Rarely does this facility answers the phone when we call to speak w my aunt. A receptionist would be advise to pick up the phone at ALL times.I previously made a call twice different occasions, nurse took my info w reassurance my aunt would call me. Never received a call back.

I work for an assisted living community and needed to come to do an assessment for a new resident moving in. I was able to make an an appointment EASILY by speaking with Andrea, the facility discharge planner. I deal with discharge planners frequently and have to say, she is by far one of the most professional Ive ever encountered!Next, I needed to have additional medical documents filled out and signed. Jerica was who I needed to depend on to get these docs back to me quickly. I have never received documents back so quickly in the 8 plus years Ive been in the industry! Shes amazing.As for our new resident...the care he received was nothing less than amazing. Knowing the condition he had been admitted in and to see how much his health improved tells me that the entire staff truly cares for their patients well-being. Their Administrator Erica is doing a Phenomenal job with her staff!!! Great leadership.

This place has been known for being under staffed, which leads to alot of problems as you can imagine in any workplace. I think most problems stem from this..especially the care aspect. I do not work here but have had a very close friend quit after the first week realizing how bad it was. I dont want to put any individuals down i just dont think this place is run with enough love, care, attention, and staff. Also food is not acceptable for a place thats suppose to take care of people.

The food is so terrible and no fruit or greens are ever served.The rooms smell like urine, and theyre supposed to be cleaned when required, but the patients have to keep harassing the stuff to clean them. It’s disgusting on so many levels. Do not put your loved ones here!

The staff made my staff a good experience. I really became fond of all of them. They are the best part of this facility. They treated me with courtesy and kindness. All the help were lovely and enjoyed my interactions with the staff.

Excellent Nurses! Did well on my medication, making sure to get my medication on time. I appreciate the director for directing everything.Extra good housekeeping and janitor, rooms are always clean. Great team work and Immaculate. They make sure everything is always nice and clean.Staff are compassionate.. Foods great. They offer well-balanced meals, very attentive on every particular request and nutrition.Therapy team did a great job. They did work together to give me the best therapy and they helped me on every issue and strengthening.East Bay Post-Acute DESERVES 5-star on every areas!!!

The Physical Space is nicely done. ALL staff/nurses/therapists are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and helpful people. Good Attitudes all around! It takes a special person to do what they do. A BIG shout-out to THERAPISTS- ARIELLE, TAN, SAM, LISA, RICHARD AND LAURALYN. They provided what I desperately needed; helpful with Humanity. I cant thank everyone enough. Nurses and pill-providers always kind and sympathetic, which helped no end.

My Mom has been here for close to 8 months now and my sister and I are very impressed about the care-giving our mother is receiving. We recently met the new administrator, Shane, and while he is young, its very apparent that the way he conducts things shows how serious he takes the position. He works hard to make sure all the patients here are satisfied and happy. We love how hard the nursing team works to make sure they communicate with us and that our mother receives the best care. Everything here has dramatically improved and I hope people come and give this place a chance and take a look at what they do here!

I am very grateful for all the good recovery treatment from my total hip replacement. I recover not only Physical but my Emotional Thoughts as well. Every one gave me a lot strength to walk again, and with no pain, and I increase my self esteem. Thanks to Ashley, Sam, Lisa and all the personnel.I would still also like to express my gratitude for all the good and very professional staff and to Dr. Norman Cheung. All employees treated me very well. Whenever I requested assistance, all staff were quick to come and help me with anything I needed. Great nurse staff. I appreciate them all. I do not have any suggestions, this is so far a great and perfect facility.I will be having another surgery with Dr. Molina, and I am definitely looking forward on going back.

Being the first time we have had to place a family member in a skilled nursing home, my husband and I were very hesitant. However we have had such a pleasant experience with East Bay Post Acute. The staff there are very friendly, helpful and approachable. We came to visit my Mother every day and noticed her nurses were very attentive and were quick to resolve any issues. I appreciated the cleanliness of the building and the new construction (floors, Tvs, Walls, Beds ETC.) They do have a small parking lot in the back of the building which at first was a concern, but after a few days we were told about a much bigger lot across the street that always has spaces available to park. I would definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone!!

Im a threepeat patient ( two hips and shoulder replacement) and soon will go for a fourth and final knee replacement. They provided competent, professional and compassionate care. Keep up the great work EBPA.

My stay at EBPA has been 13 days of recovery and therapy from a Total Knee Replacement Surgery. I have only rave reviews for the quality of treatment and quality of staff here. Id like to especially praise the therapy staff under Raj. They both pushed and praised me to, what seems, like a speedy start on my recovery. Good Job Guys.The staff that jumped to my aid when I pushed the button were always professional and helped with a smile and great attitude. I have my favorites and let them know to their face how important they were to me. Thank you all and Keep up the Effort!

No doubt this rehab center is a 5 star center. Everyone I came in contact with was outstanding. The physical therapist was out there to help you and make sure you were doing everything right, the care was a step above and above. Thank you for everything.

I love this place, I love the people. Staffs are very approachable and you can see smiles everywhere. I have been to this place twice. This place is highly recommended. Great environment! Favorite persons are my bandaid girl and the activities!

I visit a family friend of mine there often and the staff are very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and seems to be very well managed. When i asked about the food, my friend mentioned that they love the variety and feel like they are at a five star resort. Overall i would highly recommend the facility to any individual who is looking for a Post-Acute Healthcare Center.

I came back to work here when it became the EBPA in 2016. It has become a facility that inspires staff to provide the best care to the residents. The staff here are professional, happy and respectful. I just love working here!!

Horrible place to go, online the rooms and the place look very nice but in person it is the worst thing ever. They treat you horrible here and I do not recommend. We had to wait hours just to get someone to come and check my family member out. That is ridiculous! This doesn’t deserve any of those 5 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I would like to give THANKS to this facility. I entered on May 14th for a Total Hip Replacement. I was quite unfamiliar with my surroundings... However, my stay has been the most memorable positive journeys in my life, and will always be remembered and Never forgotten.

I was here for a short period of time but I really can tell that the nurses focused on the care and comfort of their patients. The place is always clean and neat. I love this place.

This place has improved so much since I last visited! The staff are friendly and there has been a clear improvement in attention to detail. Very pleased with my familys experience here.

If I have to come back, I will be back to this place. Beautiful and nice staff. It feels like home being at this place. I even thought I was at home when I went here. Every staff brings over what I needed and I appreciate it.

East Bay Post-Acute has a handful of CNAs, decent Cnas and in particular my favorite is Wendy. You get a cooperative CNAs that make your stay as pleasant as possible. I was only here for 6 weeks, I get along with everybody, no problems. Feeling pretty good and ready to go home.Therapy all in was great. Tan had really kept me going like walking, bicycles and stairs. Thank you so much for all your help and care.

Everything went well during my stay here. Great nurses, had no conerns. They provide and address everything I needed and made friends. I am glad that East Bay Post-Acute was referred to me.

This is an exceptional facility. The staff is always friendly and the administrator, Shane, is extremely courteous and always puts the residents and familys needs first.

Terrible the food staff didnt get menue right not once i ate more oeanut butter and jelly and grilled cheese in the 10 days i was there than i care ti speak off.the nurses were great. the staff phoney and unprofestional rehab, good caring.but to rushed, sent my cloths to be washed labeled mind you, never returned. my items in safe never returned. untrustworthy
