Dr. Vaughn is amazing at what he does. After seeing him, I was able to do normal things again and my neck/shoulder pain got better and went away. He is attentive and really great at addressing the issue. I would recommend him to anyone!

Wonderful experience. Nice clean facility. Polite and helpful front office. Doctor Derek was really efficient and thorough. My back and neck had been locked up for weeks and he made a difference for me almost immediately. Cant thank them enough for working me in on an emergency basis.

I’ve only been twice and both times have been great. I walked in today on a last minute appointment made an hour before the time with back pain from lifting inappropriately. Doc V was early to my appointment and helped me explain my issues by feel. My adjustment was quick and precise. He offered time in between for me to recover if I needed. He also encouraged me to call him if his adjustments didn’t make me feel better in the following days. A “satisfaction” policy that I’ve never seen in this field before, but speaks volumes to his professionalism and quality of work.I walked in as a train wreck and walked out feeling taller and far more limber.

He was no nonsense and super friendly. Just helped me with precision adjustment when I needed it most

Worst massage I’ve ever had! She didn’t listen to a word I said about what areas of my body were hurting. I asked her several times to work on the specific areas and she didn’t do it. Her pressure was all over the place. Not relaxing. Not therapeutic. I left and felt worse than when I came in. I couldn’t believe she had such great reviews. I’ll never go back. I do not recommend.

Best Chiro I have ever used! Always fits me in same day. Never has you come repeatedly unless need it. Fixes you in one adjustment. If we ever move, I dont know what we will do.

Best Chiropractor that I have been to. I have tried quite a few in the last 15 years in CR, but so Dr. Vaughn is truly awesome! I never feel rushed and Dr. Vaughn always takes ample time and makes sure that you are happy before you leave. I highly recommend him. He was also referred to me by another guy here in CR. Awesome guy, very easy to communicate with and what is HUGE is that you dont feel just like a number like 95% of these other places. Anyhow he rocks.

Phenomenal! I was having upper back pain between my shoulder blades and after my first visit it felt really good waking up and not having that tightness between my shoulder blades.Very informative during procedure and explains what he is doing. Ill definitely be returning for tune ups!

Had my first visit today with Dr.Vaughn and he is amazing! I have had a pinched nerve in my back for 5 years and no feeling in that spot and I walked out being able to feel me touching the skin. I injured my shoulder a year ago and had limited range of motion and he was able to release the impingement and I have no more dull ache! He does not tell you to come back 3 times a week for a month. Its all on how you feel. I will definitely be committing to maintenance care. I have 5 years of tension and stress to realign and after the first visit I can finally take a deep breathe! I want in with severe pain in my left side due to a giant breed dog running into me and injuring my whole left side. Dr. Derek did not let me leave without him making me feel so much better. I was amazed after seeing many other chiropractors since I was a teen, this was the first one that didnt hurt me and actually worked on me until I was in less pain. Thank you!

Couldnt lift my arm he got me in early morning. Tells you whats going to happen exactly. Told me it would be a couple days before it was feeling allot better. The next day it was still a little sore but within a couple days it was good. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome place with great service. I usually go there after I wreck myself and it hurts to move. I walk out feeling great and feel like a new person a few days after that.

Dr. Vaughn is a highly intuitive DC. I have been seeking chiropractic care for over 20 years and he is arguably the best one so far. I ALWAYS walk out of there free of pain, or at least close to it. The name of the practice is not just lip service. He not only does world class adjustments, his practice includes many other modalities such as nutrition, cryotherapy (you owe it to yourself to try this!!), ergonomics, etc etc. And he is a great guy to talk to! Great bedside manner. Audra at the front desk is also extremely cool, friendly, and professional. If you dont live in Castle Rock it is worth the drive, trust me. I have several issues going on and should have required surgery a few years ago. No surgeries to date and none in the foreseeable future.

I was to the point of not getting out of bed, my back was hurting so bad. I went to Dr. Vaughn and after 2 appointments my back feels so much better. It does not hurt to cough or sneeze and I can actually move around without it hurting so much. He knows what he is doing and if I have any more trouble I will definitely use him. Thank you sir!

Last week I did the whole body cryotherapy treatments twice. This week I cant believe the difference in my joints I am actually not in excruciating pain.It helped my psoriasis and it gave me a lot of energy I feel really good I will be back for more treatments.
