just wish I could get my eyes dilated to avoid the $40 charge. Luckily, the team is very transparent about this charge and all billing questions when you ask.

I have gone to Lakeline Vision Source for my annual visit the past 3 years. I take my kids there too. They are friendly and get the job done. I also appreciate the hours they are available for appointments.

I met three great people there: the technician, Dr. Nguyen (intern), and Dr. Dipa Kodukula. They all were very professional and addressed all of my questions. The intern and Dr. K. verified their eye number measurements several times. Kudos to the intern! He did great job! The devices looked modern and the clinic space was clean and spacious. I recommend this center.One suggestion to the center: please do not send frequent, unsolicited messages about selling frames.

Dont go to lakeline vision .. they are over pricey and Worst service on the prescription orders takes like 3 - 4 weeks just to get the glasses.Go costco for faster service on glasses.

This was my first time at Lakeline Vision Source due to changing insurance and while I was happy with my old eye doctor I am a huge fan of Lakeline Vision. They have a new lifetime customer. Dr Shauger and staff rocked. I was dealing with a young lady that was helping me with contacts and while she was not an optometrist she was really knowledgeable and really made me feel welcome. The whole team too to bottom killed it today! If this is the standard then i have a new eye doctor insurance or no.

Been going here for more than 20 years(though changed location). They have always been great at what they do. They have upgraded their tech to make the appointment comfortable, and quick. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. The place looked very clean, and cleaned everything you touched right in front of you. I will continue to go there and no so will my children.

I was a translator for a 9 yr old patient. The office is very beautiful with big windows giving you a beautiful view of the neighborhood If you had time to see it. They always take you in so quickly you hardly have time to enjoy the view. The staff is always smiling and give you a warm welcome. Dr.Esmaili has even been trying to learn Spanish and shes doing great. Once she came in I hardly had to translate at all. God Bless their work and great service success!

I was so impressed by the wonderful staff, the prompt service, the most through exam I have ever had. They used tools for an accurate resolution to accomplishing a correction on the previous two visits I made to San Gabriel Eye Center. I wasnt kept waiting for 45 min in the exam room, at Lake line there wasnt continual visiting and loud laughter in the staff reception area. The doctor has always been first rate and experienced. He is clearly overwhelmed by probably unskilled scheduling on top of his working part time. I feel sorry for him! Poor man! Lake line will be my permanent eye care and Dr Hammond my provider.

Dr Susan Shauger and her staff are the most competent Optometrists I have ever seen in my life, and I have seen over a dozen. She spent over two hours with me diagnosing an extremely difficult problem. Lakeline Vision is safe, clean, everyone is immunized and they made me feel phenomenal as they addressed every issue I had. Theres no one that comes close.

I love these guys! Dr. Sorrenson is incredible. I had issues after my cataract surgery with shadows floating across my eyes and she kept investigating until we figured out what it was. With the help of a retina specialist I have no more shadows! And Lynn has always been so helpful with frames and lenses! Being 67 doesnt have to mean losing your eyesight or settling! I have been visiting Lakeline Vision Source for six years. They have always provided great and prompt eye care. Very little waiting in the waiting area. Great stationing in that you may be screened or your eyes tested by one person or more before you see the Eye Doctor. Sometimes, an intern my examine you before the doctor sees you. This all results in very prompt eye care. All the staff whether it is the receptionist or billing are polite. Lakeline Vision Source is highly recommended.

Ive been a patient at Lakeline Vision Source since 2008 and Ive always had a great experience. I know they see dozens of patients, but when Im in the office I feel as if Im VIP. My concerns are always addressed and my opinions about my eye care, valued. At Lakeline Vision, youre not treated as just a patient. Youre treated like family.

Going to Lakeline is like going to Automax for auto service. You are treated like royalty and offered the latest in high tech but with thar country doctor feel. Plus none of the optometrists ever age a day .. not after over 15 years!
