At the writing of this review, I have been working with Maddie for about a year. I came to her because of cycle-related symptoms including constipation and migraines, irregular and long cycles, and frequent illness. Between symptoms and hormone testing, Maddie was able to help me uncover some insidious issues going on including adrenal fatigue, high cortisol levels, and estrogen dominance. Through herbal therapies and lifestyle changes, Im happy to report that we have reversed most of these initial issues and I feel more energetic and vibrant than I have since before I had kids.
