Dr. Matanky is a good physician but his support/office staff are not very helpful or communicative. No one EVER answers the phone, returns your call or even responds to your text message if you respond to their automated text message when they miss your call. I have never dealt with a physician office before that NEVER answers the phone regardless of the time of day or day that you call.

Dr. MATANKY. YOU SHOULD pay more attention to your office staff in stant of how or where your going to make more money.. your staff dont care for your patience needs. They say they will respond to calls and text messages ASAPBut that never happens. NO MATTER howURGENT..

Dr. Matanky is a phenomenal doctor. I’m so glad that my pain dr. Recommend him. In less than a week I was feeling wonderful. He did a total knee replacement. He’s highly recommended.

He is a awesome surgeon I had to have replacement on my elbow cause I crushed it beyond repair. I have no pain or problems at all

Given the circumstances aren’t always awesome when you need an orthopedic surgeon in your life, it’s imperative that you feel safe and confident you are in good hands. I’m very satisfied with the experience I’ve had under the care of Dr. Matanky, as well as his Physicians Assistants, and Medical Assistants.

Not sure how anyone can get an appoint if these people dobt answer the phone or return your calls, they shouldnt recieve a star let alone all stars, my husband has been eaiting to have a procedure done and has been cleared from doctors and they have not called him bck

Dr. Matanky is an amazing Dr. My shoulder is better than 100%.

DO NOT EVER LET THIS MAN DO SURGERY ON YOU. I HAD TO LEAVE OUR VACATION AND GO HOME TO HAVE MY ELBOW FIXED RIGHT. HE MESSED IT UP SO BAD.
