Our family had been with the same dentist for over 20 years and we were always satisfied with them. We loved our hygienist, and when the dentist sold her practice, we stayed on because of her. The feel of the practice was not the same, so we followed our hygienist to another office. That office wasnt a great fit for us either and after researching dentist in Castle Rock, we decided to try Brightside Dentistry. It was the most pleasant dental experience that I have ever had! The office is beautiful, and the staff are kind and helpful! My hygienist Kristen was sweet, thorough, and professional. Dr. Brightside and Rick were both personable. I actually look forward to going back again!

Visited Brightside Dentistry today for the first time and absolutely loved the place. Everyone is really welcoming and helpful. The office itself is completely updated and kept so clean. One thing you need to know is that I hate going to the dentist. 20 years ago, I went to the dental college in SF to get a root canal and lets just say it was a horrible experience and it still haunts me to this day. So when I came into Brightside Dentistry for my first appointment, I was very apprehensive.But let me just say that I am beyond impressed! My hygienist was super gentle and very nice. The front office were also very nice. The office is very pretty and it really looks like a spa. I am so happy I found this place when I moved here.

Dr. Brightside and her team are hands down ! AMAZING! They have done everything right - the friendly open and clean office with all of the latest technology. Kristen has the most caring gentle touch- as a former hygienist myself this is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle. Ive only been once but, so far, I left with the BEST first impression Ive ever had at a dental office. In particular, Kristen and Rick were awesome, down to earth, funny and up front with me. This was the most pleasant experience I have had with a dentist in years! My “regular” dentist had cancelled an appointment I had set months ago and offered to reschedule in January! Today was my first visit to Brightside Dentistry, and I only have good things to say. I came to Brightside Dentistry because I gave up on my prior dental office to fix my bite. When I met Dr. Kylee Brightside, I knew I was in good hands as she immediately found the issue that my past dentist failed to see and fixed it! They cared to get to know me better, and didnt see me as just a customer but more of a friend. The overall professionalism and friendliness of the whole team was exceptional. I had the most wonderful experience at Brightside!! They made changing from my prior dentist to their office very easy. Rick is so helpful and did all the legwork of obtaining my prior records. They were also able to get me into an appointment rather quickly. My last clinic there was over a 5 month wait. Day of appointment you are greeted by a gorgeous sitting room where complimentary beverages await you. There was hardly any wait time before I was called to my appointment. I loved the dental hygienist I worked with. She made me feel so comfortable and was so personable and cheerful. The appointment itself was the best, hands down, Ive ever had. The first worthy note is how thorough and above and beyond everything was by taking photographs of my teeth above and beyond the usual X-rays if needed. Then everything was explained in detail to me about my teeth. I was very impressed with that aspect of the visit. Next the cleaning was BEYOND thorough and went pretty quickly. And Dr. Brightside was very nice and easy to talk to as well. The reason I chose Dr. Brightside was due to all the great reviews I read and I have to say they are all correct in saying she is the best in Castle Rock or anywhere for that matter. I am so glad I switched to this dentist and finally have a dentist to call home. Oh and did I mention the office is GORGEOUS. ;)

I havent been to a dentist in years, and am generally terrified of having my teeth worked on. But Dr. Brightside and her team was amazing.Rick was able to get me in as a new patient for some tooth pain very quickly, which was much appreciated. The office was extremely clean, modern, and felt more like a high end spa than a dental office. The hygienist Kristen was great, very personable, gentle, and didnt make me feel terrible about my teeth, and answered any questions I had. Dr. Brightside was also wonderful and she took the time to explain everything that was going on in depth and made sure I understood. Never thought I would have good things to say about a dental experience, but here we are. Their care for patients is top notch, and they treat you like a human with emotions not just another butt in the seat. I will gladly be coming back.

I had an incredible experience with Brightside Dentistry and would recommend to anyone looking for a new practice.I have avoided making dental appointments in the past due to the anxiety a typical visit creates for me. I immediately felt comfortable and knew that I was in good care. They explained everything they were doing in great detail, along with the reason they were doing it, and we’re able to confidently answer all of my questions. Although I did not utilize the Comfort Menu at this appointment, they also offer many options (headphones, Netflix, etc) to ensure every patient is as comfortable as possible.I will certainly be returning for future work, and will recommend to everyone.

As a Surgical Assistant that has worked in the Dental field for over 12 years, I had heard that Dr. Brightside and her Staff were amazing. It wasnt until I took my own children into Her office to have their teeth cleaned and examined, that I was able to see first hand how amazing their office is. Friendliest staff I have ever met! Always a warm welcome and treatments are explained to you very clearly. I am not a fan of going to the dentist and I get really nervous for any treatment other than cleaning and they were very comprehensive and reassuring. Will never switch dentist again!

I normally experience a lot of discomfort for teeth cleanings due to my sensitive teeth, but I didnt at this place! They were very kind and understanding. My 17-year-old daughter also had a great experience. Even if I move to another city, I plan to drive to Castle Rock to continue going to Brightside Dentistry for my dental care!

One of the best dentist offices Ive ever been to. I had a minor tooth emergency over the weekend. I called Brightside first thing Monday AM. They saw me a couple hours later, and I walked out with the emergency taken care of a couple hours after that. From the initial call setting the appointment, through arrival, and treatment, the entire office made me feel comfortable and made an otherwise unpleasant experience tolerable (I cant bring myself to say I enjoyed it because I was sitting in the dental chair after all). I will recommend this office to friends and family.

Dr. Brightside took the time to listen to what I was experiencing, follow up with x-rays and an exam before sharing an opinion, and made sure I understood what was happening in my mouth, what needed to be done to fix it, and answered every question I had before referring me out to a wonderful surgeon for the work.I know it sounds small and to be expected but that patient bedside manner and professional interaction made all the difference in the world for me.Since this, I have been in for a cleaning and the hygienist staff are warm, gentle, kind, compassionate, and empathetic. While in the chair, they offer music and movies as a distraction to the work and the office is very modern with very comfortable dental chairs and everything feels clean and welcoming.In a world where customer service is falling to the side, I am deeply impressed with Brighside Dentistry and their patient-focused approach. I just had my annual visit for the first time at this office and I LOVED it. They were very kind and courteous and took all my concerns into consideration. I felt they really listened to me as a patient which makes me much more inclined to take care of my teeth in the ways they suggested. They cleaned my teeth thoroughly which can sometimes be uncomfortable with poking and flossing etc., but they did their best to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. My former dentist retired, sold her practice and I have ben passed around to many different dentists over the past 3 years. I found it hard to force myself to go in for checkups! I feel as though I have found a new home where my fears and concerns are addressed with kindness, respect and super care!Thank you for making me feel at ease while at the dentist office!

Dr. Brightside and her staff were so professional and kind. They went out of their way to get me in the same day since I was experiencing pain. Everyone in the office did so much to put me at ease and Dr. Brightside listened to my concerns and communicated well.

Such a warm and welcoming environment! They were super friendly to me and went above and beyond fitting me on the schedule. They were also very accommodating when I had to bring my 3 year old with me! Highly highly recommend! And will be switching my kiddos to this practice as well.

I just found Dr. Brightside and her fabulous hygienist, Kristen, and Im so happy I did. I chose this office based on a referral from friend who is an oral surgeon, and he was right. They are terrific. I was very comfortable the entire time during my thorough check-up and cleaning.

Ive had an incredible experience as a patient at Brightside Dentistry. The office has a really clean, modern feel and the technology makes teeth cleanings quick and painless. Everyone is always very welcoming and kind when you walk in. They even gave me a new patient gift my first visit. I highly reccomend them! I also really enjoy the text appointment reminders since you schedule cleanings so far in advance.

I continue to rave about this office! I saw Brittany, the hygienist, for this first time and she did a great job at making me feel comfortable and cleaning my teeth with no bleeding (I tend to have sensitive gums). I also needed to return to have a cavity filled and Dr. Brightside does a great job at getting you numb. Finished my filling appointment with Cassie doing a scan of my teeth for me to revise my Invisalign treatment. The whole team here is just great!

I love Brightside Dentistry & cant recommend her office more. I moved to Colorado (like many of us) 2 years ago & luckily found Dr. Brightside. Her entire staff is great - communication, welcoming, making me feel comfortable. Rick, a hygienist there, is just the best! I’ve had a few bad dentist experiences in my life but at Brightside they make sure they do everything they can to make your dentist visit the most comfortable for you. It’s very personal, great staff and great atmosphere! Rylee Brightside is a be very kind dentist and Rick is a great guy as well! Definitely my new go to for any dental work I need.

I had a hard time finding a dentist office that is good at what they are doing and where I also feel comfortable. Multiple dentists later, I am so happy I finally found Dr. Brightside! I had a crown done by her that I have been pulling off for a while, and the result is awesome! Plus she is such a nice person, her goal is to get to know you as a person first, and then she talks about treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Brightside and her whole team!

I have major dentist anxiety, and from the moment I walked in my anxiety slowly went away. They do everything they can to make the experience as comfortable as it can be. I would highly recommend to anyone who gets stressed about going to the dentist.

The space is very cool and sleek looking from the moment you walk in. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and super accommodating. They offer a list of comforts for patients that I have never been offered at other dentists before. Really great people that put the clientele first.

I first scheduled with Brightside after experiencing unexpected tooth pain. They got me scheduled for an appointment within the week after calling other offices in Castle Rock who were booked months out. They were also already looking out for me in getting a cleaning scheduled as well. The staff even called me back later that day with their cancellations to see if I wanted to come in sooner which no one ever does and was super heads up on their part. Staff is SUPER friendly and professional. They were so informative in getting my wisdom teeth taken out. This is a great facility.

Dr Brightside is a great dentist, I really enjoyed the patient doctor interaction. In most dentists offices you might see the dentist for five minutes while the hygienist cleans your teeth. NOT HERE she really takes the time to get to know you, and is very friendly and attentive while she personally cleans your teeth. Rick her assistant is also super friendly they honestly care about your oral health. Also if you haven’t been to the dentist in a while they as a team won’t pass judgement they just want you to have the best smile you can. I recommend this dentist hands down take the time to fill out there questionnaire and pay them a visit you won’t regret it.

Today I met Rick and Dr. Brightside. They were friendly yet thorough. They pay attention to your input and expectations for what you feel a visit should be. Dr Brightside and her staff are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and they take the extra time to explain and inform you of your options.The office does not push unnecessary procedures, theyre up front with the plan for your visit, and they inform you of potential costs to you and insurance. Most impressively, they focus on little details that demonstrate how much they value you as a patient. I have attended so many offices where you feel like youre a piece of material on an assembly line, just waiting to get processed in and out as quickly as possible. This is NOT the case with Dr Brightside and her team.I can honestly say that Dr Brightside and Rick have won my trust enough that I came home and told my wife and children that they need to become patients there ASAP before other folks find out about our secret and fill up the schedule. This office is that good!

Had to go in last minute because one of my fillings broke and they fit me right in. They were very attentive and careful while they worked, making sure to let me know what procedure they were about to perform and what I would experience from it. It was quick and pain-free. The whole staff was very friendly and cared about my oral health; they told me if the filling they replaced wasn’t feeling right by the end of the day I could pop in and get an adjustment done. I’ve never had a better experience at the dentist before! Thank you so much!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Everyone is so nice and makes sure that youre comfortable the whole time. Ive never been a fan of the dentist, but Brightside makes it a lot less intimidating. They care about their patients and it shows. Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes. I would recommend this place hands down!
