Very unprofessional, lied about my glasses being ready and on top that when my glasses came in they were very cheap and lens fell out within 4 days.

Ill never go back there. I picked a pair of Flexon frames and asked if I could get them in gold the guy said yes itll take about a week. So week later my husband picked up my glasses only they werent my gold framed glasses they were an ugly brown. So I called and was told theyre just temporary till your gold ones come in. They didnt mention that to my husband when he picked them up. So yesterday they called and said I have to bring back the lender glasses before the lab would ship mine and it would take about 3 days to get them. So I talked to manager yesterday and he told me the lab is now telling him they might not have them in Gold and he would see whats going on with them and get back to me today. Ive called twice and hes to busy to talk to me. So Ive been lied to about my glasses being ready. Sitting here with no glasses having a very hard time typing this. Still waiting for him to get back to me. Oh and its been 16 days now since I ordered them. Might have to contact 7 on your side! This is very unprofessional!

I bought a total of 12 pairs of glasses for myself and two pairs of glasses for my son I really like this place and would recommend it to friends and family seriously some of the prices are kind of high but mostly the customer service is outstanding grade A place I’ve tried other ones in the area this one is just doing great for me and my family I really wish they had longer work hours because sometimes I will get off too late to pick up my glasses or to go in for an eye check up but other than that I’m I have a customer and you can tell from my rambling
