I had to take a medical evaluation for TSA/TSO position.i had the tests and while on vision test i asked to put my glasses on during the short distance 16/23 inches test and i was refused from the nurse .So i failed .Called CHS/TSA and they told me that is wrong ,they should exam you with the glasses you use.I went to a ophthalmologist i was checked and i passed the test.He told me that is discrimination due to my age and i am allowed to take the vision test with the glasses i use.I can not say that they were not polite during my exam especially the doctor but i should have told her that the nurse did not allow me to use my glasses .As a result of the ignorance i had to pay for the ophthalmologist plus a big delay on my hiring process and consequently lost the airport i was looking to go too.Plus money expenses that need not to be done.It is so sad when they do not know how to follow the rules that they have been assigned too .i hope they are not doing mistakes like that at the more serious medical exams.

Never follows up. Misdiagnoses condition. Makes sarcastic remarks to let me know he does not like me. Does not like me because I do not take pills prescribed. That is what messed me up. I refused to take a survey because I had nothing nice to say and that upset people. At least I kept my mouth shut about negative things about his practice.

WARNING: Extra Facility Fee Charge (~$150.00) in addition to office visit charge.I wish they would have disclosed that they double bill for office visits at this location before booking my appointment. The Desert Sun did an article on their practices in 2016 called, Extra Hospital Facility Fees Irk Patients. Its worth reading before you visit this location. I wish I had read that article before my first appointment with this NON-HOSPITAL location. The facility-fee charge was something like $150.00, in addition to the standard office visit fee.Its also very strange because I got a first bill for the standard office visit and then a month later they sent me another statement with the facility fee added to that date of service and called it an office visit charge too. Im inclined to wonder if they do that so that you make follow-up visits before receiving their facility fee charges. Sketchy. That being said, the provider that I saw was very nice, caring, and professional. She is new to the desert, and I hope it works out for her.

As I was told I would have to wait 2 months to see Dr. Huang, I agreed to have my first appointment with his PA Laurie Hannan-Reagan. I now believe their office staff is either incompetent or overworked. Their staff called me the day after my appointment, which was a Friday with a statement that didnt make sense. When I pointed that out, she laughed and said shed get right back to me. The following Tuesday, I gave up waiting and had to make the call myself for the answer. Then I was told I needed blood work and the order would be called into LabCorp the Thursday before Labor Day. When I arrived at LabCorp, they had no order. I called the doctors office and as usual, got their voicemail. I left a message that was returned after 6pm. (I was surprised to get the call that late in the evening.) The staff member apologized and promised that as soon as we hung up, shed call in the order so that Laurie could determine what Rx to call in for me based upon this blood work. It was extremely important as I had no more pills for a thyroid medication I have to take every night of my life and I had no more pills. I arrived at LabCorp the next day - again, Friday before Labor Day 2018, and there was no such order sent again! I called Dr. Huangs office at 2pm and received notice that the staff had left for the long holiday. Unbelievable! I had to use expired pills I had at home as I thought that may be better than nothing. It is now January 16, 2019 and no one from that doctors office has bothered to follow-up on this matter. Ive been taking pills I am not sure are even working properly. It has been over 4 months!!! I guess there are no checks and balances in that office. I am nearly out of pills now and will be looking for a new doctor. Shame on Laurie and the office staff!!!

We are a Travelers Agency Insurance for patients that visit this area. We send them patients every month, and pay them up-front like if the patients were self-pay. We then spend about 2-3 months requesting the medical chart notes and a receipt,,,,,, and NOTHING. We are NOT using them anymore.
