Really nice customer service, no question is too silly especially if you are new to the CBD/THC industry like me. Space is clean and Tidy, theres a little bit here for everyone even pets.

Sold me a LHR GPU that was very clearly advertised as non-LHR. The ad said it was a non LHR card in big capitals. I was skeptical when purchasing but the owner said his stores reputation was on the line, and that I can trust him. The owner now refuses to respond to my messages, and is ghosting me. Dont trust this owner or store.EDIT 1: The falsely advertised LHR GPU was sold inside the store, by someone who works at the store, so it is valid to leave this review regardless of context. I received no reply for approximately two business days, while before selling I would receive responses within the hour. I have emailed back the owner who still did not offer a full refund yet. I can provide another edit to this feedback on the refund experience if you decide to go that route. This is absolutely valid feedback for this store and its employees in regard to the customer experience.EDIT 2: The LHR GPU incorrectly advertised as non-LHR was purchased in the store from the owner. The owner gave me his word, and said the reputation of his store was on the line, if he was lying about the GPU being non-LHR. It turned out it was an LHR GPU, and I was never offered a full refund (even now), and instead the owner is trying to get me to remove my review with no refund. The amount of hostility Im receiving illustrated the negative customer experience I encountered from the owner. This is absolutely valid feedback for this store and its employees in regard to the customer experience.

I shopped here when it was Valley Vape Club too. Same people still work there. Very friendly and will help you as much h as they can which is awesome. They really take their time with the customers so they leave happy. Ill always be a customer as long as these guys are here for sure
