Very friendly and kind.. and I loved my first few experiences with these guys. They are great at what they do and I was loving it… and then I became a number on a spreadsheet.If you don’t mind the industrial side of chiropractics this place is great to be honest. I would just personally recommend an office owned and ran by one chiropractor and his team. 100% Chiropractic had great people working there and I can’t stress that enough. This review is against the systematic problems that occur with an influx of to many patients from marketing campaigns. They have way too many patients and it shows. No real private, and/or comfortable experiences here. Corporate chiropractics is what this place should be called 🤣.

100% THE BEST people and care. I started coming here at the end of 2020 with excruciating back pain. 6 months into my physical therapy and I’ve seen a huge difference. The program Dr. Rachelle recommends specific to your issue WORKS!! She doesn’t go straight to surgery to fix your problem. SHE CAN FIX YOU!! I feel amazing 6 months in and just cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about the entire office. If you don’t “believe” in chiropractors, give Dr. Rachelle a try. I promise you’ll become a believer. She will make you feel better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I absolutely love this place! I had been to a few chiropractic places prior to finding 100%, and it’s amazing to have found a place that feels like home! You walk in and everyone is so upbeat and friendly. Everyone knows who you are. Dr.Rachelle is amazing, she sits you down shows you your x-rays and compares them to what your body is supposed to be like. Then she tells you what she recommends doing to get you back to health! They have options for everyone. Dr.Dan and Dr Rachelle are amazing! They know what their doing! And it doesn’t feel as though a contortionist is just naming your bones and body around. I’ve been going for a month now and I’m already feeling a huge difference! 10/10 would recommend! The massage therapist Julie is amazing as well! I’ve never felt more relaxed, and walked out feeling refreshed. Over all amazing! 10/10would recommend you anyone Who is consider going!

This place is awesome. Dr. Rachelle and staff are amazing. They are friendly and very detailed oriented when it comes to every part of your care. They explain everything in great detail and you even get to see your x-rays and know exactly what is going on with your spine. I highly recommend them.

Dr Rachelle and Dr Dan are incredible. I had been in misery for years with DAILY, constant lower back pain until I found them. Doing little things like bending over and putting on my shoes were almost impossible. The doctors take the time to get to know each patient’s issues and work with you to put together a plan for treatment within your budget. Their office offers a holistic approach to health care from X-rays to supplements and even massage therapy. And, Emily and Donna at the front desk are so sweet and helpful. I am now back to exercising, hiking and enjoying a pain-free life! I am so thankful I found them; you will be too!

I have been searching for answers to my off balance issues for 7 years. I’ve been to a zillion doctors that have not been able to help. Needless to say I’ve just learned to live with the complete and utter debilitating symptoms. I came to know about 100% chiropractic through Yelp. My daughter-in-law works for the CEO of yelp so I trusted the recommendation completely. I went for the initial consultation which included x-rays, a complete intake process conducted by Emily, and a discussion around treatment expectations. The next day I went back to meet with Dr. Rachelle who reviewed my X-rays and provided an in-depth overview of her recommendations for a treatment plan. Before she adjusted me I was fully briefed on what she was going to work on with the goal of getting me some relief from the Imbalance and utter misalignment of my spine. After just one session I felt better. Needless to say I was incredibly emotional and grateful that I’ve found Dr. Rachelle. I’m now on a treatment path that I’m confident will Pur me on the path to recovery. Dr. Rachelle you are my hero and I do not say that lightly - thank you for changing my LIFE😍. This chiropractic office cares. I see Dr. Dan and each time I come in, he always remembers little details about my life and asks how things have been. When I wasnt able to come in for a while, he reached out to me to make sure everything was okay.The staff is very pleasant and both chiropractors are attentive, know their stuff, and come from a genuine place to help people have better quality of life. I came across this place via an ad online. My initial visit was very through, the staff was very friendly, and the office really nice. After meeting with the doctor and going over a corrective plan specifically for me, I decided to start going regularly. Every single person who works there has been amazing, and I cannot wait to continue seeing results!

Started two weeks ago and loving it Can believe saw results the first day I got my first adjustment so worth it

The front desk staff are super friendly and some of the best I have seen at a doctors office! However, the whole chiropractic experience was very poor. I felt like part of an assembly line. The adjustment tables are in the open with patients lining up on chairs looking directly at the tables. The first visit, the doctors require you to sit through a scripted ppt presentation with multiple other people even though they alluded that you get your own one-on-one appointment with the doctor. They attempt to make you pay for a years worth of treatment by scaring you with your x-ray results. The package includes items that you may or may not need and are not told about (I read the fine print) like a water bottle, exercise ball, etc. I sat for 50 minutes before I received my 1st adjustment and the doctor told me it would only be 7-9 minutes for all the next visits. I am not looking to be in and out and treated like a widget. In addition, while I waited for my turn to be adjusted, one of the doctors was talking negatively about Colorado, which is not appreciated, especially since she just moved here from California. I have been to three chiropractors in the Castle Rock/Parker area and two (including this office) were negative experiences. If you want a full health experience, look for a Chiropractor that does not intimidate the patient into paying a years worth of adjustments, massages, and home equipment. There are family owned offices that offer personal care that are amazing. Even though my previous chiropractor is out of network, I will be going back to them. I write this because many people, especially first timers to a chiropractor, do not know any better. This was not a personalized experience.

I recommend Dr. Rachelle, Dr Dan and all the staff because they have been excellent at caring , listening, explaining and excellent team work. Way to go team! I have been with 100% 1 full year . Dr Rachell has been very thorough with all my care plan for the full year . They take an X-ray in the beginning as they are very important for the Drs to know what they are working with to help you. Then you know the Progress through the full year plan with more Xrays. It was the best thing I could have done for my body because the spine is so important . So my year plan is up and I went to talk to Dr Rachelld. She told me Marilyn, since all of this Covid 19 hit we had to close so we will extend your 1 year period. This shows you how much they care about you and the work they do to get you where you need to be . So I recommend 100% Chiropractors to anyone for any kind of pain. Dr Rachelle will go over it all with you and if she would be able to help you with whatever pain you have. After visiting her office for about 2 weeks, I told my husband he needed to go see her as well, and also started having my 9-year old get adjustments. I truly like, trust and respect Dr. Rachelle. She is friendly, positive and caring. She takes care of what ails each individual - not the same 1,2,3 steps for every patient - but what is needed for EACH person to be THEIR own best!

The doctors at this practice take the time to truly care for each patient that comes through the door. They’re very knowledgeable and give great advice for making changes in daily living to correct the core of the problem rather than just addressing pain. If you have a problem they do whatever they can to find a solution. I highly recommend seeking chiropractic with the doctors in this office!

Everyone at 100% Chiropractic have been very impressive. I am usually a very quiet person and everyone has been very helpful in explaining things to me. I do really appreciate the text I get to remind me of my appointment and everyone seems to go out of their way to always help.

If you need an adjustment because you are currently in serious pain, avoid this place. When you schedule your appointment they will tell you that you will get an adjustment while you are there. Once you show up, no adjustment is given, just a consultation. Doesn’t matter that you are in serious pain with limited mobility. I specifically asked when I scheduled my appointment if I would be adjusted and they said yes.Dishonest and fake.At least I got a refund.

Dr. Rachelle and her team are top notch! She is dedicated, professional and my neck loves her. I have recommended this office to many friends and will continue to do so. Five stars all the way!

I went there for an initial review back a few months ago. I went back a couple weeks ago as PT I thought would help didn’t rand wanted more direction. I started talking with young man and looking for answers, empathy, compassion and all I got after trying to explain why I was there was ‘So what are you doing here then?. If he said it once he said it 6-10 times. I kept trying to say something, he kept interrupting until I just walked out. I gave them one because the young lady that helped me back in October was very helpful.

Dr. Rachelle is amazing and dedicated to your care! The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful and will always try to accommodate your requests. Very thankful to have chosen this office for my care. Im confident I will be feeling better very soon!

I for most reasons liked my care I had, until yesterday. Monday August, 1. Some Dr. from Colorado Springs was there because of some trip the regular DR. was on a vacation.I will never go back if that person is there again. The worst adjustment I ever had, she was rude and did not want to be there.What a waist of money.

Was seen for a consultation 2.5 years ago, did not continue service as it was over-priced assembly line style care. Now they are emailing me, texting me on Christmas Eve, and leaving pre-recorded voice mails, but when I contacted them asking them to leave me along they didnt know who I was. Poor business practices.

Most amazing experience going here after I went a few times to a doctor in town, but they are very thorough an help you understand whats what an the steps to correct that. Staff is so friendly and helpful..prices are great too..an the massages are fabulous as well..overall Ill never go anywhere else or too anyone else for that matter!

I initially made an appointment as a new patient to have my knees examined. Their new-patient special was that the visit would be split across two days: (1) you would go in to get your x-rays taken and then (2) come in another day for the consultation and adjustment.Upon my 1st visit, I have to mention that the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and patient when speaking with me. However, for my x-rays, I got everything taken except for my knees (which I initially booked the consultation for). Upon my 2nd visit, I was brought into a room where I sat through a scripted powerpoint presentation with the chiropractor. I thought it was a bit odd as it was unexpected, but I also thought it was nice to learn some general information about the central nervous system, etc. The practice claims to be a holistic treatment center and that they do not just crack backs fast and get people out the door. However just by observing their open adjustment area from the three total visits I had, it was quite exactly what they were doing...After the presentation, I was shown my x-rays to which the chiropractor scared me into thinking that very serious issues were imminent if I did not seek treatment. I do not have any current neck or back pain. Shortly after my first adjustment (the chiropractor did not successfully get much adjusted), the front desk staff gave me a copy of my x-rays (which I thought was great) and then proceeded to feed into my fear and tried to sell me a years worth of treatment costing almost $6,000. (In the next few weeks, I showed three physicians my x-rays and they told me the issues were not as serious as the chiropractor made it out to be...)I was then asked to come in and pay for a 3rd visit as the chiropractor would like to see how I responded to the initial adjustment. To be fair, I felt like the chiropractor who worked on me was quite inexperienced. My 3rd and final visit felt much more like sports therapy rather than a chiropractic session. The chiropractor also did not successfully get much adjusted again. The chiropractor ended up massaging the insides of my thighs and the sides of my glutes with a machine. I felt extremely uncomfortable when he did this, because I was not notified just before that he would be touching these areas. Additionally, and without explanation, he also casually put my legs over his shoulder to do some stretching.. I did not see this done to any other patients nor did I think it was necessary?In summary, I never got any work done on my knees and generally felt like my entire experience at 100% Chiropractic was a total scam.

I was blessed to know that they treat the person and not just the body. Dr. Merchant is always inquires to how I am doing, and then she gives me direction and then attacks the root of the problem. I am getting better and better, and you are part of the solution. Thank you for listening!

This location is very busy and the doctor always focuses on selling other products (roller, pillow, traction, vitamins). Feels like the doctor is always in a hurry and does adjustments without looking at the xrays. They dont offer military discount for reserve like the other location does. Also, I dont like that the offices are not opened on Fridays when they want you to do adjustments 3 times a week.

My entire experience has been wonderful but, I especially appreciate the time taken to properly educate me regarding my status and expectations.
