I came to Touchstone to get an MRI for the first time. All of the staff here were wonderful! They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained things well and made sure I was comfortable. I was in and out very quickly with almost know wait time. I also liked that they sent me the forms to fill out ahead of time so I didn’t have to do that while sitting in the waiting room. I definitely recommend this place!

Was a very good experience. The front desk personnel was very nice and so was the tech that did the imaging. Would highly recommend to anyone needing this service.

Nice clean office, horrible communication. Firstly, if you like not being acknowledged for 2 minutes straight while standing at the front desk, this is the place for you. We had an appointment but apparently there arent techs working occasionally? I dont understand how an imaging office doesnt have a tech but this place manages to do it and doesnt tell you until youre already there.

Classic bait (low estimate) and switch (actual cost). After being referred by my doctor and having access to my health insurance plan, Touchstone quoted and charged me what I thought was the total amount and then 2 weeks later I received a bill that was an additional 60% of what I had paid. They had no explanation how the quote was so inaccurate even though my plan was high deductible and they KNEW it would all be out of pocket. They just said it is what it is. VERY DISMISSIVE.

This is for Touchstone Imaging in Castle Rock..This place is great! Friendly and helpful staff. The front desk is the best! The facility itself is beautiful and clean. I have never been kept waiting and always had a great experience here. Highly recommended for any imaging needs.

I had a great experience at the castle rock location. The staff were kind, passionate, and extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of my imaging appointment. From the moment I wakes in the doors the front desk personnel was the nicest and most caring individual. Her smile and positive energy put me at ease. The tech who did my imaging was knowledgeable and thoughtful when explaining exactly what we would be doing during the image process. I will not go to another center for any future imaging needs. I found a good home in any imaging needs I may need.

Unfortunately insurance companies dictate the care people should receive but the ladies at this place were amazing and even though I’ve been dealing with 15 years of pain, because I have a new insurance, they are making me go backwards rather than forward. These ladies were amazing and though my insurance was ignorant to my situation they managed to at least get my X-rays taken care of so I wouldn’t have to come back for that. Thank you so much!

I went for an MRI and the staff was friendly, accommodating and ensured you were comfortable while imaging was in progress. The waiting room was stocked with snacks, coffee and tea was very clean!
