I had an excellent experience. The entire process from scheduling to my visit was such a breeze. The location is impeccable and looks pristine. More medical facilities should aspire to this level of quality and care. Thank you! :)

Why punish people?I registered and checked in online the day before, and was in their lobby and ready for X-rays 2 1/2 minutes after my appointment time. They had made me wait for 40 minutes when I inquired how much longer, which was going to be another 15 minutes. They said it was because I was late, and there was someone with decreased mobility who took extra time. But this person was in the waiting room with me for 15 minutes when I first got there. Why punish me? I rescheduled for today, and was in and out of the XR suite in four minutes to get simple x-rays, during which time the same RT from yesterday, Linda, sniped barbs at me. Why Linda made this decision is beyond reproach. I am a physician who sends people to Health Images, but I won’t be doing this anymore. Their staff used to treat human beings with respect, but no longer. Truly sad.

From the moment you walk in to the time your imaging is done you are treated with respect by very friendly people. If you are a person who is nervous about any type of medical imaging this is a great place to put you at ease. I would definitely go there again should the need arise.

I was to have a MRI in the Kaiser system. It was going to be scheduled 3 weeks out. I called Health Images and they got me in the next day. Kaiser required a CD with the images it was available the next morning. Kaiser figured out that they did not have a computer to open the CD, no problem Health Images emailed the result right away. When the chiropractor needed a the results they sent it right away.What a wonderful experience. The staff was always helpful and focused on my needs.

Best day getting x-rays EVER! Eric was the best. In and out in under 5 minutes.The COVID19 best practice award should go to this location. Followed the directions and called them to let them know i had arrived (30 minutes early as requested). 15 minutes later the tech (Eric) called - went in - provided my info and bada- bing bada - boom 2 chest xrays completed and i was on my way!Handicap parking is available right up front and the office is nice and spacious! The staff here was friendly and efficient.

You guys have been fantastic over the past few days. Ive got a pretty painful lumbar disc issue and the docs Ive spoken with have asked for several images. Everybody Ive interacted with at Health Images has tried their best to get those images scheduled as soon as possible. Michelle was one scheduler in particular that went out of her way to get me an appointment quickly. The staff at both the Castle Rock facility and North Denver facility has been very friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Your efforts and kindness are deeply appreciated.

Have had several appointments over the past few years and my experience has been consistent: Easy appointment scheduling, extremely helpful and professional staff. Results available within 24 hrs, usually even sooner. Convenient access to results on patient portal. Great team and operation overall - good job!

The staff was very professional and detailed. The person who did my ultrasound was very professional and courteous. They got me in the same day for my kidney stone ultrasound and had the documents all online for a fast check in. I waited in the lobby for only about 10 minutes. Ive passed 7 stones and this has been the best customer service by far.

I really like the way this company is run. I never have to wait when I show up for an appointment and the results are always sent to my doctor very quickly. The staff is courteous and efficient. The office is nice and clean. What more could you want?

I had used this location previously for an xray, but I had a horrible experience with an ultrasound. They let a student do the ultrasound which was a horrible idea. When you dont feel well the last thing you want is to have someone practice on you. At a minimum they should have asked if it I was okay this. I was definitely not. The student was not mature enough to be seeing patients. When you ask if Im in pain, a giggle is not an appropriate response. If you cannot conduct yourself appropriately, you should not be working in the medical field.

The Radiologist and the Technician were both amazing! Walked me through the entire process as I had to get an injection with it. Very easy. Thank you!

Over the years Ive had many Xrays and MRIs. This was by far the best experience I have ever had! They have a beautiful facility and the staff are great. They also made it much easier for me by scheduling my appointment on a Saturday!

I love the people and atmosphere of the Castle Rock location! I have never had delays or problems at any of my appointments here. The staff are very welcoming and caring. I have had problems at the Aurora location, with the staff, the imaging and with the way the images were interpreted. But that was through a workers comp situation. I definitely give the Castle Rock location 5 stars, but if this was for the Aurora location I would give negative stars if possible.

Yes, hi. The experience was very pleasant, as always. Friendly and helpful staff. One comment, though. I had asked at the front desk if they would email me a copy of my report. I never did receive that. So, I guess Ill have to drive up to Castle Rock to get that.Otherwise, no complaints.Quick update, after posting this review I received a phone call almost immediately, as well as an email containing my report. It turns out Health Images staff had in fact sent me my report earlier, but it somehow managed to end up in my spam folder. So, my bad, kudos to them. Everyone here is so kind, I use the Castle Rock location. I have been to this facility and company MANY times. Theyre always wonderful, clean, fast, and friendly! I would suggest them to anyone needing any imaging done!

I was very impressed with the kindness and helpfulness that was shown to me. And, of course, I cannot express how thankful I am that your prices were a fourth of what I paid at my local hospital. Horrible experience and customer service on day of visit. I followed posted covid procedures and did not enter until I called for check in. They left me waiting outside on the sidewalk in November for 40 minutes. I think I watched 5 other patients disregard posted Covid procedures and just walk in. I finally just went inside to see if they forgot about me and they got me in promptly. Everyone was very unapologetic about the wait time and treatment. My test required and IV and the tech I received not only was running late but left me with the worse bruise from a bad poke.

Professional customer service and great providers. Images online makes reports and images easily accessible usually within 24 hours.

The staff are all kind and compassionate. I only wish I could get coffee while I wait. (Not a necessity for sure, but kind of nice. Give everyone there a raise! That is for sure!

I needed a chest x-ray and was able to make an appointment. Many other facilities only do x-rays on a walk-in basis. This facility is easy to access and conveniently located across the street from the Outlet mall. It was clean and beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I only waited about 10 minutes or less to be seen and the staff apologized for the wait time. I highly recommend Health Images at Castle Rock!

You guys are great. I had the misfortune of having to visit some 8 times this year and you all have been on time OR EARLY each time. Your coordinators and technicians have all been very pleasant!!

The girl who did my scan - she kicked my shoes and pants under the table and did not offer to help me get them or get them back on - when I was clearly in a lot of pain. Seems like your technicians should be a little more nurse-like to help people.

Staff was SO nice when they called to schedule. Got an appt within one day (they could have done the MRI same day - I could not). Beautiful facility with plenty of parking. A large TV, snacks, water, juice, soda await guests in the spacious waiting room. Prompt for the appointment time. When I later had to call and request the images be sent to me on a disc Stacy was most helpful. A group of very kind and helpful professionals run this location. Best imaging experience - my family and I highly recommend!

I received an MRI on 04-01-2019. I was scheduled at 12:45 PM and showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I wasnt seen until about 1:30 PM. Thats fine, I understand things can become hectic and you run behind.However, the one star is for how one of the MRI technicians treated me. After one of the scans, she came in and asked of I was still wearing my bra. I said no, I was not wearing my bra. She then said, Let me see. And, before I could give my consent, she started poking and prodding my bra line and chest, searching for something I was not wearing. I was strapped in the table and could not move my body or stop her. Edit: My head was secured so I could not move my head up or move my body around. Sorry for the miscommunication there.I feel violated and will not return to this location.

Dolly worked so well with my kiddo - I would not hesitate to bring a child here for needed imaging.

Front desk ladies are friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting room with TV and snacks. Very little paperwork to fill out. Prices are very reasonable, around $50 without insurance or $10 after insurance for one xray (depends on your provider). Not sure why this place was rated with one star.

Nice facility, people nice, but I waited 40 min AFTER my appointment time before they started my MRI. I was there 10 min early.

Efficient, professional and friendly.

I had worked out a payment plan with Health Images billing dept - a minimum payment was due on the 5th of each month. I made 2 payments (I even paid more than the agreed upon amount on my 2nd payment). The following month I went online to pay the 3rd installment on the 5th, & I discovered that my account had been referred to a collection agency 2 days prior. When I called Health Images I was told that they had no record of my payment arrangement. They also said that they couldnt do anything about the bill going to collections & that I would have to speak with the collection agency from now on about my bill. Utterly deceitful and disgraceful.

Not a friendly staff. Cold in there both temperature wise and PEOPLE were ice cold too. UNFRIENDLY. No greeting upon arrival, or leaving....no friendly staff behind that desk! EEEEESSSHHH !! I wont go back and Ill advise others as such!

Health Images says they will with your insurance carrier but they charge up front and never follow through filing your insurance. If you expect insurance to pay, stay away from Health Images!!!
